We had Sharp Manufacturing resurface our pool area, driveway and walkway. We were very pleased with their work and the workman they sent out. They worked very hard and did a great job. They went out of their way to please us. They were great to deal with and would recommend them if you are considering using them.

I have been waiting to get my sidewalk recolored and sealed over the last two months with no calls from Sharp contracting. The contract that I have is that the work would be finished within the two month period and it has not been and this contracting house has taken a deposit a head of time. I would like to have my side walk done as soon as possible or my money given back to me.

I had a stamped patio slab put in on Jan 4, 2020. after the concrete cured for a few days I noticed some discoloration and one small pot hole. I called Sharp and the lady told me to wait a month or so and if it does not blend in they will correct it. I called back in March and now we had the COVID problem which I understand but they committed to correcting it once the COVID slowed down. I called them again in Aug and Sept and keep being told they will put me on the schedule to make the repairs. No call backs ever. Since mid Sept I have tried numerous time to contact them leaving messages but non one calls back ever. I just want what I paid for. It appears they are now just avoiding me.

after installation the *** color began to fade. now some of the area is almost white. numerous calls and emails have gone unanswered

Epoxy flooring Sharp Contracting did in our 2 car Garage was peeling off in several locations. After several attempts they came and patched up a section. Now floor is looking bad with multiple colors, and there are other area epoxy is peeling off..

I contracted with Sharp Contracting to coat my walkway and entry and paid the down payment on 10/29 of $75.89. . Work was scheduled for 12/21 at 7 A.M. However, no one showed up so I called the office, and they said they would reschedule. I have tried several times by phone and e-mail to schedule, however, they have not responded. I am concerned that it is now almost 3 months since I paid the deposit, and no one in the Company will get back to me.

Stamp concrete placed on walkway and patio floor. In placing forms around existing concrete, stakes were used that cut into existing water system lines. These stakes cut through pipes causing numerous water leaks along sidewalk and patio. This company did not return numerous calls to inspect damage and repair damage. Resulting in our contacting someone else to repair leaks. We have spent approximately $500 in repairs so far and are still finding more damage.

On 12/3, concrete was laid in my back yard. This was the first step of the process for stamped concrete. On this day, the installer (***) told me that Sharp would be in contact with me for the second step which is to paint and seal the concrete. He told me they would call me in a "few" weeks from the date of 12/3. It is now 1/27. I have called Sharp multiple times and sent an email. I have had no response from them. Meanwhile, my patio is unfinished.

This company came out for a job to redo my pool deck with stamped concrete in July . The concrete is cracked in many of the seams, has large spider cracks, and now has ugly white specked spots in many areas of the concrete. I have called this company at least a dozen times. First I was told they were way behind and would have someone come out and take a look in October. No one called or showed up. Called again, and was told someone would come out around Thanksgiving. Again, no one called or showed up. I have left at least a dozen messages as no one answers the phones. I have emailed them pictures at least a half a dozen times with exactly what the problems are. No one has talked to me about these issues. This work is under warranty for 2 years.

On 10/30 I gave Sharp Contracting a Deposit of $390.96 for a patio repair project. My contract said the project would be completed no later than 1/8. I was told than I would be contacted at least eight days before my project was scheduled. I started calling Sharp Contracting on 1/1, but no one returned my calls. On 1/9 the contract had expired and no work had been. I talked to someone at Sharp Contracting that day requested my deposit be returned. They said I would get a call from a manager. I never got a call. On 1/14 I got a call saying they would schedule my project on 1/21 thirteen days after my contract had expired. I told them again since they did not comply with the contract I wanted my deposit back. They said again a manager would call me. Again a manager has not called. This complaint will be satisfied when I get my $390.96 deposit back.

Hired Sharp Manufacturing and Contracting January 23,2021 to refinish a stamped concrete patio. They were booking 4 to 6 weeks out. The job scheduled for May 17 according to the scheduling representative it would only take 5 hours to completely refinish a 1050 square foot patio. They arrived at 11.30 AM and walked the job. The assigned 2 man crew assured us the job would be complete by end of day. They explained their process, from pressure wash to the final sealer. They also told us to stay off of the recoated surface for 24 hours. It was difficult to monitor the progress and the quality of the workmanship. We assumed a contractor with a A- rating would be a stickler for quality workmanship. After 24 hours we examined the job and it was apparent the job was rushed, it has an inconsistent finish. They didn't mask, their was overspray on the house, windows, doors, BBQ island and water feature. It is missing the top coat on many areas, and lots of runs. coatings I

My contract states 8 to 10 weeks for Sharp Contracting to install a sidewalk. I established the contract (& paid $200.)on April 27th. At 10 weeks I called their office & was told it might be Friday that they schedule. Then at 13 weeks I called again they said it had only been 10 wks but maybe this Fri. That they were behind b/c of 3 guys getting the corona virus.Well finally after 14 weeks on a Fri they called to say the job was scheduled for August 3 between 8am to noon. Then at 9:30 on the 3rd the lady called & said it was postponed b/c 3 guys called in with corona virus.That it would be another 2 weeks.But gave me no date. They advertise they perform their jobs in a fair & timely manner. Had I known all this was going to take place I would've never hired them in the first place. To be in business *** if this is how they treat their customers. And as far as paying for the sealer, since they said another 3 weeks after the sidewalk is put in, I will pay for the sealer when they put the sealer on. My time is valuable as theirs & calling up on the day of the scheduled work is rude & unethical.

May , Sharp Contracting resurface my pool decking and installed new tile within the pool. This was to take 2 day, it ended taking 4 days. It was over 100deg and the pool was without water all that time. 1-2 days after they finished and water was put into the pool, the surface of the pool started blistering. I immediately contacted them an dit took almost 2 month prior to anyone responding to my emails or calls. Due to the fact it was middle of summer now, we agreed to review in the fall. The Fall then became the spring or 2021. A representative came out and stated it was not due to them and that he would contact someone to help, that has not happened. Again the pool was fine prior to them starting then once completed it formed the blisters (3-6" in length. I believe since the pool was without water as long a sit was and the adding of cool water caused the blistering. Teh 2 day job turning into four days did not help.. Much of the 4 days was that the crew was booked on other jobs at the same time, so they only spent a few hours each day. I am finally reporting this as I am not getting any communications form them in the last month
