Rite Aid - poor treatment, unfilled prescription for baby with pneumonia

My daughter was diagnosed with pneumonia and prescribed antibiotics and nebulizer. Pediatrician submitted request for antibiotics online directly to rite aid pharmacy. When I went to pick up, many things went wrong: the first technician took my script for the saline (for the nebulizer) and said she couldn't read doctor's handwriting. I called doctor's office and they called the pharmacy, I heard them speak with the pharmacist. The technician came back to me and told me that they didn't have the saline. Ok. This whole time I'm carrying my daughter who was crying because she cannot breath very well because she has pneumonia. There were four people back there and I was the only one there awaiting their services. Then I went over to the pick up window to pick up the antibiotics that were ordered by the pediatrician close to two hours before. The technician asked me for my daughter's insurance card! She's 4 months old, I told her, she's under my insurance. Then she disappeared. I asked another technician that was around about the antibiotics and she said I would have to wait for it to be filled because they didn't know my daughter was under my insurance and they never filled the prescription. I was so upset, my daughter was crying. I asked for the pharmacists name (he was right there by the way, like 6 feet away from me behind his glass window) and I heard him tell the technician that it was on the wall. That man never once looked up at me or my daughter. And everybody there couldn't care less if she was crying, getting worse by the minute because these people weren't doing their job. They treated me and my daughter like we were not there, invisible. I felt hopeless, unable to help my daughter because of these people. I wish I can sue them, and perhaps will because I'm sure my daughter's illness got worse while I was waiting there. I had to go get my prescriptions at the Walgreens in Hillside, NJ. This took an additional hour or so. I cannot believe these people.
