i order a phone while i was in the US since 10th of November i specifically used over night prime shipping so i can get the phone before i leave the United States. day of delivery the agent arrives with the phone asking for a code i had no clue what he was speaking about by the time i left to go check my phone to verify he was already gone . i immediately contacted support and let them know what the issue was they told me she would put in a request to have him pass by the same day to deliver the phone i stayed up til 9pm noone came back. i contacted support again told them my flight is the following day i cannot wait i need the phone or my refund now she some how coaxed me to delay my flight an entire day to wait for the phone the next day. so i added a note to the delivery so that they leave the package i even left the code in the delivery instructions i was in disbelief when the delivery drive came and left before i could even know that anyone was at the door now am beyond pissed i call them up to ask for a refund to day is December 3rd and i havent gotten a dollar back . the service is HORRIBLE.
