our roof was replaced by Roof pros due to hail damage. Nathan the sales rep said they use waterproof underlay "that even if all the shingles were blown off in a hurricane, we wouldn't need a blue tarp". then installed the cheapest underlay that has no waterproof value at all. we had a minor water stain, called to get them to look at it and never called me back for service. shame on us for not understanding or trusting too much, but this has been a bad experience. 2 year work warranty is also very short in the industry. use someone else if you need a new roof.

Excellent reputable company with good craftsmanship good professional ethics. We had our roof project done by this company and we were highly pleased with their SOP, and the quality of their work. Highly recommend.

Roof looks great! Beth *** is who you want to talk to! She should be employee of the year! She is empathetic, responsive, pro-active and excels at customer service! She was so great, I want to hire her for myself!

Kobe did a wonderful job in assisting us in getting our new roof replaced thru our insurance company. The crew worked diligently in getting our new roof up in 2 days. It looks great. Communication with everyone was on point.

Darrell *** was excellent in many ways. He was very informative and calm at every step of the process. The roof is gorgeous as he had said, and the roofing crew were very efficient. I would really recommend Darrell to everyone who needs roofing help, or who just has a couple of questions!

Great company to work with. My insurance company drew out the process for about a year and a half, but Roofing Pros was with me every step of the way. Once everything was finally settled, my roof was installed as soon as the materials arrived. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and he really seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer.

This Company was referred to me by a relative who had used them to replace their roof in Florida after the the Hurricanes at the beginning of 2021. I was satisfied with the work done on my house, the time it took to start and finish the job was amazing.

They were prompt and courteous . The working area was maintained clean . They will pick up the garbage and put it in the garbage bin. The job was done in two days which is the norm. It needed time to do it right. I will tell you i love the job that was done. And the project manager, Mr., was very knowledgeable and courteous. Explain everything. I would recommend this company.

Roofing Pros USA was great from start to finish! From the beginning Ken *** was helpful and attentive to our situation. We got a bad deal from our insurance company in regards to our deductible. Ken helped us through the situation and Roofing Pros provided the financing we needed for the difference. Ken always remained in touch with us and provided timely updates in regards to the process. We will definitely be using/ recommending Roofing Pros for any future repairs and or roof replacement.

I highly Do Not recommend this company. Very unprofessional company and very uncomfortable experience with them. The Sales Reps are deceiving. The process wasn't explained properly. The work staff doesn't follow up. Upper and lower management has poor communication skills. The dates were changed and no notification sent out. The materials were changed. This company is deceitful. Dealing with the company for 3 months and the roof isn't installed. Company changed original agreement. They did not fulfilled their obligations.

. This company is a borderline scam.

One of their consultants said my roof needed to be replaced and my insurance company will replace it AND they work with insurances all the time and get jobs approved. He doubly assured me it would be approved by my insurance and they take care of the process. I thought I did my due diligence, but in the end I was scammed. They submitted the claim and as soon as there was push back from the insurance company, they ghosted me. I was stuck with a $2,500 deductible to replace a handful of missing singles. Run, don't walk away.

I have used Roofing Pros USA to install new roofs on several rental houses. I couldn't be more satisfied. Our Project Manager, Nick ***, made the whole process so easy. And for the cost only of my insurance deductible and replaced wood fee! From the beginning, contacting the insurance company with me--Nick did most of the talking--to the installation--two days and they were out of there. On one house, the insurance company initially made a laughable offer. Attorney, Nicole ***, suggested by Nick, brought them to heel. And before you knew it, I had beautiful new roofs and VERY happy tenants. (And, of course, a very happy owner. I can't speak to other areas, but the men and women in the Ocala branch are honest and hard workers. I was very well served. R Hale. #

