Had two of these procedures done to eliminate fat in stomach area for approximately $2400 and received absolutely NO RESULTS. I had been promised that "everyone gets results" and also told that everyone gets DIFFERENT results...some more or less...but SOMETHING/anything. I have photographs in my possession. Riverchase in Fort Myers has should absolutely no interest in providing any restitution and has given me what I consider the run around in contacting the Corporate offices of Coolscupting and their insurance division all of which to no avail. I have warned others not to have this procedure done on social media every chance I get. I believe I have been misled and misdirected and request a full refund for no results as promised
I have been misled and promised results that I did not get. CoolScupting brochure should have contained disclaimer indicating that some clients receive NO results through no fault of their machinery. I would have thought twice about having the procedures done and NOT spent the money. In addition I have been humiliated by Riverchase Dermatology's handling of my claim and given the run around with contacting Zeltig headquarters and subsequent insurance agency. I believe this is a case of false advertising and request full refund for no results from services. I will continue to encourage people NOT to have this procedure done on social media every chance I get. Photos before and after available upon request for comparison.
