Today we went to the wendys off fifth and keystone area in reno nv and ordered 2 big bacon classics without bacon a #6 and two more big bacon classics. When we arrived at work we received ice cold, i mean still frozen fries, one big bacon without bacon and we received the 2 big bacon classics....

They almost always forget to give you something in your drive thru order, even when asking them direct for it. If you ask for ketchup for your fries, they give you attitude and dirty looks. If you don't check your order before driving away, there is always somthing missing you paid for....

Visited the new Wendys on Boardwalk in Lexington Kentucky. I have nothing against spanish culture but I believe that if someone is going to work in the public they should be able to speak the language. I could not even get ketchup with my meal and the manager could not understand my request....
