Frigidaire Horrible warranty.

We bought our Frigidaire Oven and before the one year warranty it began having heating issues. We called and they sent a technician out to repair. After several trips to our house and numerous items replaced the issue was not resolved. The technician they sent was very attentive and tried every avenue to fix the issue. When the technician called the warranty department for a full replacement they denied the request. Frigidaire and their warranty are scams. Do not purchase any product from this company.

Frigidaire Totally disappointed in this appliance.

I purchased my appliance in June 2024. The oven gives very poor results with uneven baking ~ some of my cookies are underdone, some are burnt. And yes, I have the cookie sheet in the right place. There is also no indication in the "instruction" manual how to use the simmer to boil feature. I tried online but no results. This is the 10th stove I have had in my married life, and by far the worst. If this is a sample of Frigidaire "quality", then I would never buy another Frigidaire appliance.

Recommendation: Don't even consider it.

Frigidaire My fridge

Good day! I wanted to do something I never have done. The fridge I purchased from Lowes has been a remarkable disappointment. On the fridge left side on the top three shelves it freezes items even when left two to three inches away from the side. Frigidaire says that this is normal operating and must be done to keep from freezing. Then there is the temperture sensor on the back wall and that also requires space to be maintained around it. So all tolled I have lost approximately 20 to 25% use of my fridge on those things alone. Then I was told by the manufacturer and their field rep that I cant ever have fruits or vegetables on the shelves, only in the crisper tray. Otherwise it will probably freeze. Then we moved to the issue I have with items like milk and cheeses spoiling in the door. As advertised these are made to hold milk and cheese, etc., however now I was told that I need to keep those items on the shelves, so they stay cold enough so as to not spoil since as they say, the doors are warmer so don't store those items there. Now I potentially have really lost another portion of my fridge and have to carefully consider what items can go in the door and can tolerate warmer temps. Challenging, frustrating and just purely bad customer service, poor design, and false advertising as we would have run the other way from this unit had we known these significant limitations! And the manufacturer basically says too bad. If anyone reads this, please let the buyer beware and I sadly would have to say stay away from Frigidaire.

Recommendation: Stay away!

Let Lowes and Frigidaire know about your concerns, stressing on the issues of lost utility and advertising falsehood. If they do not accept your claims, consider involving the consumer protection agencies or filing a warranty slaim where applicable.

Frigidaire I bought a brand new Frigidaire upright freezer, mdl

I bought a brand new Frigidaire upright freezer, mdl FFU21M7HWQ, that lacks leveling feet. The customer paperwork expounds on the need for proper leveling to ensure longevity of their product. Yet it is delivered with two of four leveling feet as all four corners are stamped and threaded for leveling screws.

Frigidaire customer service says the customer needs to buy additional feet to level the device that their warranty paperwork claims to be necessary to assure proper operation.

This is ridiculous that they cut corners to the point of shorting the customer leveling screws for which the unit was designed and built to be provided for proper installation...

Frigidaire Good Dishwasher

Overall I like my Professional Frigidaire dishwasher. It cleans my pots and pans very well and it runs quietly. My only issue is that sometimes when I get ready to start a wash, I hit the start button and it doesn't start. I sometimes have to try it 3x before it will work. So, the digital aspect can be faulty but overall it matches my refrigerator and its cleaning does well.

Frigidaire Frigidare model fftr1814ww do not buy

I bought this frigde on 3/7 and on 3/12 litteraly I week to the day the compressor went out and ruined all my food. Im a single grandmother on disability who has custody of all 3 of my grand kids. I get 618$ in foodstamps, thats it! So I just went grocery shopping and spent all the stamps only for this brand new fridge to stop working and everything got ruined. What am I suppose to feed to my babies all month. When they tell me they dont typically refund that? My situation is not typical

