Sendle Really the best shipping service in Canada

I created a business account and has shipped multiple orders with Sendle.
Upside: they pick up the package, really really cheap price, great customer service keep in touch every order i sent
Downside: can choose pick up date but can not choose pick up time. Sometimes driver do not want to make effort to pick it up. It is not Sendle fault because they are picked up by 3rd party driver.

Sendle Best USPS pricing, super easy to use

I don't mail a lot of stuff, but I sold something in an online marketplace and had to figure out the most economical way to get a small package out. I found sendle via a google search. It was so much easier than using the USPS site, plus it was cheaper. Win win. You print a regular USPS label, attach it, and drop off. They emailed me with tracking updates and my package arrived within the week. Very happy with this site.

Sendle Best Price in the US

Even the post office will not let you print the lowest rate for postage. I was having to go to the post office to send packages for $3 instead of printing at home for $8. That $5 is a huge difference especially considering at both prices, the package was going to be delivered the exact same day. Sendle allows the best priced shipping to be printed with a tracking number. And I can use my home or business mailbox and Usps picks them up. So easy!

Sendle Great experience

So happy to find a reliable shipping company that doesn't cost a fortune.
The prices have gone up everywhere. It's been so hard to ship anything for a small business. I appreciate the affordability. I've shipped several packages now and all made it safely to their destination without issue and all before their expected delivery date.
Very happy with the at home pickup too. This is a huge perk for a mama with kids at home trying to run a business. So thank you! If these prices remain you will have a lifelong customer.

Sendle Easy to organise, keeps you informed, move over expensive couriers!

I'm a stay at home mum on a budget. I'm disgusted at the continual price increases at AusPost. I occasionally sell old stuff on Gumtree but got diddled with the postage estimates often enough to put me off it. I've tested Sendle three times and LOVE it. No more guessing.
To Sendle: Thank you for making it easier and cheaper to get stuff sent!
TIP. If it's URGENT... don't use because that's not their focus or pricepoint. If you are not in a hurry, it's absolutely a godsend! Whoever started this concept is brilliant. I tell my friends it's like snail mail with benefits.

Sendle AMAZING!

If I could give you 10 stars+ I would!. You were amazing! Not only did you help me with the credit card issue. But you were very quick to respond to my question. I was panicking because the Post office wanted $65 to mail this package, for my sisters birthday. The contents didn't even cost that much. I found you on line by accident and boy am I glad I did. Not only was this easy from start to finish once I figured out you don't take Discover. Ugh! The package went out through the Post office Feb 6th and you got it there for her Birthday on Feb 9th. I've already told a bunch of people about you. I don't understand why people are writing poor reviews. Customer for Life. Thank you.

Sendle A wise Decision/Chioce

Since I moved into the UK 2019, I have struggled with maintaining a good hair, I braid sometimes but mostly use wigs. I have never gone outside with my natural hair. As an African I want to be proud of my natural hair anytime in respective of the country I find myself. My hairs breaks and falls and the side edges of my hair are almost gone. So when when saw adovz I decided to give it a try, I believe this is a wise decision and choice I have made. I have taken a photo of Before and I have started using the products, I bought the complete set. Will be I observing it, I believe in 3 months I will take another photo and see the changes. Will be coming back to leave another review with proofs. So please if you want to nourish your hair, go ahead and give it a try with confidence that it will work for you too. Thanks

Sendle Disappointing Experience with Sendle: Late Delivery and Poor Tracking Updates

I recently used Sendle to send a box full of Christmas presents to a regional destination in late October. I was trying to be organized and avoid any delays due to the pandemic. The expected delivery time was 2-3 weeks, which I thought was reasonable given the current situation.

However, I was surprised to find out that it took 6 days after pickup from my doorstep for the parcel to even appear as in transit with the tracking note "Your parcel has arrived at the depot for delivery in the next available cycle". This was not in line with the tracking I've had from every other parcel I've sent, including one two weeks earlier to the same destination. Those all updated after pickup with the message "Transfer to xxxx". This other update looks more like a note for when it reaches the destination depot, not the source. 10 hours later it gets another "In transit" update with no note. This is the last time any update appeared for this parcel.

