I received a letter from Spire Recovery Solutions. It referenced to ***. I have never taken any money from this company. Never received a bill previously. I pay my debts owed. I do not owe this debt. They called my son, place of employment, my cell phone. Need this to stop.

They would not accept my payment arrangement of $100 per month. They called my mother and sister and humiliated me. I indicated to them that I am on disability and that did not slow them down. They go by SRS as well and that is not on there correspondence or website. I am afraid to pay anything over the phone with them. I gave them my DOB (Date of Birth). They were aggressive, unprofessional and seemed like fraud. They wanted my payment information immediately. Scared me honestly. *** is the Original Creditor supposedly. I confronted them on the first phone call that I thought they did not sound legit.

This company is a joke, avoid all contact with them.

On Monday May 24th, SRS had called me and left a voicemail and also called my father regarding an account that I had already settled and paid off. I provided proof of a letter indicating that I no longer have any debt to the company and that it has been settled in full. I was told that everything was ok and that I would not be billed. However, on Tuesday May 25th, my mother now received a phone call from them. This is harassment. Stop calling my family members. Especially when I have no business with you. You can contact me and me only - however you should not have a reason to. I have no business with your company. I owe no money.

An account of mine with a creditor was sold to two different third party companies before being sold to Spire. On 9/2, I received a phone call threatening litigation. I called back and was advised that I owed about $2,000. When I requested proof of the debt I owed to Spire, a spire representative Allison refused to send the documentation. Allison advised me that I would have received a balance notification from the original creditor. I advised her that I did not receive anything from the original creditor. I also advised her that per the law, debt collectors are required to send notification of a debt owed, and I never once received anything from Spire specifically. I actually had no idea that my account has been sold to Spire, I was never notified. When I requested written documentation from Spire stating that they are now the legal owners of my debt, and indicate the balance owed, Allison advised me that she would not send out anything without a payment. I advised her that I would not be able to pay anything that day, but would still need a physical copy showing debt owed. Allison once again advised that they would not send out any documentation without first receiving a payment, or making a payment arrangement. When I told her I was unsure of when I could pay, but that I needed the information proving the debt, Allison still refused to send me any kind of documentation showing debt owed unless I set up a payment arrangement. I advised her several times that by law, debt collectors are required to prove debt in writing, she still refused to send anything in writing without me setting up a payment arrangement first. Allison was also incredibly rude. At this time, I am requesting Spire send me documentation of debt owed as they are legally required to do so.

I received phone calls and a letter in the mail about a fraudulent loan. On 12/8 I called the the company to report this as a fraudulent loan and put in writing that this was a fraudulent loan.

Upon being contacted by the business, I asked for validation of the debt in question. I was told that something had already been mailed to my address previously. I asked for them to sent validation again because I hadn't received anything. The representative informed me that she could not do that unless I made a payment arrangement. I let her know that I was not making an arrangement until I had validation, which again was told that she could not do that until I made an arrangement with her. I was getting no where with her so I asked if I could just call her back later in the evening being that my work break was over. Again she informed me that if I did not make arrangements at this time that she was goin to tell her client to go ahead with what was needed to be done. If I did try to call she said that It would be too late. Ans also I asked that they contact only one phone number for any future communications and was told that she could not control that.

They are calling me in the time of crisis demanding that pay for a loan that I took out a year ago. I explained that I don't have a job and I'm living with my mom who is on a fixed income and has a partime job. They ask could I get money from her to pay it, I told them I don't know but I will see. They ask for a credit card number at this point to put on file. I explained to them that my card was closed and they wanted it anyway and they said when my mom get off work just call in with her card so I can make a monthly payment starting May 1st of 215 a month. They showed no empathy being that my mom is on a fixed income working hard to help me already they just wanted me to pay and I fill it's unfair at be least let me get a job. It's a lot going on with the covid-19 and it saddens me for a company to call everyone threatening as if they are lawyers to other family members so I can call them.

This company really is heartless they do not care what you going through they just want their money I was literally in Walmart about to buy my kids food and had to walk out because I had to pay these people my last 20 for them to leave me alone and to set me up on a payment plan I told them I did not have a job and they really could care less now I have to find away to feed my kids and the lady on the phone heard my son cry and could care less

Ohhhh my gosh, they tried to make you look bad to your employer at Spire Recovery Solutions, they do not care about you, as I said before avoid all contact with them. I am very sorry this happened to you, you should contact an attorney and let them deal with Spire Recovery, they may have violated your rights and may actually owe you money for the violations, I am told. My nephew is a retired attorney and this may be a ethics violation or consumer rights violation.

I believe you this company sucks! The more people you get to reply about their behavior which appears to be very unethical the better for you. It's the only way to stop then and start a nation wide legal action lawsuit, I forgotten the term for it. They can be sued by all attorney generals if they keep up this practice. Then they will owe you.

You can contact an attorney and take them to court, then they may owe you. Send a cease and desist letter for starters, print one down from the internet. This company really sucks.