I recently purchased a refigderator from lowes on 3/5/24 and on 3/12/24 litteraly the compressor stopped working and all of my food got ruined. Im a single grand mother on disability who has custody of my 3 grand children. Im on disability and get 618$ a month in food stamps for the kids. So I went shopping the day the new frigde was delivered. After a few days I noticed things in the freezer melting (popsicles, ice cream etc...) then later on that day the same in the bottom part (ie. Milk, butter etc...) was warm. When I checked the freezer it was blowing warm air so not only did it stop it was blowing warm air and 618$ worth of food is ruined... Im desperatley asking for your company to refund this money. Because on top of all of this it is going to take 2 weeks to get new part and fix. What am I supposed to do for 2 weeks with no frigde and 3 small grand children. I purchased it at lowes in monaca pa, and they will not help. Your customer service said they dont help.. Typically...

This is not a typical situation

Please help me and refund my grocery money so I can feed my 3 small grand babies

Frigidaire microwave

I bought a Frigidaire gallery microwave 1 year and 1 month ago stopped working called them said it was out of warranty but scheduled a tech to come out. they booked us an appointment for 2 weeks later they say that's all they had. Had an appointment on Friday, no one showed or called took the day off to stay home all day, called back today and they tell me they don't have any techs, and I will have to pay someone to come fix it. and they still haven't reimbursed my money I had to pay for a tech to come out to never show up. tried to chat with them to get the run around and then ignored.

Frigidaire Ice machine

My refrigerator is not even 3 years old yet. I purchased a 3 year warranty and even had my ice machine replaced one time. It does not make ice. When it does it makes it so slowly we never have any ice. I am still buying bags of ice which is the main reason I bought a new refrigerator in the first place. I also needed a door replaced and every time I call to try and speak with someone I never get a person on the line. I am very disappointed. I would like a refrigerator with a proper ice machine that works and makes plenty of ice. I hope that you can assist me.

Frigidaire Dishwasher & 2 refrigerators

We been trying to get our 2 refrigerators fixed since february 2025. Both refrigerators stop working. All of our appointments have been canceled, rescheduled or the technician just walks out. We had an appointment on april 4th canceled. April 8th technician walked out, appointment was set for april 22nd, 2025 canceled & rescheduled f9r april 25th, 2025 without talking to anyone about this. How can a company use overseas customer service & the people they use don't speak english very well, they refused to get a manager. Frigidaire is waiting for the warrantys to expire. Also we had a dishwasher from frigidaire that also stopped working & we smelled buring of melting plastic. The dishwasher melted our plastic, would not wash or do anything & frigidaire been messing around since december 7th. 2024 & still has not done anything to resolve that issue either. Best advised is to stay far away from frigidaire

Frigidaire Refrigerator/freezer warranty

I bought a brand new top freezer, refrigerator in Aug of 2024, it died 6 months ago. I contacted the warranty department and they insisted I take a day off from work to have a technician inspect the unit. It took several weeks to get a technician to the house and it was determined there was a bad part. The part was ordered and arrived the next day and an install date was scheduled. On the date of install no one showed up or contacted me to inform me they would not show up (the service window is 8am-5pm which requires taking a full day off from work). When I contacted customer service the only solution they would offer is to make another appointment requiring me to take another day off from work.

Claimed loss: Approx $150 worth of food and 2 vacation days valued at approx $800

Desired outcome: A voucher for a replacement refrigerator.

National Appliance.

Most warranties require three attempts at fixing an issue before replacement is offered. In order to assist with the issue, we might suggest contacting the retailer you purchased the unit from. They can request an R. A. number from the manufacturer to replace the item outright.

If this doesn't resolve the problem, please post back.

Frigidaire Range

Purchased a Frigidaire Range from Lowes on Nov 21 and it arrived the following date and the Range has not worked since then and I called and customer service is the worst I have had to deal with I have been without a range for over 30 days and have been told part is coming in and now they tell me that part is out of stock and will not be in till Fed 3 maybe that will put me without a range for 2 months I will never purchase another Frigidaire product. I would expect if part is unavailable they would exchange but I am not getting that option.

