I work close to the Sheetz store located at 678 Frankstown Rd. Altoona, PA 16601. I am a "regular" at this store. Every Friday and Saturday evening I stop after work and purchase alcohol. My daughter purchased a grilled cheese sandwich and what she got was a thin piece of cheese between two pieces of white bread…for $3! She didn’t tell me about it until today or I would’ve told her to return it and speak to a manager. Times are tough all over and the price of everything has gone up…quality should improve, as well. I used to think Sheetz food was a step above other fast foods.

Sheetz Bathroom conditions

Either this facility needs retraining on how to keep the facility clean, touched up during the day, and cleaned on a regular schedule. The time was 2:41 pm, very few customers. Employees behind counter telling stories about coming up weekends. There was hardened feces all over the lip and seat that had been there for an extended period of time.

I ran facilities for the Army for 32 years and I would no tolerated this from my staff.

Did not have camera with me at the time.

Desired outcome: I would like to see some compensation for my distress. Facility #443 needs some management and staff training refreshment. Since COVID Sheetz became our date place, order ahead, pay, then just pick up. Been married 50 years.

Sheetz Female Security Guard / Racial profiling /discrimination accusation intimidation harassment discrimination bullying and refusing to give me her nam

August 30th it was about 4: 20 I walked in with my child an my cousin an I walked back out to the van to ask my aunt what she wanted me to get for the kids the security guard follow me out the store and told me I was stealing and so I emptied my purse out on the table improved her wrong I said so now you're going to [censored]in apologize correct and she said no the f*** I'm not and you're not coming back in my store so I apologize for cussing an went on to explain to her from the moment I walk in to the store she started profiling me and discriminate because believe I was a different color . I have benn up moving from my home all night whit my kid so I came out to get food for my kids and that ho I get treated I ask to speak to managers and she told m [censored] no I'm not getting my manager Female Security Guard / Racial profiling /discrimination accusation intimidation harassment discrimination bullying and refusing to give me her name as well as let me talk to the manager.

Desired outcome: Her job or I'm gonna have to take further action

Sheetz Food quality and service

I stopped at the king street sheets last night after work. I ordered a quesadilla with green peppers and onions. I wanted fresh vegetables. Instead. I got some slimey sauteed onions and peppers when I complained I was told that was how it came. This was something I used to get at least once a week and it cost around 6 dollars and it was good. Now it's over 9 dollars and I threw it in the trash. I will never eat at sheets again

Desired outcome: An apology would be nice

Sheetz Food quality

Arounf 130 am i went to the butler sheetz on pittsburh Ordered the Broccoli bacon bites with marinara. Didn't even get the marinara I paid for and upon taking them out of the bottom of the bag (because understandably they don't fit in the little red bag they're intended for) they are all mushed into pieces and unedible. Some of them are still in tact but they are completely destroyed and cold on the inside ( i ordered in store and went home that is approximately 4 minutes away) the ones that weren't mush were fine but the others were disgustingly cold

Sheetz Employee named "New York" harassing autistic teenager

My 17 yr old daughter is autistic, at this point she's learning to be independent and with this next step in life we're allowing her to make purchases alone. As she ordered food from your kiosk she went to pick up more items usually most stores have some type of basket or cart as yours did not she thought using a donut bag to hold candy bars so she could carry other items she was approached by an employee who was verbally aggressive asking if she planned on paying for such items as she fallowed my daughter around the store telling the other customers around that she assumed my daughter was there to steal the items she had in her hands and that she made sure the cops were aware and watching the cameras my daughter never being in this ridiculous situation was intimidated and scared not knowing what to say she began to check out while waiting in line the employee still close and watching my daughter until it was her turn to pay for her items the employee made sure she/he was the one to check her out as she rang up her items she continued to make jokes about the situation to other employees after paying y daughter waited for her order after 10 mins another employee asked if she was waiting on food my daughter replied that she was waiting she was informed the food had not been rang up so she would have to go through line and repay for her order . My daughter was scared that she wud have to go back to the employee that had been making her extremely uncomfortable the entire time instead of going back she left in tears this experience was supposed to be an accomplishment that turned into a setback for no good reason, out of everyone in the store I would like to know why my daughter was the only customer fallowed around and made embarrassed as she was being talked about as if she had done something wrong especially when she didn't understand in the first place why this stranger was treating her like she was never supposed to in the store to begin with, how is this acceptable to allow employee to accuse someone who hasn't even finished shopping not even given the chance to pay before being treated like a common thief. After my daughter informed me of the situation I knew that simply saying anything at all to their manager would get me no where most likely the employee would get a slap on the wrist and not taken seriously as this situation should have never happened to begin with this is the kind of customer service that's acceptable after all the employee felt comfortable enough to act the way he/she did than it's obviously something that's often overlooked