As the expected delivery window passed, I launched a missing parcel enquiry. It took 10 days for Sendle to perform their "investigation process", which I suspect is where they do mostly nothing while their website automatically moves a progress bar every day or 2 to give you the impression something is happening. At the end of the 10 day "investigation" the receiver is sent an email asking if they got the parcel, which obviously they did not. So Sendle notify me I'm getting a refund for the shipping (still yet to see the actual funds though).

I was disappointed with the service provided by Sendle. I was hoping to surprise my family with their Christmas presents, but it seems like they won't be getting them this year. Based on the weird tracking, they're probably sitting under the pickup driver's tree. I won't be using Sendle ever again.

Sendle Terrible Customer Service Experience with Sendle: Missed Delivery and No Response to Emails

I had a really bad experience with Sendle. I missed a delivery on Friday and sent them an email asking for redelivery on Monday. But no one replied to my email, so I had to call them on Monday to request redelivery for Tuesday. I waited all day for the parcel, but there was no sign of it. The driver never contacted me, so I had to call them again on 1/08/2019 to ask what was going on with the parcel. The person on the phone told me that the depot was awaiting instructions from me or the sender. I was confused because I thought the parcel was supposed to be delivered the day before. The person on the phone said they would send an email to the depot to request delivery for that day, and that I should call them back for an update.

So I called them back, but the call needed to be escalated. The girl on the phone said someone would contact me, but no one did. I had to call them again and waste my whole day. The girl told me that someone would call me the next day, but nothing was resolved. I was given reference numbers after reference numbers, and the supervisor didn't want to speak to me. The escalation team didn't call me back, and the drivers didn't bother to let me know if they were delivering the package or not.

I wasted three days chasing them, and no one bothered to contact me. The customer service was terrible. They had a bunch of young people answering the phones who had no clue what they were doing. It was highly disappointing, and it seemed like they didn't care about my frustration. They did what they wanted to do, and it was a terrible experience.

Sendle Terrible Experience with Sendle: Failed Delivery and Pick-Up Service

My experience with Sendle was absolutely shocking. I had both a delivery and sending experience with them, and both were terrible.

The first time I used Sendle was when someone sent me an item that never arrived. The sender and I opened a case, but it took 10 days for them to respond. The final response was that the driver said they had left it by the front door of my unit, even though I explained that was impossible due to the 3 security doors they would have had to go through. I never received any further follow up, and the item was never found.

Thinking that this may have been a one-off, I decided to book a pick-up to send a parcel. I booked it for the next day, but when 3:30 came around, there was no pick-up. I checked the website, which had contradicting information about pick-up windows and expectations, and then reached out to the company. That's when I was told that their providers don't pick up or deliver from auction houses, malls, hospitals, military bases, or airports. This was strange, as we have a free car park just 10 meters away from our front door, and we get many parcels collected and delivered by courier companies that Sendle claims to use. Their suggestion was for me to ask a friend to take the parcel and have them collect it from them. What kind of business is this?

They claim that it's the same for delivery, but I know that we have had packages delivered via Sendle here before. So on both occasions, I was lied to and did not receive any service. I would advise anyone to use Sendle at their own peril. I wish I had read the other reviews before using them.

Update: A Couriers Please person just turned up to my work to collect the parcel, which was cancelled because Sendle was adamant they would not pick up from this address. It was 2 days late, but at least he turned up. I had to send him away and let him know I cancelled it based on information from Sendle and used MailMan yesterday morning.

Sendle Disappointing Experience with Sendle's Delivery Service - A Frustrated Customer's Review

I recently started two new businesses, one a few months ago and the other just last week. I already had an Australia Post business account for both, but since my stores are on Shopify, I decided to give Sendle a try for their more automated delivery process. Unfortunately, my experience with Sendle has been less than satisfactory.

For my first business, I scheduled a collection for delivery to Italy on December 14th, 2022, with pickup the next day. However, the pickup didn't happen on the scheduled day, nor did it happen the following day or any day this week. As for my second business, I booked a collection on Monday this week for pickup on Tuesday. I was told that the driver would collect the parcel that day, along with the one that was never collected the previous week (even though they claimed the driver attempted collection, which is rubbish since I work from home all day). However, the pickup didn't happen on Tuesday or Wednesday either.