Frigidaire Can't get service for my refrigerator

I purchased a basic Frigidaire refrigerator with a top freezer (Model LFTR2045VF) from Lowe's on 8/19/2024. It was delivered the next day. It was working okay until December 21st, just over 4 months. Then, both refrigerator and freezer just stopped working. I followed all the troubleshooting tips to no avail. I started calling for service on Sunday, 12/22. Of course, Frigidaire is closed. I tried calling Lowe's and spoke to a manager, but there was nothing he could do since I was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. On Monday, 12/23, I was given a repair date of Christmas Day, 12/25, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and a confirmation email followed. I was available all day, but no one called or showed up. The repair company does not answer the phone, nor respond to emails. It is now, Friday, 12/27, and after spending over 6 hours on the phone trying to get help, I was given another service date of January 7, 2025! You have got to be kidding! I've spoken to Frigidaire reps in the Philippines and one in the USA, plus two other Lowe's managers with no resolution. Even though I have a warranty through Lowe's, they will do nothing until it is diagnosed by Frigidaire. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. After reading the other reviews posted on this site, I would have to agree that Frigidaire manufactures the worst appliances ever. Their rating is rock bottom. Spend a little more and buy from a reputable dealer that will back up their products. I am done with Frigidaire forever.

Desired outcome: Ideally, I would like my refrigerator replaced; however, my gut is to fight for a full refund from Lowes and take my business elsewhere.

Frigidaire Frigidaire refrigerator, model lfhb2741pfsa

Well ... I've usually had good luck with Frigidaire products in the past, BUT this one was NOT one of them!
* We had a leak coming from the back of our fridge, and called a repairman. He came, pulled the fridge out, and pointed out that the EVAP LINE in the fridge was too close to the outer wall of the back of the fridge, which caused a frost buildup on the OUTSIDE of our fridge, which caused a WATER LEAK down the back, damaging our wood floor & wall behind the fridge.
* The repairman said that this particular model (LFHB2741PFSA) had been built incorrectly. He said that Frigidaire had installed the EVAP LINE too close to the rear wall of the fridge, causing a frost buildup on the OUTSIDE of the fridge, resulting in leaking water running down the back, and subsequently causing damage to our wood floor & wall ... PLUS now, we have to buy another fridge.
* The repairman also mentioned that once Frigidaire became aware of that defective model, that they eventually changed the cause of the defect in future models.
* He also mentioned that he had heard of a previous class action lawsuit over this very defect on this same model, and that Frigidaire compensated those folks who had purchased this factory defective model.
** Being that Frigidaire is committed to its product offerings, and customer satisfaction, I am hoping that Frigidaire will also offer compensation to us, for a factory defective refrigerator, and for the needed repair to our wood floor & wall.

Claimed loss: $2000 for the refrigerator (now we have to buy a new one), and an unknown amount for the damage to the wooden floor, and wall.

Desired outcome: Hopefully, Frigidaire will offer SOME compensation for their FACTORY BUILT DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

