Dollar general cashier try to Activation it failed to Activation so she have problem with the card the she call the lady over her I don’t know her name but she tryinto tell her on the phone how to do the it then she said give my son the card back and call PlayStation I said my son it still stand with the cashier and the cashier said same thing he never walk out strong or move she with give him a refund or anything I said can he get something in store because the store about the card not his. She know he got to call PlayStations with out and thing or his refund he got this card from the dollar store. It not working my names is Cheryl Craig I’m very up set with it my number - [protected]
Desired outcome: It not right when you buy that card and the cashier said it working and the other lady said call PlayStation about it know refund or anything
