I have applied and been interviewed twice at this sheetz and have not been hired. She has either hired females or gay and bisexual males I feel she is being sexist towards me as I am a straight male with food service experience and a vehicle. I’m in need of a job and I feel she is intentionally doing this and I have heard coworkers talk about how they feel she has a power trip.

This is the third time this instance has occurred. I order online for convenience as my job is located next to this sheetz. I understand that times can be busy, especially in the morning when everyone is rushing to her coffee and breakfast. This particular instance, I placed my order and walk inside the sheetz approximately ten minutes later. There were several people who had paid ahead of me so I waited between the front and the window in case they placed it in the to-go section. Ten more minutes pass and I’m the only one one who hasn’t received an order. I step up to the counter to ask someone if my order actually went through or not when I see it sitting on the counter. Now, there is a particular man who works who I’ve had several encounters of him being rude and standoffish. A white man, maybe late 20’s, six feet tall and glasses. He looked at me and continued finishing a conversation with another employee, then proceeded to walk past me standing at the window without acknowledging me and started another conversation with another coworker. I had to walk to the front and get a managers attention, and he apologized and handed me my drink.

I don’t understand why this one person consistently seems to have a generally poor attitude and terrible customer service. It takes seconds to acknowledge someone, even moreso when an order is already prepared. I wasn’t rude, I’ve been taught that it’s rude to jeer someone to get their attention so I assumed he would at the least greet me.

This sheetz is normally greatly run except for this one individual. I never make an effort to go a far as to leave a negative review but I feel this individual has something personal against certain customers he comes across with and I hope his mindset serves him well at the Sheetz’s that he’ll continue to work at in the future.

I wasn't happy with the mto breakfast burrito I received today. there's hardly any egg, sour cream, or guacamole. it was cold, not warm. and this is an ongoing problem at this sheetz. this was made around 5:15 am.

I know nothing will get done because I've complained about this before. I will not order food from this sheetz anymore.

Why can't we order sauce on the side for subs?! Without being charged extra. Why am I told that I have to pay for condiments?! We shouldn't be charged for a condiment that would be free on the sub to pay for it on the side. That's a rip off.

I ordered a regular cheese pizza because I don’t eat pork and was given a pepperoni and other meat pizza instead

Good morning. I was given a one day only reward this morning for 25 cents off a gallon of gas, up to 25 gallons. When I scanned my rewards number at the pump it did not adjust the gas pricing. I filled up hoping it would come off at the end but it didn’t. It also wouldn’t give me a receipt for proof. It was just disappointing because I would have gone to Costco where it was cheaper. I ended up paying more here because the rewards didn’t work.

I ordered about four things and they forgot my Mac and cheese bites. I spent 40 dollars just to not get the food I ordered. This has happened many times and I’m tired of it. It’s like my money is being stolen

Was just at sheetz in McConnellsburg, PA. I placed my order and paid for. There were not that many ahead of me. They called out the order numbers. One ordered after I did. One brought my sandwich. Over and I saw my number on it. The one running fryers., about 2 minutes brought frys up. Came over looked in bag. Went over two more timers went off. He got order of mozerrells sticks put in bag. Then left area. Came back and got two more orders out. Finally cashier ask where are the fries for this order. He grunted, then turn and got fries and out in my bag. Really ticked me off. My fries are nearly warm. I have worked fast food and deli with out bar. You do not let an order set. My order placed at 7:17 pm. Got to my car it was 7:23. Sheetz 720 Lincoln Way E.[protected]

I have never been treated that rude at any sheetz. I have heard others complain about them but I have always had great service but that was rude. Had they been busy I would understand but they weren’t.

On 3/6 around 8am I tried to go for a quick run to the store. The Sheetz in Scranton is beautiful but the manager is rude and miserable. When she was asked to come to the counter she drug her feet and rolled her eyes and it that can be verified on the camera. I wanted to buy a bottle of wine for a family function later. They send me to my car to get my ID & then tell that I can’t buy it until after 9. Then I went to buy tobacco, I asked her why the white man in front of me wasn’t carded she said we only have to card who we feel to card. Oh so you’re saying you felt the need to card me because I was black. Got it.

As a worker of Sheetz and being able to take our masks off, I think we should be allowed to wear nose rings instead of just the studs. I feel like the studs fall out way easier than the nose rings do and it could potentially cause a hazard to our customers. I spoke with my regulars about this topic and they agree that we should be able to wear them

My wife got gas and got asked for a car wash. She bought is. The car wash was backed and had to go get our kids from school. We live up the Mt and not by a Sheetz. Then tried to get the car was said it was to late. Just bull crap that you ask every time at the pumps that has a car washNow we are out of $15. We will no longer be getting gas at you stores. No where does it say you have 6 day to use your code. JOKE

I order a grilled chicken salad with double meat. The food prep girl put my meat on another salad. When she realized the mistake she put half of the meat on my salad. The manager tried to assure me that I got double me. I insisted that didn't. Ashley the manager at the store 688 in Greenville NC was adamant about covering her employee mistake. I stopped for breakfast 2 weeks ago at Sheetz on Hamilton Rd in Groveport and ordered a sausage muffin with egg and cheese. First problem, it wasn't toasted. Second it didn't have cheese.

It clearly states on my receipt TOASTED and American cheese.

I sent a message to Sheetz and to my surprise I got no reply.

Guess I 'll be going anywhere but here for food.

I go St Clairsville Oh store i love this drink, but theres are nasty. Runny like water and the flavor aweful. The Highlands and Wheelings are great. Ive tried it in Ohio 3 times a waste of my money. I helped open 1st Sheetz in Triadelphia. I did the drinks so i know what they taste like. Train the people Feb 25th. If I doesnt get answer will call