It's now been nine days since I booked the first parcel and four days since the second, and both parcels are still sitting by my front door waiting for someone to collect them. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I'm trying to make a good impression on my customers in the early days of trading. It's not a good look when parcels are still sitting in Sydney instead of being on their way to Italy or already arrived in Geelong. It's absolutely disgraceful.

I'm not the only one with this problem, as I've read through a mountain of unhappy customer reviews. I'm about to write to Shopify to express my dissatisfaction, and I'm seriously considering going back to Australia Post. At least when I hand parcels over at the counter, I know they're on their way to the customer.

Sendle Sendle Parcel Delivery Service Review: Dishonest and Incompetent

I recently had an experience with Sendle, a parcel delivery service, and unfortunately it was not a positive one. I was eagerly awaiting a package to be delivered to my residential address, and on the day it was supposed to arrive, I was working in my front yard. However, I received an email from Sendle stating that the package had been delivered to reception, along with an image of a signature that was completely illegible.

Immediately, I knew that the package had been delivered to the wrong address and I contacted Sendle through their help facility. I asked them to contact the driver to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, they refused to do so. Despite my multiple attempts to urge them to take action, Sendle refused to do anything until the end of the day.

A week later, I received an update from Sendle stating that they had looked into the matter and that the driver had claimed to have left the package at my front door. They also claimed that the notation of "Reception" was an error and that I should have another look around my house.

I was furious at being accused of lying and asked how the driver's version of events could be believed when the package had been signed for. However, Sendle refused to answer my question and instead gave a long response about how good their tracking process was and how the driver had been interviewed and was certain that the package had been left on my doorstep.

In my opinion, Sendle's tracking technology does not seem to serve any purpose in avoiding or resolving issues, but rather as a system to document their failures. In my experience, Sendle has proved to be the most dishonest and incompetent organization that I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, it seems that my experience is not unique, as many others on this forum have had similar issues with Sendle.

No matter what evidence to the contrary is clearly available, it seems that Sendle's modus operandi is to deny liability and claim that the package was delivered in the hope that customers will give up chasing them. Overall, I would not recommend using Sendle for your parcel delivery needs.

Sendle Terrible Experience with Sendle: Irresponsible Delivery and Package Theft

I recently had a terrible experience with Sendle, a parcel delivery company. They left my package outside a secured building on the street, even though I provided the full address and apartment number. The delivery person didn't even try to contact the concierge or me, and now my package is most likely stolen. This is not the first time this has happened to me with Sendle, as another company I ordered from also used their services.

To make matters worse, Sendle sent me an email on December 9th saying that my package was delivered, but I never received it. I lodged a complaint with them, but I'm still waiting for a response. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers or the safety of their packages.

In another instance, Sendle left another one of my packages outside on the street near my apartment building, even though we have a concierge who could have opened the door. I was home all day, but the delivery person didn't even try to call the intercom. Luckily, my husband came home and picked it up from outside. I decided not to report it at the time, but now I regret it.

I don't understand why companies still use Sendle's mailing services, as they have terrible reviews on Google and other online platforms. It seems like many people have had the same problem as me. Sendle is a very irresponsible company, and their delivery people don't seem to care if packages get stolen. It's just disgusting how they have no care at all.

If you have a business, I would strongly advise against using Sendle's services. It's better to pay extra for a more reliable and trustworthy delivery company. Don't upset your customers by using Sendle. They are just not worth it.

Sendle Sendle Parcel Delivery Service: Incompetent and Unreliable, Refund Nightmare

I recently had a terrible experience with Sendle, a parcel delivery service. I sent a vintage corningware item to a buyer, but unfortunately, the driver ran over the package and it arrived in pieces. The buyer sent me photos of the damaged item, which showed tire marks all over the box and the corningware smashed into pieces despite being double bubble wrapped and stuffed in the box.

