Online ordering verification
Hello,
I have been ordering online for a number of years. I no longer work for Oracle and the address on file for is no longer valid. I've been trying to redeem my 2 free pizzas and have not been able to because the code is sent to an email i do not have access to. I called in to the customer service phone number and nothing that they can do. This is not very customer friendly at all. I was told i need to create a new order. i have created a new account but not able to transfer the points that i've accumulated. They are 110 points.
Desired outcome: I'd like it transferred to my new account at [protected]@aol.com
No customer service, no, corporate, store won't do anything
Delivery driver just took my money and claimed I didn't give it to him. They stole a total of $20 from me then refused to give me my pizza unless I gave them more money. What kind of messed up people are you hiring to DELIVER a pizza. What is wrong with this place? Called their customer support and they kept me on hold for 30+ minutes and q never updated. Don't buy pizza from this place they poison their pizza.

I have been watching the TV commercial about all the free food that Domino's is giving away. My complaint is with the girl standing on the roof who hollers to the elderly lady on the ground. I believe the girl says, "Hey you"... I don't know who wrote the commercial but I think that is VERY disrespectful whether they are talking to a young person and especially talking to an elderly woman. Maybe I am old fashioned but I think that puts forth a bad image for your company. I don't imagine that you will change your commercial but I just wanted to let you know that I think that statement is in very poor taste!
Desired outcome: Possibly make a new commercial with different wording...
Pizza delivery
My girl friend paid for an order on a card and the order says delivered but was never delivered. Tried to call the store multiple times and no answer. This is ridiculous. Mt. I put my order in at 6:14 pm on 9/25/21 for delivery. I live 6 minutes away. At 7:30 pm I tried to call their store numerous times. The line was busy and would not go through. The tracker was also not working so I had no clue about my order. I drove to the store due to I could not get through to them. The person working stated that my order had already left the store for delivery. I told her about their phones being down and she stated she was just trying to get the orders out that have already been placed. I drove back home. My food was where I requested. But the food was completely cold and the pizza wasn't even sliced. I had my order in my at 8:10 pm. Almost 2 hours after being placed. My order including tip, delivery fee and the product was $22.18.

Every time we call within 30 minutes of closing they will leave us on hold, until they close.
If you are open until 12am I would assume you are accepting orders for pickup until at least 11:45 and yet anytime after 11pm it's rare to get the Cochran, ga location to answer the phone but after 11:30 it would take nothing short of a miracle from God himself. Unacceptable and terrible customer service! This has happened 4/5 times we have called the other time they answered, put us on hold and every 5-10minutes or so they'd pick up the line to see if we had hung up and immediately back on hold until 12am and then got on the line to say sorry were closed

To Whom It May Concern,
I, Wayne Kostopolus, will be getting pizza tonight 09-19 -2021 at 11:00 PM. It was supposed to be at my apartment (216 West Division Street #F, Villa Park, Illinois 60181) early this morning before or a little after 1:00 AM (09-19 -2021).
The manager (Peter) does not seem to be very computer-literate, I tried to explain that timezone information is a" Global setting". [More on this @ https://tf.nist.gov/tf-cgi/servers.cgi]
I explained that emails, receipts, etc. often have incorrect time stamps.
I also sent email extended header information of my Domino's receipt for actual correct time to him, which was 00:25:43, military time. In other words, (12:25AM, plus 43 seconds).
The Domino's email receipt says 1:25AM.
Peter won't do anything about the mistake. He only knows what he sees on the Domino's receipt.
I told him I would accept the order for tonight. (11:00PM). When I first called him, he said that the order was for 10:30PM. I said my receipt (Which is in error, ) said, 11:00PM. He was quick to agree - what happened to 10:30? Haha.

