Stopped by our property to discuss looking at the roof. Visually you can tell the shingles are worn out. Kevin Herring checked the roof. And said hey I think your home owners will cover the repair. So he had me sign a document. Telling me it gives him permission to talk to them. What is was I found out later. Was the roofing contract. He had me sign it before providing me a written estimate. This was on 07/26/2023 They still have not provided me a written estimate. I found out from Farm Bureau today. They got one today. They told me I had to pay a termination penalty to get out of it.
