Sendle Parcel not delivered

Sendle have taken my payment for a parcel delivery and not delivered the parcel. I can see the parcel is sitting in their warehouse in Geelong due to the tracking history. It’s now been 3 months and I still don’t have my parcel. Sendle would rather deem my parcel lost and maybe give me $100 for the inconvenience but my parcel is worth $800 (not ever thinking this would be an issue as this has never happened to me before)

I’m mostly sure that no one is actually looking for my parcel. Each time I speak with a person from Couriers Please (Sendle’s sub contractor) they can barely speak English let alone actually care about my parcel. And even worse the customer service center isn’t in Australia.

How can they get away with this terrible service? I’m now beginning to think they were never going to deliver my parcel and they have deliberately stolen it to sell on the black market. Who do I report this matter to? Sendle and Couriers Please need to be shut down for their scammer service

Sendle Dec 2022 Sendle / Ebay first parcel - free - promotion - refund

From December 22, I have been continually in contact with several SENDLE Customer Service chat staff members - in reference to a $10.95 REFUND. The refund - which I am entitled to - was promised to me back in December when I first spoke to a SENDLE Customer Service person - but I still haven't received the refund. In the meantime, I have spoken to other SENDLE staff members - but I have been given continual & misleading excuses in relation to the issue ... now Sendle are saying that it is up to EBAY to issue my refund. I have been in touch with EBAY & they have said that it is up to SENDLE to issue the refund.

Over the past 2 months, I have constantly tried every communication avenue to speak to Paul - The Sendle Customer Service Manager - but to no avail.

Desired outcome: I expect the refund that was promised to me.

Sendle Courier / shipping services

Sendle has been providing great service to me over the past two years (having shipped close to 1000 parcels during this time), but in the last two months their service levels have dropped straight through the bottom to the point where I stopped using them completely.

The biggest frustration is the lack of care they take in resolving issues with delayed / missing parcels, and the inability to be able to make contact with them. As a client, you are basically at their mercy for when they decided to honor you with their contact.

Desired outcome: Just perform the service that I have paid for. If you are unable to perform this service, do not offer the service instead, which in this instance might mean closing down your business.

Sendle Parcel not received

I purchased plants through gumtree. I paid $20 plants and $20 for postage. Seller advised item had been sent 6/12/22 with sendle. Tracking no. SSNFJDZ it was ti go to my son in laws business SJR Industries. We kept tracking item but it repeatable said in transit. After Christmas I contacted seller she then contacted sendle they were going to look into it. I contacted seller again and she sent me a copy of message from sendle to say item had been delivered. Sendle cancelled action. I have continued to contact them but not getting any response.

Desired outcome: Compensation of my $40.

Sendle Inferior & uncaring service

I would deter anyone or any business from using this service. Their so called - customer service is practically non-existent. I have been deterred, mislead, & deceived by this inferior company. I have tried to contact a manager several times to discuss several issues - but no manager has had the decency to reply to me. Therefore, I am about to cancel my sendle account. How do these companies survive?. Survival of the fittest.

I can related perfectly to this experience, as mine has been the same. Sendle has been great all round for some time, but that has all spiraled downwards over recent times.

My experience is not based on one or two experiences, but rather close to ten over the past two months.

As such, I have stopped using Sendle and use Auspost Bussiness exclusively, utilizing their discount structure for increasing spending levels.

Sendle Shut down the whole company just use Australia post

I ordered a medical product on the 25th of November. It was coming from nsw to qld. Order to leave if safe.

Sendle picked it up 11:29am on 29th November and sent no updates until 2nd December.

They sent an email an hour before the supposed delivery time but never delivered the package.

They left no card didn't call didn't text no email. I had to chase them up to get an answer.

They claimed no answer when they tried to deliver, but I was home the whole day, I'm always home, I'm disabled. I need my order. It's now the 8th of December and I still don't have it. They claim no parking available, but there's a loading zone.

Chasing them up is an absolute nightmare. They claim to have 24 hour support Monday to Friday, but it takes several hours (usually more than three hours, often more than twelve hours) for them to respond, and their responses never have any answers and no help.

They then shut the chat within a few minutes of no customer response, which seems really messed up since it takes them SO LONG to send any message in the first place.

I don't know if I'll ever get my package at this point. Im very unwell I need this product.

I'M BEGGING ALL BUSINESS OWNERS PLEASE NEVER USE SENDLE

Sendle I sent a parcel on 28/10/22. From Bribie Island, Qld to Cooee, Tasmania. It’s not been delivered

SDQCR38 Is the reference number. This parcel was picked up from my home to be delivered to my son in Tasmania. It’s never arrived. We both filed an investigation, to this date I’ve had not one email, phone call to say what is happening. Apparently the investigation is closed but I’ve still heard nothing and my son hasn’t got the parcel. I’m very angry about this, and there’s no way to contact sendle for answers or information. I don’t know what we are to do next.

Desired outcome: We want to know what happened to the parcel and if it’s not found what do we do to get it replaced and an apology and feedback

Hi Me also I sent a parcel worth $88 to someone just outside Burnie Tasmania on the 6th of November. Still he has not received it and it's handed to a third party? Who is this mysterious third party? My emails and messages to Sendle all get a reply that they are busy. So am I busy trying to locate my parcel which the receiver now wants their money back on. I want my goods Sendle. I should have stayed with Australia Post. Sendle are terrible.

