I ordered through the drive through on 12/13/23 at the Burger King in Milton, FL. I was not given a receipt for my order. I paid with a debit card, when I asked for the receipt, I was told their machine was not working and the window was shut in my face. I looked in my bag and there were no napkins. I had to get the cashiers attention and request napkins which should have already been in the bag as I ordered through, the cashier was rude and again the window was shut in my face. I again, go the attention of the cashier and another women came to the window (she said she was the manager), I asked who the owner of the restaurant was as it is not posted on the window or anywhere on the building. She said she did not know the owner's name. I reconciled this information as the manager, she should know who the owner is, she gave me the first name of Josh. I asked what the last name, she said she did not know his last name. I still waited, she asked if I wanted her to go and find it, of course I did. She provided the last name of Pointer. I do not know if this is the correct information, but I will be reaching out to him. This behavior is unacceptable.

Desired outcome: I want the receipt machine working, I want to make sure any receipts match when I do my bank statement. I want customers to have a good experience when they are being served.
