Riverchase Dermatology Biopsy

Dr Mc Bride took a biopsy of a suspicious area on my face.Well it turns out it is a cancer.
This biopsy was done in July 2020 this is The end of January 2021 and I just received a letter to call them right away,
I never thought anything about it because no one ever called me.
They continue to tell me they tried to call and leave messages but I never got them.
They could have called my emergency contact, emailed me or texted me like they did to confirm my appointments.
Here it is six months later and I'm going to have a procedure where they cut it out of your face and hope they don't have to go deeper
I am very upset and will be looking for a new dermatologist when this is over
Someone is very incompetent and not doing there job
This could possibly be a desaster

Riverchase Dermatology Coolscupting

Had two of these procedures done to eliminate fat in stomach area for approximately $2400 and received absolutely NO RESULTS. I had been promised that "everyone gets results" and also told that everyone gets DIFFERENT results...some more or less...but SOMETHING/anything. I have photographs in my possession.
