The product I done ordered was all messed up. I done reached out to Granitestone 'bout returning it on February 1st, and here we are on March 12th. They done promised me four times they'd send me a return label, but I ain't never got it. This problem ain't been fixed yet. Y'all better not waste your money on this website. It ain't legit, I tell ya.
Long Wait for Damaged Replacement Pan from GraniteStone: Patience Wearing Thin
I've been waiting for a damaged replacement frying pan from GraniteStone since June. It's been a long wait, let me tell you. Every month or so, I get an email from them, but guess what? Still no pan! Can you believe it? Two months ago, they had the audacity to tell me that it was finally shipping in 3 or 4 days. They even asked me to verify my address, which I did, but it seems like it was all for nothing!
To be honest, I'm not even that crazy about the whole set in the first place. It's just too darn heavy for my liking. But hey, that's my problem, right? All I want is the replacement pan before the next year rolls around. Is that too much to ask? I don't think so.
I mean, come on, GraniteStone! Get your act together and send me my pan already. It's been way too long of a wait. I've been patient, but my patience is wearing thin. I just hope they can get their act together and fulfill their promises soon. Fingers crossed!

So, I started callin' their consumer group every week, hopin' to get some answers.
But lemme tell ya, it's been a real struggle. Up until now, I haven't had any luck gettin' that replacement pan. It's like tryin' to find a needle in a haystack, ya know? But hey, at least they say I got a whole 10 years to get a replacement. I mean, who knows if I'll even remember by then, right? LOL.
