1) The order ending 9868 was ordered 4 July 2023, shipped 6 July 2023, was stated delivered 11 July 2023, but it was not received.
2) The order ending 0641 was ordered 19 June 2023, shipped 21 June 2023, refunded 1 July 2023, delivered 11 July 2023, and was received.
Now my question is why was order 0641 shipped 21 June, refunded 10 days later, and delivered 10 days after that? What was wrong with those 2 Visa cards? My family didn't know that the Visa cards were not good and tried many times to activate them.
The two cards in order 9868 were never received, so nobody knew where they were.
Is it possible that the two orders were confused, since both are said to have been delivered on the same day? Whatever happened, I am still out of pocket $413.90 for order ending 9868.
I have been contacting Amazon for months, both through Amazon Chat and Amazon Email. No one has helped me. I have been told that since more than 30 days have elapsed, I will not get a refund.