Thankfully, I had purchased $100 insurance for the item, which was the cost of the corningware. I claimed the insurance from Sendle and they assured me that I would receive a refund within a couple of weeks. However, I only received a refund for the postage costs, which was roughly $15, back to my credit card in just 2 days. The $100 refund, on the other hand, has not been received even after 3 months of waiting.

Despite numerous assurances from Sendle that the refund would be in my bank account 'this week', I have yet to receive it. They even sent me 'proof' of the refund deposit, which was nothing more than a piece of paper with my name on it. They kept asking me to check with my bank, but it was not their issue. After at least 8 emails, they finally agreed to check on their deposit and it turned out that they had lost my bank details. The initial 'deposit' came back to them as the account details must have been wrong. I resent my bank details, but it has been 2 months since then and I still have not received the refund.

The only communication I receive from Sendle is a weekly email from an overseas polite and apologetic girl who clearly has no control over their ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT accounts department. It seems like they have no intention of refunding me, so they've employed someone to send continuous apologies. It's disgusting that they would rather waste time and money on apologies than just refunding me the $100.

I feel bad for the buyer, so I refunded them myself, but it's not fair that I have to bear the cost of Sendle's incompetence. It's unbelievable that these clowns are allowed to do business like this. Ebay has made money from the sale, I've lost a nice corningware item, and some poor soul is $100 out of pocket. Let's not even mention the cost of the 3 months of frustration dealing with these crooks.

To make matters worse, their Sendle application dashboard is quite substandard. It doesn't include basic functionality such as account statements and it doesn't accurately reflect parcels sent. It's clear that you get what you pay for with Sendle. Cheap postage costs lead to horrible outcomes. I'll definitely be reporting them.

Sendle Sendle Review: Poor Service, Late Deliveries, and Damaged Parcels - A Warning to Sellers and Buyers

I have a small online business where I sell handbags. For the past two months, I have been using Sendle to send out my parcels. I usually send out around 15 to 30 parcels per week. However, I have been experiencing some problems with Sendle's service.

The first issue I encountered was that Sendle was not sending the correct pick-up information to its couriers. As a result, the drivers were unable to find my premises. They showed me on their scanners that they only received part of the address, and six parcels were not picked up. Sendle claims that they have sent the pick-up details, but three of their courier companies disagree. They have shown me that they do not receive the correct pick-up details from Sendle.

I have had three parcels that were not delivered and were returned to me, taking over a month to arrive back. The tracking showed that they sat at various depots for up to 14 days, gathering dust. Two parcels were returned damaged.

Currently, I have one parcel that has taken three weeks to arrive at a depot, and a second parcel that arrived at a depot three weeks ago. There was a small problem with the address, which we corrected and offered to pay again to have it delivered. Sendle sent a new label to the courier's depot, but it was never used or delivered. Today, I saw on the tracking that it has been returned and will take another eight days to arrive. So, it will take a month from the original pick-up! The customer was concerned and had to get a refund, so it cost me hundreds of dollars in lost sales and all the shipping costs. On one of the parcels, we were charged double the normal cost because it was deemed a remote area. The parcel took a month to get delivered. I had to send another item to the same buyer, and I used Australia Post. It cost half the cost of Sendle and arrived in seven days.

The chat service is terrible. You can wait for hours, and the agents are not trained and cannot help. It's a waste of time. I have managed to get hold of someone at Sendle by email, and she always promises me that she will resolve the issues, but to date, she has not managed to resolve even one case. There is never any explanation. It just goes on and on with lip service and no solution found.

My business has suffered. eBay, Amazon, Catch, etc., have all warned that my deliveries are late. Buyers have given me bad reviews, and it's very damaging. So, sellers and buyers, please don't go near Sendle. They are a total waste of time and money.

Sendle My Frustrating Experience with Sendle: Poor Tracking, Unresponsive Support, and Unhappy Drivers

My experience with Sendle was not great. The first parcel I sent was never scanned in, which caused some confusion when it was eventually delivered and the tracking update was sent to the wrong person. I had to launch an investigation through the Sendle dashboard when another buyer was flagged as never picking up their package, even though I knew that wasn't true. I take photos after each package is packed because I find the whole process stressful, but even that didn't seem to help.

