I worked at the bk in chesapeake va 23321 and it was the worst ever it’s all about favoritism in this store they treat their employees like slaves and will hire a complete idiot to work there and I left a few days ago and will not be coming back if someone calls out they won’t get mad at them but they will towards me and I had enough of it they worked me like a dog again this is my fourth time working for that location and every time they wait to show their true colors after not even a month and the managers are not friendly at all they will two face ya in a heartbeat

I walked off tonight because Zach the manager, Mr. high-strung, impatient, is a condescending [censored] who when asked a question degraded me like I was the biggest piece of [censored], a real inconvenience to him. It was my 4th night.. others called out and It was taken out on me I guess, also overheard that a few others had quit that week. The one other kissass on the burger board who instead of working with me as a team was hindering me, like they were backing one another idk felt very sexist. The atmosphere was charged with too much testosterone.. I wasn't trained properly, expected to just observe I guess. Get it the first time and don't dare make a mistake! It was just the three of us assembling the food. I understand not all days are good that's expected but he didn't have to talk down to me. I was eager to learn and I was there when they asked me to come in.
The night before I walked out, I was under the impression I was doing okay .. that was a great night and I'm thankful for the opportunity to have been given a chance to work there.
I learned a little bit and realized that maybe fast food just isn't my jam.
I was really angry when I wrote that comment and wish I could delete it. I don't want to cause any trouble.
I know it's crazy working fast food and I commend them for all of their hard work. They are good at what they do. I however am new and it just wasn't for me.