Sendle Sendle

Hello, i sold an item on eBay and used Sendle through them to deliver with the print free label and postage on the 14th , to be picked up from home by Sendle on the 15th , it was picked up in the afternoon and i spoke with the driver whom explained he would put the professional label on , the following day on the 16th I received notice from Sendle that the package hadn’t been picked up , so i got in contact with them and gave all details including the tracking no I received when I booked, but today Sendle has now said the package cant be found and that they cannot compensate me because there’s no proof it was picked up , so in other words they are saying too bad and your lying, I’m furious because its not right or anyway to run a business

Desired outcome: I want compensation ,the dress cost $399 and I still had to pay selling fees to eBay

Book another parcel pick up, the same driver will come, get them to sign a document to acknowledge they picked the last one up.

Also check if anyone in your street has cctv of your driveway.

Same thing happened to me and so upset!

Sendle 'First Free' label with eBay not providing tracking details.

Trying to take advantage of offer to send eBay sale goods via "Sendle". Form is filled out correctly on eBay page, but label will not print or provide a number for tracking. Pick Up/Delivery postcodes checkout as in your areas (Pick up 4178 Delivery 2335). This is obviously an incentive deal between Sendle and eBay to encourage more Sendle use. Not much good if it can't be accessed.

Sendle Parcel delivery

Brought items off ebay, received 1,other parcel has been sitting idle 8 days,cant track,cant ring to complain,a.i bot on site is a piece of junk,been trying to complain all morning,no results!

Sendle Lost 1 of 2 boxes and refuse the honour warranty

As an ebay seller we use sendle time to time. We sold 5 pieces of item on 2 boxes. Both of the boxes has consignment notes and clearly labeled as box 1/2 and 2/2. they only delivered one of the boxes and since they delivered one of the boxes they refuse to provide sendle cover.

I request sendle cover or the "missing" item.

Desired outcome: I request sendle cover or finding the "missing" item.

Sendle Broken items/rough services

Hi, just want to inform you guys that some of our customer's complaints about your services and how you handle their parcels. See this comment from one of our clients, Trudi Beck - "Hi. Sorry. I had to go away and am not at home to take a pic. The bottles are damaged but the liquid isn’t leaking. I just thought I would let u no as the box was very damaged as well that it came in. I find sendle very rough with parcels."

Sendle Parcel never received (order No: SYDZDB3)

Parcel never received by my customer, , they send me a claim form but after sending the claim form back to them, they kept asking for more info, after sending all the documents to them, they stopped replying to me even though I sent several email.

Parcel picked up by Sendle on 30/08/2, on 24/09/21 notified Sendle that the parcel was received by receiver, claim lodged on 3/11/21.

Sendle Sendle international Melbourne to Auckland

We sent a package from Melbourne to Auckland on the 1/12/21 the booking and pick up could not have been easier. We are almost at the end of January and their team has been unable to locate or deliver our package. The online chat is not in that same time zone and we have spent ages trying to find our package. Our customer is not at all happy and its damaged our reputation. Be very cautious using this service

Sendle Delivery of iphone 11

I've sent iphone 11 from australia to nepal in September which was supposed to be delivered within less than 30 days! But my parcel has not been delivered for more than 3 months! They always say that an investigation has been launched but never summarized the investigation outcome! I doubt that it is lost! So how can I claim that? I've tried to contact them for more than 10 times but still they say that it is under investigation

Sendle Shipping of product from Amazon seller

The product is travelling from Southern California to Northern California. It was ordered a week ago and Sendle has never updated the tracking from the time the label was made. Cannot get a response from Sendle. You could walk from SoCal to my house in a week. I would never again buy from a seller that uses Sendle. I don't know if it is cheap to use but, if you use Sendle, you will lose customers.

Sendle International parcel

I had an international parcel which they need to pick up between 8am and 4pm. They lied that they came to pick up. I had to reschedule/cancel and rebook the pickup 5 times. I was at home all the time but I did not hear any rings at downstairs which I clearly instructed on a note for their driver. I also later sent clear pictures through their contact where my unit is located, how they can come to the unit door, they said they sent it to the driver. However, after the 5th attempt, I sent an email for not picking up, they said they could not sent pictures to the driver. They make excuses and just sent me the same apologies via email again and again and they don't take any action. Just I had to rebook the pick up next day. I could not trust their service so after all, I cancelled the booking for pick up. Because of this, I had to refund to the buyer for my sales. They are liar. Don't trust this courier.

Sendle Missing/stolen parcel

I had a parcel picked up by Sendle from Melbourne and to be delivered to Perth. 4 weeks later I still had not received the parcel and after sending numerous emails to Sendle was informed the parcel was deemed 'missing' and I would have to chase up the sender for a refund. Sendle does not respond to emails and lie about tracking parcel delivery as they can't tell me where my missing parcel is. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Sendle Be prepared to look for your package, they are unreliable

Oh gosh, they are so unreliable. 80 out 100 percents there will be something wrong with your package or its delivery.
I don't know what I was waiting for, but I was thinking about leaving the reviews about them. And upon having the last straw I finally decided to tell you how terrible they are.
They used to be bad, but nothing serious ever happened. But the last time they lost a very important package with serious documents. It took me over a week to find them with help of endless emails and filling the forms online because their customer service is clueless.
I don't think that losing the job is worth of dealing with them. Don't let your partners and clients down, choose another delivery service.

My parcel has APPARENTLY been delivered but today I cant find it ANYWHERE as soon as I was notified I went outside to collect my parcel but its NOWHERE

S7FNP6B is the number and I cant ring to speak to a person to ask the driver where he left it UNIMPRESSED