Frigidaire Frigidaire washer/a1 appliance/affordable appliance and t. V repair

Purchase a frigadaire washer oct.2023. Washer was working ok till july 2024 from miller refrgeration. The number e4 was comimg up on the panel. The drum was was wobbling back and forth. Clothes would not spin dry and kept filling up with water sometimes would spin sometimes would not. Had a1 appliance come out. The tech said we needed 4 drum struts.2 weeks later the tech was back with only 2 struts. He said his boss would only let him order 2 struts to put in washer. The tech said he told his boss the 2 stuts would not take care of the problem. Techreplaced the 2 old struts with 2new struts. We tryed the washer without any clothes in seemed to work fine. The tech left we tryed to wash a small load of clothes the drum was wobbling back and forth e4 back up on panel washer stopped working. Called a1 appliance again told them what happenrd they ordered a sudden inpact switch. (we thought they were going to order the other 2 drum stuuts) here the switch came in the mail.2 weeks later tech back out put a switch in he said u can do a small load of clothes. He left. Tryed small load. Worked ok till washer went into a spin e4 came up on panel washer stopped. I had called customer service and coplained about thwhewasheronly being 9 months old and to b having this problem in not acceptible, and that we were not happen with the tech or his boss. We were given the number for affortable appliance. We call told them what was going on the tech came out and called his boss on the phone and was told to install a new computer board in. Tech left, we tried a small load of clothes no luck soon as washer went into spin wash shuts off. Noe this is the 3rd time we had tried to get this washer repaired. We have been trying to get affordable appliance to come out to replace the 4 struts which was the orignal plan but they r not returning oiu calls. We purchased a warrenty because it ran out the end of october. The business that we purchased the washer from has reached out to u several times through emails. He said u have not responded back. What kind of company r u running here. What kind of washer brecks in 9 months. We should not going through this b s. We have been going to the laundry mat since july spend 50 bucks a month to wash cloths! This is rediculousness! Either fix or or refund our money!

Frigidaire Refrigerator - Model FRSS26L3AF

Brought Refrigerator from Lowes paid cash. Delivery was great, no damage at all, installation went as planned. After day 2 refrigerator part of unit froze all contents, unable to use any food had to throw away. Contacted Lowes was told to contact Frigidaire directly which I did. Sadly after 7 in-home trips from technicians, lost 7 days of vacation time off, loss of food still not fixed. Went to Lowes and they were no help sadly were told its covered under the 1st year warranty must be resolved with Frigidaire / Electrolux Home Products. Nothing against any of the techs being sent, but sadly they keep replacing parts and the issue is never resolved. So here is my issue, if I call again and take off time again and issue is not resolved then what. My lost time alone from work could have bought 3 Refrigerators, now add in the tech time and loss of food. I try contacting a true live person which should be a manager or Supervisor and was told that this is not their process, but we can send a tech out to look into the issue. I work in the IT Field and if a customer needs to speak to someone in management, I make sure this done ASAP not anything less

Claimed loss: 7 days of vacation I will never get back, food and just the stress of the whole ordeal

Desired outcome: I want the refrigerator replaced or refund of cost of refrigerator and my 7 days of loss vacation time

This should never have happened on a new product...after trip 2 refrigerator should have been replaced ASAP.

Document all repair attempts and losses, then request a replacement directly from Frigidaire, citing the multiple unsuccessful repairs under warranty. If they refuse, escalate the matter to a supervisor by emphasizing the hardship caused. You may also want to consider contacting a consumer protection agency or filing a small claims case to seek compensation for losses if they’re still unwilling to resolve this fairly.

Frigidaire Bad refrigerator, even worse service

Bought a fridge in June 2023. They had to replace the mid-drawer in and controller in Dec 2023 because opening it or the freezer would cause it to power off.

In July/August 2024 mid-drawer started freezing everything and very noisy. Trouble-shooting on my own I figured out the tech who replaced the drawer, never installed the seal or bumpers. 1st service visit after Dec '23 and he didn't bring the parts I begged them for. A week later seal showed up and we installed it.

Still freezing everything and making noise. 2nd service call since Dec '23 and had to cancel everything for the day because they would not schedule a time I was available. Technician said to defrost and everything would be fine. Unplugged, opened doors and drawers for 36 hours. It's not fine.

Still doesn't work. Fridge always 35 despite being set to 37, 38, 39. Mid-drawer always 20 (or less) despite being set to freezer, 32, 37, or 45. Had service call set up for last Friday and they never showed.

Found out they rescheduled my appt for the following Weds without ever notifying me. No call, no text, no nothing. After 20 minutes of platitudes, they said I was called and didn't answer. I showed no missed calls and had no messages.

We'll see if they actually show up and fix it. Or replace it as they should.

