Hi,

I have bought a 4K ultra HD TV 55UB850T, 2 months ago from Chroma, a reputed seller in Bangalore.

Suddenly few days back, I saw few lines in upper portion a small area on right upper portion became white.

I raised multiple complaints on the issues and one customer executive came and said due to cleaning the screen got damaged. I shown the document given by the LG itself how to clean the screen and I mentioned I followed it. Then he kept quite for some time and later he examined TV again and...

After intense saving we purchased a 56 inch LG TV 8 months ago. After turning it on today we were greeted with a black screen. After contacting both the purchase store ( Currys with an equally terrible customer service) we contacted LG directly. Best case scenario they collect in 5 days and it could take 28 days to get back. They offer no refunds or exchange on what must obviously be a faulty product, they offer no replacement during repair period and they offer no guarantee around quality of repair. LG TV - California - tv remote

We have had an LG tv for 2 years and have been pleased with its performance, but a few days ago, the remote stopped letting us change the volume. We put in new batteries and it still did nothing. We followed the instructions about troubleshooting the remote, but it still never worked. The batteries were put into another electronic device and they worked fine. Now, we have to walk over to the tv and manually turn the sound up or down and it's a real pain in the neck.
We are thinking of purchasing another tv for Christmas just because we could never get the remote to work. Another bad...

Do not ever purchase a warranty from best Buy. They lie about what is covered and when you have a problem, their only answer is "not my problem". Customer service is not practiced at Best Buy. Pass the buck but keep you money for worthless warranties. What a joke....

With reference to Annual maintenance order no. 1057712152, AMC invoice no. ARSSAJAIJAI110/3200 DATED 27 OCT 2010, FOR 42" T.V. Model No. 42PC1RR.ATR we have loogged our complaint 15 days back regarding line apearing on screen.
unfortunately till date no solution is provided to us against our complaint. one company person has visit our home and carried one copy of amc with him. but no one return to bck to give solution for complaint.
This is serious matter because we have paid money for maintenance contract and are sufferiing for maintenance.
Now company says they do not have...

on 15.11.10 i made complaint through lg dealer about my tv at chirayil agencies at kottiyam, kollam, kerala.next without any call lg technician wrote dealer my complaint ok.on 4, 11, 10 I called lg asm mr.Reji and told everything then promised me he will hi techenician next day ie.monday.but respose from stupid lg people until now.sunilghosh, kerala....

LG service centre in Lahore repotation is very bad they do not care about customer.I send my TV to fix in LG service centre A-11 Lawrance road Lahore Augst/2009, after month and half they asume they fix my Tv.I brought my TV to my home, as i switch on my Tv i feel burning .I took my Tv to service centre again and they open my Tv front of me, the part witch they changed that was melting in.So they book my Tv again, now after six month they are not fixing my Tv every time i ask them they are telling me we are waiting for parts.

Due to a good reputation of LG products specially TV products, i searched to buy LG TV made in Korea, so i bought LG TV from about 3 years ( in 29/12/2006) its specification as follows : 29", Flatron screen ( super flate screen ), sterio sound, model 29FB7RLE-TG, serial No 608KKFS36723, sales model 29FB7RLE . its performance was good in 3 years, but suddenly in 14/3/2010 during start turn on the TV the screen became blue color and power disconnected after few seconds, LG maintenance service check the TV and said to me that the screen defected and it must be changed by new one, and u are out of guarantee...

I have purchased a colour LG TV worth Rs. 16, 000 from Bajaj Electronics, Panjagutta Hyderabad on 24 th June through Bajaj Finance interest free scheme. I submitted all the necessary documents which were required by Bajaj Finance people and I have also signed the mandate for monthly ECS for my ING Vysya Bank.

The 1st installment was supposed to be due in July but I was informed by your people that my ECS Pyment got bounced back saying "Mandate is not submitted". I tried calling finance company branch for the same but I did not get any proper response from them. August09 was the second...

I bought an LG 32 inch LCD Tv exactly 2 years ago. And yesterday i turned on the tv only to see a that the screen is not working. And this TV is only TWO YEARS OLD! And they dnt come cheap either!

So thank you LG, because Samsung now has a new customer. I will NEVER buy another LG product of any sort ever again. For a TV to last only 2 years is simply not good enough. You spend money on these things and you expect them to last you a long time. Especially if you buying (well so i thought) an LG product!...

Originally purchased a 47" Lg flat panel TV from HH Gregg. The model I looked at listed at 1399.99 I talked them down to 1200 dollars since I was paying cash. Got the item went home and hooked it up after reading the specs I then found out they switched the one I wanted with a cheaper version which is on sale everywhere else for under a 1000 dollars cause it is last years model. I was not able to tell this since the box did not list the model number. Went back to the store to confront them on the issue hoping to correct the issue and all I got was the run around saying that is the correct TV even...

LG TV - fraud service

This is an advisory to all LG TV users. Their service in India is
a fraud operation. They charge a large sum for first visit and then
disappear without repairing. Given reason : awaiting replacement
for faulty part.

There is not direct contact and their call centre will only give robotic
answers. This happened to me for five weeks.

Contacting LG Electronics Corporation, S. Korea was no help
either. The company redirects you to Indian subsidiary.

Finally a local repairman procured the part in two days and repaired

Hi !


Would like to mention that we bought a 29 inches TV from Razzle Dazzle ,Yojana Vihar in Aril 2007 .The TV was functioning fine , but after 5 months , Setember , it started showing some trouble , as there was no sound even after 45 mins of switching on the TV !!The tech guy came 2-3 times , informed us that some ic was to be changed but till date there is no action , as such TV is without any sound !!

Its really strange that LG is so focussed on selling but really not taking care of customers !!...

LG TV - Ignorance of service after taking money

The Service dealer in Secunderabad is not taking any interest in changing the parts of my TV's Woofer system since last 1 year. When we make call to the people they will slip from the subject with one or the other reason. They were much interested in put us in trap in the name of AMC with that we will be benefited with free service whenever required and once in 6 months they suppose to come and do regular service but no use and till now they did not do any of them. Till today they have not changed the parts or they respond properly....
