On Sept 11th, Mr T was hired to do some screening at ***. I was told it would cost $1000 in total, and I gave a deposit of $450 so the work could start on Monday the 12th. But now, Mr T keeps making excuses and not showing up. He also stopped talking to me when I asked for my deposit back.

I got a quote from Tower Remodeling, LLC for gutters on my house. I sent a $700 deposit to the owner Kenneth to make sure the job gets done. He said it would be finished the following week. I've tried contacting Kenneth multiple times since then, but he keeps making excuses for why the job isn't done. I asked for my money back, but he's taking his sweet time and not answering anymore. If this doesn't get sorted out soon, I'll take further steps.

On Tuesday, November 29th, I paid $550.00 cash to Tower Remodeling LLC. This was a deposit paid directly to the owner who had promised to return the next day to complete a screened in deck job at our residence. Every day since the owner has failed to show, made excuses and ultimately lied about his intent to complete the work as promised. As my wife and I tried many times to get him to return our money or do the work, we are disappointed to report that he has now blocked our phone calls and stopped all communication. Do not trust this business, nor its owner.

On April 15, 2022, Kenneth T from Tower Remodeling LLC was hired to put up a screen on my lanai. I sent him $500.00 on May 30, 2022, which he said was for materials. But he never showed up. He didn't even bother to call and explain why he didn't show up or to reschedule. I had to take time off work twice, and he didn't even bother to call and explain what happened. I had to cancel a family gathering because of his negligence in completing the job. I always had to be the one to call him. Every time I called, he always had an excuse. On June 18, 2022, he texted me saying he would give me the $500.00. But until now, I haven't received anything. He doesn't even have the courtesy to call me. No professionalism or business ethics.

On 3/12, Kenneth T from Tower Remodeling was hired by me to put up a screen on my lanai. He finished the job on 3/17 and I asked him if he could also do a feature wall. He said yes and would let me know the cost later that day. I sent him a picture and he said it would be $900 with materials. On 3/26, he asked for half of the payment ($450) for materials. I sent him the money on 3/27. He was supposed to come on 4/4 but never showed up. He called me and said he would come the next day, 4/5, in the morning. I texted him on 4/5 in the morning and he said he would be here around 1pm. Once again, he didn't show up or call. The next morning, on 4/6, I told him to give me my money back and forget about it because he hasn't shown up and doesn't call. He said he would return the materials and refund my money. I texted him again on 4/9 asking for the money but he didn't respond. I still haven't received the money.

Hired Kenneth T president of Tower Remodeling LLC on Feb 11th to install cabinets in the laundry room & a cabinet in our kitchen. He invoiced us the amount for materials & labor and we sent him the payment in 2 installments ($1,000 on 2/11 & $1983 on 2/14). He was scheduled to start the work on 2/16, but when he showed up he claimed that we owed him $300 more because he miscalculated and left out a cabinet. We did not agree to pay him as he did not previously notify us of this error or change in price and didn't confirm whether we could even afford to pay the difference. He just kept demanding it. He then offered to return the cabinets and refund our money at which point we agreed, but then he beat around the bush to avoid losing out. He finally agreed to take the loss and then made up an excuse that he needed to come back the following day because he needed to pick up a tool and never showed up. He left the cabinets, but did none of the work and stole our money for both materials (not all materials delivered) and labor (none was done). We have given him chances to resolve the situation, but he seems to think we are not serious about taking action. We prefer to let him handle it to avoid the police moving forward on their end and a timeline has been given for him to do as such. THis is another attempt to resolve this during this waiting period. The invoice we received is attached as proof of what we were billed and further proof of payments can also be provided as proof that full payment was made.
