Speedway review: Manager of the store

This specific manager every time we go into his store, he works in the mornings. He always is yelling out loud complaining about whatever issue he has in front of the customers, and all around has a extremely POOR attitude and purposely making people, speaking for myself and my fiance, feel uncomfortable for instance we go in and buy fountain drinks a few times a day, (it's a minute to the store from my house) and he makes a point to go behind the counter where you can see customers at the drink station and watches us full on not breaking eye contact. Basically insuiating we might steal something. This morning we went in and he was making rude comments to my fiance and said he was watching us and in front of all the customers proceeds to make a assumption that my fiance is on something saying hes worried about him and we switched registers just for him to stand there and continue to talk bad about us to the next customer. He degraded us and does not keep the appearance a manager should have. He's nasty and can't keep any employees. They're always hiring on first shift because nobody lasts more than a week. He is a common denominator obviously. I don't appreciate being made to feel that way, and my fiance doesn't appreciate the rude, degrading, treatment he gave us. We are loyal customers!
