Domino's Pizza

I had sent you an email awhile ago and havent heard back so Im trying again.
My family lives 1 hour away from the closest dominos pizza shop. Every other week (usually) we order pizza from your Herkimer pizza shop (NY). The last time I ordered I ordered a Brooklyn with bacon and cheese, and a deep dish with banana peppers, pineapple and pepperoni. The Brooklyn was fine but the deep dish was truly a mess. It wasnt cooked, doughy in the center, it wasnt a deep dish, and it was just horrendous. I took pictures of the pizza and have them in my phone. You couldnt even pick up a piece of pizza, it just fell forwards and slopped down to the plate. We ended up throwing it away and my husband was terribly upset. I actually ordered it on the way home from the Herkimer fair thinking I was already there anyway.
Like I said we live an hour away and dont get to go out to restaurants very often so when we do, even if its a pick up, we look forward to it.
The one we usually go to is 246 Mohawk street in Herkimer NY.
