Shipping company - Their system has a bug, it calculates the shipping fees for goods costs 190 USD as 4718 USD. plus there is no date for problem fixing!

I am from Egypt, I Purchased form Amazon some goods (Costs 180 USD) that reached Borderlinx 18 November and until now they have a bug in their system that calculate shipping fees as (4718 USD!!), until now there is no solution! Their cust. service said in the past week that :