9/18/21 ordered large pizza and garlic twists. I received cinnamon twists instead. I called the store and they said to get the garlic twists, it would be 25-30 minutes AND we would have to return the cinnamon twists. I reiterated that scenario. She said yes. I asked for the manager. Kiley, the manager was very rude. She did say the same. I told her that since you made the mistake, then I have to wait another 25-30 minutes for the correct order while my pizza is already here and we are eating, why would they then ask for the cinnamon twists back? She said that or a credit. I indicated that was completely ridiculous that there should be some nicety for their mistake. She then cut me off and began to laugh when I asked for the corporate phone number. I told her I was glad to see this was so funny to her. Then asked for the owner's name and phone number to which she would only provide "Hoss." Then the corporate number she gave was not even a number where I could actually talk with someone. I EXPECT A PHONE CALL FROM SOMEONE AT CORPORATE and my MONEY BACK FOR THIS.

I tried calling the Domino's at the Odenville location on Highway 411, Suite 100 in Alabama but I was put on hold for 2 and 1/2 hours. I placed my order on line and waited for 2 and 1/2 hours and someone finally showed up with our order. Nobody ever answered the phone and I have tried calling and the phone just rings and rings and rings. I have sent 2 emails with all of the information that I am providing to you and have not received one response at all. I have also sent a gmail message that of course was not answered either.
I paid nearly $40.00 for what we received and I know that what FINALLY GOT DELIVERED, COLD and almost inedible wasn't worth 40 cents, much less nearly $40.00. I will keep emailing you every day until I get an answer and you make what happened almost a week ago, (Friday, September 3rd, 2021)right for myself and my husband. Someone should have been in contact with us way before now and you're just making sure that I let everyone know how horrible Domino's is and they don't care at all who they rip off to get their money!

I was offered a coupon on your website for a 3 topping medium pizza for 9.99. I accepted the offered deal and was unable to complete to order online. I then contacted local store directly and was told there must be a $15 minimum order to hand food delivered witch was never stated in coupon requirements. I did order, on their request, enough to get delivered . This is false advertisement on your company's side . I plan on providing all of this to my local law enforcement, state congress, and local state senate as I work with them daily today my total without tip is &17.99 on a coupon of 9.99 . Inappropriate

Extremely Poor Customer Service/After Accepting Our Order, Refused to Deliver
On September 7, 2021, we placed an online order at our local Dominos at 3921 East Market Street, York, PA around 11:15 am for delivery at 1:00 pm. This order was for a handicapped instructor at our facility who does not drive. We had a delivery around 3 weeks prior without a problem. About 12:30 pm (over an hour later), the Dominos called us to tell us that they do not deliver to our location. They are 2 miles from us and had delivered before. They said we are no longer in their delivery area. They instructed us that someone would have to pick it up or we should order somewhere else. I told them I didn't understand since they delivered before. I also asked why the website didn't tell us that they could not deliver when we placed the order and why they didn't call us earlier. Their response was..."It is all Corporate. They made changes. We have no control over the website. There is nothing we can do." I am the front desk Receptionist, but I got a replacement and left our school and my post to run to the Dominos to pick up his lunch order. This was extremely poor Customer Service. I, personally, do not order from Dominos; and after the experience we had, I will not rush to order from them again. This was so disappointing. I have instructed the handicapped gentleman to please check his CC charge to make certain he wasn't charged for his generous tip and delivery fee. Joyce McLaughlin

DOMINOS Pizza do not provide the relevant sizes when a order is placed. They say that the local standards are L - 11" M - 8.5" and S 6". But, when measured the L one was measured 10'. They did not deliver even to their local standards as they say. Their website mentions their sizes as L - 12" M - 10 " and S - 8". They are tricking the unsuspicious consumers. The box that the outlet delivered to us could merely carry only a 10" pizza. Tricksters to the MAXIMUM level. It's my fault for being attracted to their so called favorable offer.
The store at 42nd ave and Thomas does not have delivery and neither do the other 6 stores closest to me.
No delivery options in west phoenix for Domino's. you forced me to use pizza hut in as I'm not driving in rush hour traffic to get my pizza. Pizza hut had no issues in delivering me a couple of pizza's and other items.Domino's still owes me a free pizza and $20 worth of product from the last disaster. I looked online at all the other domino's around my address, not one of them said they could deliver, what in the heck is going on here.
