The customer service at this company is terrible. I ordered an item 5 months ago, they took my money and haven't given me anything in terms of communication. I've sent them many emails and made phone calls, but they never respond. I had to contact my credit card company to file a claim because of Shop4Seats' complete incompetence.

I bought a Queen sleeper sofa for our 5th wheel on March 3, 2022. It cost $1945.73, which is quite a hefty price. However, the delivery took an incredibly long time, and I didn't receive it until August 11th! The company initially promised to deliver it to our campground, but they changed their minds and sent it to our home instead. This was quite inconvenient as our home is a ninety-minute drive away from the campground. I had to hire a truck to transport it to our camper, which cost me extra money.

The most frustrating part of this whole experience is that the company claimed their camper/travel trailer products would fit through any camper doorway. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my sofa. It turned out to be 2 inches wider and 6 inches taller than the doorway. I had to hire a mechanic and pay over $400 to remove, replace, and reseal our big picture window just to get the sofa inside without it getting soaked in the rain. This kind of service is completely unacceptable.

Needless to say, I will never be purchasing anything from Shop4seats again. The whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a seat swivel from Shop4Seats and there was no mention of a delay during the ordering process. I waited almost a month and received no updates or emails about the product. I decided to call customer service and they informed me that my order wouldn't be delivered until November 2022. Frustrated, I canceled my order. However, more than two weeks later, I noticed that my credit card was still charged for the canceled order. I called again, but was put on hold with terrible elevator music and no customer service. If you decide to purchase from this overpriced company, be prepared to lose both your money and valuable time. They won't refund your limited lifespan. I've made three calls to them at this point and now I have to contact my credit card company to cancel any payment to this terrible company. I urge others not to buy anything from this site. Check if the items are in stock and if possible, pick them up in person. Is this the only way to get what you paid for?

I ordered seats in April with power seat base. They said it would come in August , but they didn't tell me that before they took my money. In June, they called and said they didn't have the power base anymore, so I would get a non-power base instead. I checked in August and they said it would come in October. The seat and base arrived in early October , but they didn't include the brackets I ordered for my truck. I called customer service and they said they would ship the brackets on Monday, October 11. I called again on October 17 and they said it would come on October 22. I called again on October 25th because I still didn't get the part, and they said it would come on November 1. I don't know if I will ever get the parts I need to install these expensive seats. I won't do business with them again and I regret ever doing so. They shouldn't treat customers like they treated me.

Possible scam *** simply one of the worst experiences I've endured in retail. Order 536333. Placed on 4/22, received a call from 'customer support' on 6/23 stating the options I chose that were offered on their website for my chair order were all of a sudden no longer available. Their provider is no longer providing power seat frames. I spoke to Megan (who was very helpful) and executed a full refund. Through another supplier, I was able to source the power base that was 'no longer being manufactured' by Shop4Seats' provider. I called back customer service hoping to be connected with Megan... nope, no such luck, instead I'm connected with Mr. Very Rude himself ***. I explained to *** that I found a power base, and is it possible to halt the refund? He stated the "refund could not be stopped". I asked "if I place another order, will I lose my place in line and have to wait ANOTHER 2 months for you guys to start my order?" Nope! You'll wait another 2 months. If you like giving folks an interest-free loan, then Shop4Seats.com is the place for you. If you go to their website today, power seats are still available for their seats, even though their 'supplier' has stopped 'making them'.

I ordered red seats with black piping for my Tahoe. I'm still waiting to hear from the manufacturer. The order number is ***.

I bought a anthem theater seating from their website. It showed one that was 86 inches long. I called to ask some questions and the guy said I can take your order, I know what you want, so I ordered from him. What I got is not what was pictured. They sent me the cheaper model.

I bought some truck seats from this company. They said they wouldn't charge me until my purchase was sent. But now they charged me and said my order won't ship for 5 months or longer. Customer service won't answer my calls, give me a refund, or contact me. Lots of other customers have had the same problem. They're keeping my money without saying anything. It's hurting my business and delaying a big project.

Ordered seats for my *** Silverado truck in August . They said I would need a bracket kit also, so I ordered it. The bracket doesn't fit my truck because the two foot brackets were different sizes (they should be the same). I had the wrong one modified to fit. Then I noticed the long top bracket that goes from the passenger side to the driver side was too short. I sent pictures of the brackets twice now, but nobody is staying in contact with me to resolve this issue. I called customer service three times, but they keep telling me they're waiting to hear back from the manufacturing department. This has been going on since October! In my last email, I mentioned contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com, and their reply was the same - waiting on manufacturing. If they don't have the proper bracket, they should reimburse me for it.

