I shopped at walgreens yesterday 10/06/09 my reciept and the clerk both said to go online to complete survey and enter their $3000.00 sweepstakes. I did go to their website just to find out that the survey was no longer available. Just what is it you are trying to do Walgreens.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Went onto your website to enter the $3, 000 cash survey your receipt has listed and couldn't find anywhere to fill in this survey.
Please don't put it on your receipts if you're not going to have it available.
Otherwise, your store has a lot of good buys and nice gifts.

I want to add my survey and passward to the sweepstaks. why is it so hard?
1/19/2010 I went to the above Walgreens and on my receipt it said to take a survey I logged on to the address and guess what! no place to take the survey. Whats the big idea?

I went to the walgreens in williston, fl today, the store was great and the people was great, but i got my receipt and it said that I could go to it's web site and complete a short sarvey and I would have a chance to win 3000.00 but there is on web site.

On my reciept from Walgreens it said take a survey. Went Walgreensfeedback.com at fir st could not find the survey. However when I entered online survey it appeared and I was able to submit my survey.
Have tried three times to go to the survey and enter the 3000 contest... Haven`t made it yet...
I had no problem taking the survey from walgreens.On the receip is a survey # and then below that is a password number.I went to the walgreen site and then on that page is a link that says take survey now.I clicked it and gave my survey then gave them my info and was signed up for survey.How is this a fraud and scam?You guys need to chill out and read the whole page.Wish you luck.
I get on the receipt a code for survey to get a dollar for my next purchase. Try by phone and they say thay have completed the surveys, to go on line the on line it says that you have the wrong survey password if they are not going to accept them thay should not be printed on the receipt.
I tried to take an on-line survey and enter a contest but the site www.walgreensfeedback.com did not allow me to enter my survey number or4 password.
On 1/10/11 I went to Walgreens to shop, and have copies made of old pictures. I have never been treated so rudley in a place that's supposed to help customers. I'm 76 yrs. old and not up to date on all electronics . I asked the man to help me, and all he could say was put your hand on screen and follow directions, I was unable to go all the way as I didn't understand, so I asked again and he told me the same thing, follow the directions. Never once helped me. I overheard someone say they had been told not to help on the photo machine. This was at Walgreens address, 1801 N. Main St., Madisonville, Ky.
The website is actually : www.loyaltysurvey.com try that I was able to register. They really need to change it because its seprate from thier website. Karyn

I would like an oppurtunity to enter walgreens sweepstakes . This is all a waste of my time .
I really enjoy your store, there is always so much variety of merchandise and availability of products that we can not find at other stores, such as Burts Bee products and new products on the market. We have been disappointed however when our favoritew products are removed from your stores merchandise, when we cannot obtain them anywhere else. The pharmacy staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Ken Albrecht is especially a great boon to the store we go to. There is a lack of enough help sometimes, but the staff that is on duty is always pretty helpful or willing to help.
I tried to do your survey and could not find it.
Forget the Walmart survey. I did onw last year, did everything it, got approved and never received a card.

2/8/10 I went to my local Walgreens and picked up a prescription it was ready and correct, no problems. I shop there all the time people are very helpful and nice. I live in Anderson, In survey # [protected], password [protected]. Thanks for the good service.
You did not answer my question, what a waste of time! Got this receipt with the 72 hours to complete a survey & to enter the sweepstakes, but ends up nowhere!
How do I enter the $3, 000 cash sweepstakes?
I also thought that the survey was unavailable, so I went to their website to contact then about it. I happened to see a link to survey in contact area. I clicked it and was able to take the survey. The web address on the receipt is not valid.