Desired outcome: Would like the employee to learn a valuable lesson suspension yet not terminated give them the chance to think about their actions changing how they treat people to take their job serious.

Sheetz Staff inappropriate ignorant and rude comments

I am a former employee of store #165. I was in on July 15th to get food and drinks. I heard rude and inappropriate comments very loudly from an employee Vera and the store Manager Gwen making unnecessary and rude comments about the previous store manager not working weekends where as Gwen does. I found this conversation extremely inappropriate for right at the register/sbc it was not quiet and it was not private. The previous manager has a very young child at home and had a dying husband care where this store manager can obviously afford to uproot her life and move to Coudersport just to " manage " store 165 her children are grown and doesn't have a dying husband. I found these comments extremely disrespectful and ignorant knowing customers were standing right there. Knowing full well there could be customers standing there that know the previous manager.

I stopped at a Sheetz to grab a sandwich cuz we're always going there was nothing else around I ordered a club sandwich on sliced sourdough bread double meat and cheese American heavy Italian dressing lettuce and tomatoes well when we got to our destination I opened up my sandwich and all's it was was double meat and cheese no Italian dressing no lettuce tomato I'm very disappointed and I'd like to either get my money back or get another sandwich made with what I wanted on it thank you

Sheetz Bagel with cream cheese

Sheetz ot 4021 Prince William Pkwy, Dale City, VA. I am a truck driver and I stop at this sheetz with my crew, 3 times a week, usually around 5am, and I order a bagel with cream cheese and a bratwurst. For some reason the person only puts a small smear of cream cheese on the bagel. I even had a picture pulled up on my phone and was going to show her, but when I told her my issue, she assured me she knew how to make a bagel with cream cheese. Lol, to my surprise, it was her, that didn't know how to make it, but unfortuantely I had faith that she did. What a joke. I have a picture of what I received, if you would like to see it. I find this to be absurd, and I would like to be repaid for all the times this person failed to make my food correctly.

Desired outcome: I would like someone to send the staff a picture of how to make an appropriate bagel with cream cheese, and I want my refund for all the times I have been gipped of my order, which has been quite a lot, since I go there often.

Stopped and sheetz on my way to work this morning. Ordered a salad with tomatoe, onion and cheese. Paid almost $8. I did not look in the bag before I left the store. When I went to eat my lunch at work, I opened the bag and there was hardly anything in the bowl. Very disappointed. Sheetz Gas

Issue number 2179464. I waited in line on 4th of July for an hour for gas. Got up to the pump and was only able to get one gallon. Wanted for my refund. And never got it. Every day. I've been calling and they say they're going to call me back and never do. I'm very upset and I believe I deserve even more than what I'm owed. I would like to go back to the store and get my money today

Breakfast sandwich was ordered on flat bread which was hard as a rock, asked for tomato, 1 half slice of tomato was on it, tasted horrible, actually made me sick. Iced chai I get at other places and this didn't even taste like chai, through it out. Was on my way to work and did not have time to take these things back to the store. I order from sheetz a lot but this time was a big disappointment.