Claimed loss: Thousands $ in lost hours for my husband (captain for major airline), canceled shifts at my volunteer job at the animal shelter, $100 in food getting spoiled from being frozen, bubbly water bursting from being frozen, etc.

Desired outcome: Replace it and if they won't replace it, refund.

They showed up when they were supposed to and are ordering numerous parts to try and fix the fridge. If it actually fixes all the issues fine, but if it doesn't, they need to replace the fridge.

Frigidaire Refrigerator

Over $2800 for a Frigidaire Gallery mod: lghd2369tf8, ns: 4a14101236, not even 3 years old and breaking down. I have to put food in my 20 year old spare refrigerator. Last year their service man said he fixed it by squirting silicone caulk around the door area. It didn't fix the problem and now the door shows 5Y EF and it's not as cold as it used to be. I finally called again yesterday to try and contact someone even though I don't have confidence in their repair service. I've been trying since yesterday. I was told that nothing would be done unless I had the Lowes protection plan number from the bottom of the receipt which I couldn't find. I was then told to email Assurant to get the plan number. They sent me a number for a sander that I don't even think I bought. Today I finally got the number from Lowes corporate and it's still under warranty till 11/30/24. The number is 0103444221335172302001. So now I'll start over again and see what can be done. I don't want more caulk squirted on it as a repair. I tried to load a video and but it was prevented.

Claimed loss: Nothing yet. We have another refrigerator we can use if this one totally breaks down.

Desired outcome: I want a different unit or a refund. I shouldn't have to be aggravated with something that was so expensive and brand new. I don't trust this unit. I can hear the fan blades in the unit hitting something

We spent over $2800 for a Gallery refrigerator with the extended 3 year warranty through lowe's. Within the second year it started making a banging noise. It took a while to get a response but eventually a technician came and all he did is squirt some caulk around where the doors close. I wasn't impressed and it didn't fix the problem. A couple of days later the noise started again but the unit was working so I didn't call for a repair and more caulk again. Into the third year I noticed the food was not getting as cold as normal and 5Y EF started showing up on the door. Then the frige didn't work at all, just the freezer part. It took me two days to contact the right person since I couldn't find m receipt with some 22 digits and every number I called was automated. If a human finally answered the phone they told me they could not do anything without that number and I was told to call the automated numbers again. I even went to lowes since it was their extended and was told they could no do anything. They told me to contact Assurant. Guess what, I never heard of them. Great, more people to go through. Finally someone from assurant said I had to file a repair claim. I tried several times and kept getting stopped before the complaint would go through. I called assurant again. A representative filed my repair request on Monday 9/16 and said someone would be out the next day. After waiting all day the repair guy from Dosyak Appliance said he was not coming out until friday. Now it's over a week without a refrigerator. I live in NJ and I noticed that the repair company was from PA. I can't believe they have no contacts in NJ. Finally the repairman came out and said two fans were not working in the unit and had to be ordered which might take another week. The piece of junk is not even 3 years old and it's only my wife and myself that use it. I really don't think this complaint is going to do any good but it feels good to let someone know how crappy the warranty service is. I've had appliances go bad before and usually a repairman can come out that same day or one day after. If everyone keeps stalling our warranty will run out.

I have detailed our 5 separate and incongruous repairs on the GRMN2072AF01 model 3 or more times to the warranty department in the last 2 weeks. They are well aware that they have not created a claim or sent me an email that they are addressing the issue of the lemon condition fridge.

Frigidaire laundry center

I purchased a laundry center at the end of Dec 2023. It was installed on Jan 6, 2024. I used it once and 8it stopped working. I went through the warranty company, and they sent an appliance repairman. He came out 4-5 times to no avail. It is June 6 and I still have a washer and dryer that is inoperable. I have asked for a replacement numerous times and they keep giving me the run around. It has been 6 months. Ridiculous. Their customer service agents lied to me, hung up on me several times. I am at wits end. They keep ordering more parts that does not work. Help

Claimed loss: I have had to drive out here 3 times to be here when the repairman arrives. This is my seasonal home. It cost me $200 round trip each time. I also have had to go to the laundromat several times. I havce lost out on 6 months of usage.

