Climax Solar review: Solar system

A solar system was purchased in 2022 through Climax solar & Enphase. The system panels where installed immediately but the complete system took over a year to be completely installed. On July 27 2023 a power outage occurred and the system did not perform as promised. The Grid was restored but connection to our property was not made due to the solar system installed by Climax. After multiple attempts for service and no response we reached out to Enphase who sent out a Technician who determined the problem and at least got power restored to our home. This was after the Electric service provider had determined the issue was with the solar system and with delivery of power from the grid. The Technician sent out who made the repairs then checked the system and determined that the wiring done by Climax Solar was done incorrectly and submitted a work order to have corrections made. the Scheduler at Climax Solar , Seith, advised us that it would not be until 8/30 before a technician could come out. om 8/30 no one came and our system is now not functioning at all. We are paying for a system that doesn't work and we can't get a resolution. Enphase claims they have no authority to make Climax Solar service our system .
