So, I recently got my hands on ShackSign and let me tell you, it was a bit of a disappointment. First off, there were no instructions included with the sign. I mean, come on, how am I supposed to know how to set it up without any guidance? Secondly, the sign is under lit in the middle which makes it difficult to read from certain angles. And to top it off, the power cords are attached to the top on one side which causes the sign to tilt. For over 200 bucks in Australian money, I expected way better quality. Honestly, I think I could have found something similar at an Asian market for a quarter of the price and with better quality. Overall, I wouldn't recommend ShackSign to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality sign.

The customer service was top-notch, the production and shipping times were on point, and the product itself was just what I wanted. I was a bit hesitant to buy from ShackSign because there weren't many reviews, but I'm glad I did. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality sign.

Unfortunately, the tracking information they provided me with didn't work, and after three weeks, the sign still hadn't arrived. I reached out to ShackSign again, but they never initiated contact with me. We exchanged about six emails, and finally, ShackSign shipped a replacement. I was relieved that the sign was finally on its way, but when it arrived, I was really disappointed.

The sign looked nothing like what I had ordered. It wasn't neon, the colors were all wrong, and it was basically a low-quality, pixelated sticker stuck on a very thin, cheap piece of plastic with hobby foam board backing. It was something that a 4-year-old would have made in an elementary arts and crafts session after lunch. I couldn't believe it.

Now, we're approaching six weeks since I made my initial purchase, and ShackSign has refused to give me a refund. Instead, they want me to spend more of my time and money trying to deal with their "company policies". Well, I have my own policies, and so does my credit card. If I don't get what I paid for, it's refund time.

And to top it all off, the quality of the laser engraving on the sign was pretty amateurish. All in all, I can't really recommend shacksign.com. I won't be buying anything else from them, that's for sure.

So, if you're planning on ordering from ShackSign, be prepared to wait a bit. It's definitely on the slowboat. Additionally, tracking my package was a bit of a challenge. For a while, all I knew was that it was somewhere in the USA. Eventually, it did update, but it took a while. So, you might not be in the loop about where your package is for a bit.

To make matters worse, my package got turned around during transit. It actually came closer to me, then got turned around and went further away before finally getting back on track. It was a bit frustrating, but at least it eventually made it to me.

When I finally got my hands on the product, I was pleased with what I saw. The neon LED sign is described as being made of plexiglass, not glass, and it has two holes on the top for hanging it up on your wall. It's a nice sign overall, and I'm happy with my purchase. The sign is pretty bright and lights up a good portion of my room. However, the cord is a bit fragile and short, and it's on the top of the sign instead of the bottom, which isn't ideal.

Overall, I would recommend ShackSign. The sign is nice, and I'm getting a lot of enjoyment out of it. I'd give it an 8/10.

I gotta say, I've bought a lot of stuff online in my day, but this one was a real doozy. And let me tell you, it took some pretty strong language before I even got a response from them.

This guy Jason, who I guess is the seller, was really giving me a hard time. He said things like "no one's ever been more aggressive or threatening in their emails to me," and "I don't want your impatience or immaturity in my life." I mean, come on, dude. I just wanted to know where my order was.

And then, get this, when I finally got a tracking number from Jason, it turned out to be fake! I called up DHL and they told me I'd been scammed and should call the police. I didn't do that, but I did call up PayPal and the seller to let them know what was going on.

And you know what Jason said to me? He said I needed to "get the help of a mental professional." Can you believe that? When I called him out on it, he said he'd given me the wrong tracking number and gave me the right one. But he didn't even apologize for his mistake or for being so rude to me.

Anyway, long story short, my order finally arrived on February 16th, way later than it was supposed to. I could go on and on about all the nasty things Jason said to me, but I won't bore you with the details. Just know that if you're thinking about ordering from ShackSign, you might want to think twice.