Desired outcome: replacement or money back including my travel and time

I bought a laundry center and in the first month, the dryer would start and run about 5 seconds. I contacted the now out of business large appliance store. Miraculously, the day the technician came out, it started working. But here less than a year later, the same problem. I replaced the circuit board, it ran about a week and stopped again. I contacted Frigidaire and was informed that since my warranty ran out, they wouldn't assist me. I will never buy another Frigidaire appliance. I paid too much for something that didn't last a year.

Frigidaire Fridgedair Fridge Model # GCRE306CAFM Serial # VF30610766

The fridge is less that a year old and have trouble trouble. The service man has been here twice and even changed the motherboard but now again it is not working. I bought this fridge July 1.2023 and would like to actually talk to a person to get this resolved. It works fine then gets stuck in Defrost mode and will not reset itself. I have tried unplugging it several times and leaving it unplugged for 30 mins at a time. After I got the new motherboard it worked for about a month then started the same thing gets stuck in the defrost mode.

Claimed loss: all my food twice. $ 1000.00 lost in meat alone.

Desired outcome: I want a new fridge that works.

Frigidaire 86 days without a Frigde - Terrible policies- Terrible Service From Both Lowes and Frigidaire

Warning, if you buy an appliance that you absolutely need and can't go without like a fridge, washer, dryer, etc. do not buy a Frigidaire. Our experience has been horrible.
We bought a new fridge from Lowes on Sept 27,2022 and when it was unboxed we noticed a dent in the door. We tried to take it back to Lowes and they said we couldn't return it because we didn't buy the extended warranty so we would need to have Frigidaire replace it. WRONG! On Lowes own website they state that their return policy is 48 hours on all large appliances. We called them less than 24 hours after buying the fridge.

After getting nowhere with Lowes we contacted Frigidaire. They said they would fix it for us and to go ahead and use the fridge.

After plugging the fridge in we filled it with groceries to replace the food that was ruined when our old fridge quit working. That night the fridge started beeping at around 1 am. I woke up and checked the fridge and it had a "High Temp" warning light on. I opened the fridge and all of new groceries were frozen solid, and everything was ruined. I unplugged the fridge to stop the annoying beeping that woke up the entire family, then went back to bed. The next morning I drove to the Lowes store where I bought it and talked to the store manager who told me that they wouldn't take it back because we didn't purchase the extended warranty. I showed him on the Lowes website where it says appliances could be returned within 48 hours and he said he still wouldn't let us return it. Frustrated with Lowes we then contacted Frigidaire and Frigidaire sent out a repairman within a few days and he had to order a part to fix the fridge. It took about a week for that part to come in and get installed. Meanwhile we were putting our food in coolers on the kitchen floor. Within a few hours of the new part being installed the fridge started beeping again. The repairman told us to give the fridge 72 hours to re-calibrate, so we patiently waited with the fridge alarm constantly beeping and keeping the entire family awake at night. After a few days we contacted Frigidaire AGAIN and they sent the repairman out for the third time. He said he would order a different part in hopes of fixing the problem. By this time we had been without a fridge for almost three weeks, and were still living out of portable coolers on the kitchen floor. I called Frigidaire and told them I wanted to return the fridge and get a new one and they said we couldn't do that. Their policy was to fix the fridge until they determine it is un-fixable, then they would replace it, but would not let us return it for a refund.