This company sold me something that is NOT like how it was advertised. It was sold "as is" with the assumption that I could put the seats in my vehicle. I bought base plates and chairs, but nothing was sold/delivered as advertised. The bolt holes didn't match up, there were missing parts/pieces, and the seat didn't even work. I had to hire a mechanic to weld 12" metal plates to my van, and he also had to completely remake the parts so they would fit and work right. This cost me almost as much as the chairs themselves. I called 3 times in the last 4 weeks and no one seems to care. They haven't gotten back to me and don't seem to have any urgency or interest in helping me. Not happy with this company. I think a full reimbursement of the mechanic fees will make it right. Otherwise, I won't recommend them to anyone.

On 3/31, I bought a Lacrosse sofa sleeper for my *** Van from Shop4seats.com through an up fitter dba *** On 4/21, I reached out to Shop4seats.com to buy new headrests for the seat. The headrests I had got thrown away because my dog caused significant damage that couldn't be fixed. I'm not asking them to cover the headrests under warranty, I just want to purchase a new set to ensure the safety of my vehicle and prevent my kids from getting whiplash if we're rear-ended. They put me on hold multiple times and then forgot about me. They hung up on me multiple times too. They played games with me, saying it was a customer service problem, then customer service said it was a sales problem. They gave me the wrong email for management. I asked them if they could sell me headrests from a damaged seat that don't match and have different fabrics, because it's a safety concern. I need them to sell me two headrests and I'm willing to pay extra. They want me to buy another $800 bench seat. Please fix this issue.

I bought a seat from shop4seats.com and had to wait for months to get it, which is not a problem. The headrests are made the wrong way round. I contacted the company right away and sent them pictures, but they never replied to my email or calls. After about a week, I reached out to them again. I was put on hold for a few minutes, and when they looked at the pictures, they said it was supposed to be like that. I completely disagree because it looks nothing like the pictures online, and it looks awful facing the wrong way. This is also a safety concern because the headrest is meant to protect your head and neck in an accident. The way these headrests are angled, they might actually harm your neck if you were in a crash. I spent $2073.00 with these people, and fixing these headrests would probably cost around $20. Their customer service is terrible. I'm a business owner, and I always make sure my customers are happy. I haven't been unreasonable with them, so it's a complete rip-off that they won't replace these headrests. I have plenty of pictures if you want to see them.

I bought 2 chairs from Shop4Seats thinking they would fit my Sprinter Van, but they didn't. First, the seat bolt pattern didn't match the Sprinter base, so they gave me an adapter plate. But guess what? The bolt patterns on the adapter plate didn't match either! I had to spend hours enlarging the holes to make it work.

Second, the seats didn't have the proper seat belt attachment system for the Sprinter. To fix this, they welded tabs to the adapter plate. The problem is, they put tabs on both sides even though the seat belt only attaches to one side. The driver's tab and bolt kept hitting the parking brake, so I had to remove and modify the plastic cover.

Third, in order to use the seat belt tab, I had to cut several inches of the seat's skirt fabric (which they call "leather"). This left an ugly white backing and made the skirts look messy.

And finally, when I called for help with installation, they told me they don't provide technical support because they expect customers to hire professionals. But hey, I bought the seats, they were shipped to me, and I paid for them! It was a waste of time and caused me a lot of frustration.

Overall, I'm not happy with my experience with Shop4Seats. The seats didn't fit properly, the seat belt attachment was a mess, and they didn't offer any support. It's been a real headache.

We ordered back in February and before ordering we called many times to find out how long until they shipped. They told us many times it would take 4 weeks. It ended up taking 9 weeks, and we had to cancel two RV trips, losing out on non-refundable RV spaces (yes, we gave ourselves wiggle room, just not 5 weeks worth). When the furniture was delivered, we noticed the couch didn't have the pull-out drawer we paid $250 for. I called Shop4Seats and they told me they couldn't see that on my receipt, so I happily forwarded them screenshots of my receipt. They called us back and said that we called in and requested for the drawer to be removed (I absolutely did not ever do this and if I did, why was I not refunded then - makes no sense). So I told them to please send me the correct couch drawer I paid for and they said it would take 22 weeks. Yes, 6 MONTHS! I said okay fine, I'll wait the 6 months but I am going to use the one you sent until I get the new one since it was not my mistake and then when they drop it off they can take this one back. Nope, they wouldn't even do that, they said they wouldn't even start production until we shipped back the first couch. So now, I am stuck with a couch with no pull-out drawer which I desperately needed for storage space. Oh and to top it all off, their managers refused to speak with us, they forced their customer service reps to put us on hold when they go back and forth between the manager and us. Absolutely horrible! We even asked if they could just send the drawer and we'd put it together and they refused. Now I am going to have to somehow put together a drawer on my own, with my own money.