First Steve meet my insurance company on my roof and helped get me a new roof.That was after I received a letter from the insurance company they were dropping me because the age of my roof.I have to admit was was a little hesitate at first the contract was scary.I called there office told them my concerns and they worked it out with me.I also checked the building department and seen how many roofs they did lets just say it is a lot.Then I checked with my insurance adjustor he told me they dealt with roofing pros many times and never had a complaint.The next person to meet with me was Randy .I was concerned about not enough vents.He looks and said no problem and added 3 more. The roofers did an excellent job the clean up was awesome.Another supervisor came after the job was done just to make sure I was happy with them.I highly recommend them

Roofing Pros USA came out to my home on December 10th of 2021 to give me an estimate to replace my roof at that time they decided I had roof damage due to a recent storm, and suggested that I call my insurance company which I followed their advice and did so. After that point it became very stressful dealing with Roofing Pros USA there was problem with returning phone calls ordering the supplies for the roof getting the permit in a timely manner. I had to call Roofing Pros USA supervisor Miss Abby and request that they have someone pick up the check before it expired. I would then have to contact my insurance company and request a replacement check. The new roof was finally put on March the 3rd 2022 it took only one day one day to complete. It took Roofing Pros USA 3 weeks to send over the pictures Etc. To my insurance company in order for them to release the final payment. A final payment was sent to Roofing Pros USA it was sent overnight mail, received and signed for by someone in their office. They stated that they lost or misplaced the check over $6,000 I had to call my insurance company cancel the check and now waiting on another check to be processed this has been going on since December 10th and is now May 18th 2022 I am concerned about my credit due to the fact that there's a lien on my home and not being able to sell my property. I needed a new roof so Roofing Pros had me call the insurance company who then approved agreeing that I needed a roof replacement. This was over a month ago when i received the estimates and check from the insurance company, yet Roofing Pros has not provided any information that i have been repeatedly requesting to move forward with the service: (1) documentation to sign for pulling of permits, (2) Shingle colors options for me to use for requesting the approval from my HOA (3) Itemized description of work to be done in the roof to match it with the estimate the insurance provided. Now that i have requested a release to there "Contractors Performance and Communication Agreement" for being a dissatisfied customer and not wanting to proceed with there service. A very rude supervisor named Tina Nettles tells me that i will need to pay a $2000 or 20% cancellation fee with no exceptions for work provided. Something i find very odd as there has been no work provided, no sign off on any actual work to be performed in my roof and no Assignment of Benefits to them from the insurance company because they never in this whole ( or little) process ever engaged the insurance company, i did! .. BE very careful with this company as first impressions is everything and starting like this gives me no confidence with the fear they will provide the same service to my roof! Currently awaiting there manager to respond with the release of this contract which should not be honored as a dissatisfied customer with rights to pursue other options of service .

This company came to my house stated I needed a new roof, which I did told me they would contact my insurance company and let the insurance company now that there was wind damage and I should hear something back from the insurance company within a week or two. They stated that I would have to replace a couple boards that are under the shingles but I would not need to replace the whole thing maybe one or two boards at the most. I stated that's fine and I asked if we could put the boards on our *** credit card oh, they stated that would not be a problem whatsoever. They also have me pick out my shingles and I picked Colonial slate they said that would be perfect and would not have any issues with that color they contacted me a couple weeks later stating that they no longer have that color and would black be okay. I said no and I would have to pick again when they proceeded to tell me that they found another company that had the color and I could use that color. Day of build they go and pick up 50 plus sheets of wood and state that every piece of the wood under the shingle is rotted and now it's going to cost me $4,000. They told me they shouldn't be a problem with the insurance company will pay it or if the insurance company decides not to pay it that they will make a payment plan with me insurance company decides not to pay it when I discuss with them what I can afford which was $1,000 down and $75 a month they told me they cannot do that and they will put a lien on my house until it is paid off that was never discussed through any of the paperwork. The lady that I have dealt with this is entire time has made multiple statements of homeowners slamming the doors in her face after getting her money and I couldn't figure out why now I completely understand this company will rip you off without a doubt without discussion and then put a lien on your house if you don't have the $4,000 up front they will not make a payment plan with you do not trust this company