To shorten this review, I will just say they we waited and waited on the part to come in to hopefully fix the fridge. After many calls to Frigidaire and them not budging on their policy to fix the broken appliance, we finally went and bought another new fridge, this time from Home Depot, and we made sure it wasn't a Frigidaire. After 75 days of living out of coolers on the kitchen floor, we contacted Frigidaire, told them we purchased another new fridge of a different brand, and requested that we return their broken fridge and get our money back. We explained that we had to buy another new fridge so we wouldn't have to live out of coolers. Frigidaire refused and said if we wanted our money back we would have to file a lawsuit to get it back. YES, that is what they told me.

We contacted Home Depot and cancelled our fridge purchase from them since It hadn't been delivered yet, and we kept living our of the coolers while waiting on Frigidaire. Finally at 86 days after purchasing the Frigidaire from Lowes (Dec 22,2022), the repairman had the replacement part and fixed the faulty fridge. We are still waiting on the replacement door that was dented.

There is a warranty act called the Magnusson Moss Warranty Act, and in that it stipulates that an appliance must be replaced or refunded within "Reasonable Time" if it is faulty. Frigidaire does not care, nor comply with that warranty act, and certainly doesn't care how long you go without an appliance if the one you buy from them is faulty. Frigidaire's policy of fixing until it is deemed un-repairable means that YOU as the customer have to wait on them no matter how long it takes for them to fix or replace the broken appliance. Frigidaire does NOT care about you as a customer, they just care about their policies. DO NOT BUY any major appliances from them if it is an appliance you can't live without.

8/8/23 Update - Frigidaire still has not replaced our dented door almost a year later after purchasing. The message we get each month from them is that the supply chain is holding the parts up.
Time for a lawsuit.

Frigidaire Range/oven

Model number FCFG3062ASA. I purchased this model from Lowes in October. When operating the oven a cooling fan with a very high pitched whistle comes on and stays on the entire time baking. Continues until the oven cools. It is obnoxious and deafening. I can not think, much less have a conversation with someone while it is operating. Technician has been out 3 times and assures me it is a fan to cool the mechanical part of the oven. Worst Range ever. Contacted

Frigidaire Washer/dryer

Bought a new “Laundry Center” (washer/dryer stacked) for our new house. Bought it in November of 22. The house was not ready for install until a couple of weeks ago. Dryer works fine, but the “close lid” light is on on the washer and won’t go out. Customer Service asked me to shut down the breaker and turn it off and wait. It didn’t work, so I called back to ask for a service call. Well of course, all they would tell me was that it was four months out of service. It had not been installed because of the builder needing extra time, I don’t find that unusual and I would think a technician could not only easily fix the problem but confirm that the machine is new and unused.

Desired outcome: free service call to fix and confirm problem is not because of me

Frigidaire Frigidaire upright freezer FFU16F2VW

Purchased this freezer on 01/31/2022. Not even 2 years old and have a system leak which keeps it from freezing. Called customer service and was treated rudely while the first one actually hung up on me after asking to speak to a supervisor. Service man I called said it would cost just as much to try to repair as it would to buy a new one. Second time writing this complaint and have not recieved any type of response. Would never recommend this product or company to anyone I know.

Frigidaire Upright freezer model.FFU16F2VW

Purchased this freezer on Jan. 31, 2022 and has stopped freezing. Called serviceman and was told there was a system leak and it will not cool. Called customer service and the first rep hung up on me while I was explaining the problem. the second told me it was out of warranty and there was nothing I could do. Think you could buy a product that would last at least a couple of years without having to worry about it, plus we had to throw out everything that thawed out. Will not recommend this or any Frigidaire product to anyone that would ask, rude customer service and garbage product

Frigidaire Electric range

I bought all the kitchen appliance from lowes by frigidaire - a fridge, an electric range, a microwave, and a dishwasher in december 2022. The day of christmas 2023 a top left burner (that I don't use much) died. This was after 19 days at the expiration of 1 year warranty. I call them and they were very sorry but the warranty was expired. So it is normal that an important piece of the appliance as a burner doesn't works after a little more than a year? Shame of you I am very sorry because I didn't see the reports before buy it!