The driver who came to pick up my packages was not happy that I had hand-written labels for all 15 parcels. I pay for this service and select "no label required," so I don't see why it should be a problem. After that, he only scanned in half of the items in each group of packages and even damaged one of them. Three weeks after I sent the packages, I received an open case from a buyer who never received their package. I emailed Sendle four times and never received a response.

I had suspicions that the driver had ignored the address, tracking number, and person's name on the box and just popped a tracking code for another buyer. My suspicions were confirmed when the person with the two codes messaged me to say they had received a box that wasn't theirs and had put it in recycling because the label was damaged. I had to refund the other buyer via an open case on eBay with no support from Sendle.

To make matters worse, I had two other sales go through and the buyers selected Sendle as their choice of shipping. But surprise, surprise, there was another issue. I packed both items up for pickup, but the driver flagged one as picked up and then added a note saying it couldn't be picked up. However, the tracking information showed that it was in transit. This was confusing and made it difficult to track the package through the dashboard. I had to message the buyer to assure them that their package was on its way.

Overall, my experience with Sendle was frustrating and stressful. While their support wasn't bad at first, it became non-existent when I needed it most. The driver who came to pick up my packages was causing me to lose money and stress, and I can't continue to run a business like this. Something needs to change.

Sendle Terrible Experience with Sendle: Parcel Not Delivered Twice, False Information Given by Customer Service

I recently had a terrible experience with Sendle, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with their service. My parcel was not delivered twice, and the reason given was that it did not have a unit number on it. However, I live in a house, and there is no need for a unit number. I am not sure where the driver claimed to have gone twice, but I received an email from Dyah at customer service at 24 minutes past midnight on Friday, informing me of this.

The tracking app showed that the parcel was unable to be delivered on Wednesday, 10/02/2021, and there was no card left in my door or mailbox. I contacted customer service and gave them authority to leave the parcel in my green mailbox or to go through the black side gate to my front door, along with my contact number in case of any issues. However, the tracking still showed that the parcel was unable to be delivered, and I received no reason why. It has been two weeks, and I still have not received my parcel, even though the sender is less than 30 minutes away.

I have only received automated responses to my emails during business hours, but I was notified after 5:30 pm on Friday, which is outside of office hours. Dyah from customer service contacted me at 10:30 pm, 5 hours after the office had closed, with no reason for the non-delivery. She claimed that the information was generated on 12/02/2021, but I knew that it was generated on 10/02/2021 by checking the tracking site. I find it hard to believe that tracking information can be generated before the paperwork is done two days before.

At 12:24 am on Saturday morning, Dyah miraculously contacted the delivery driver, who somehow remembered that my parcel had no unit number on it. She managed to get hold of a driver at midnight on a Friday who remembered my parcel that couldn't be delivered on Wednesday, 10/02/2021. I find it hard to believe that the driver remembered my parcel after two days, especially since there was no unit number on it.

The only reason that an Australian company with no weekend office hours would contact a customer at 10:30 pm at night would be if they knew that no courier driver had ever been to my address, let alone twice, with instructions to the door and my contact number. They wanted to have the response that I did not respond to them for two days, and they were hoping that I was asleep and stupid. The original email from Dyah would say received Friday, 12/02/2021.

Dyah does not seem to understand that an email also shows the exact time it left her computer and the exact time it was received on mine. On the parcel tracking site, you can see exactly what time the tracking information is logged. I find it unprofessional that Dyah contacted me at such a late hour, and I informed her that I would be contacting both fair trading and the ATO with complaints about the parcel tracking and my two weeks of emails between Sendle and me.

Dyah continued to email me, claiming that the driver remembered my delivery two days prior on Wednesday, 10/02/2021, but did not feel or see the need to write it down or record it. Customer service obviously did not give the driver the leave authority with instructions to leave it at the front door, enter my yard using the black gate, or in my mailbox and did not pass on my phone number in case there was another problem. I live in a house, so of course, there was no unit number.

I informed Dyah that it was now 12:24 am on Saturday morning and that I believed all her emails with false information, especially because of the time of night, was a form of harassment, and I was going to contact the police. She finally stopped emailing me. It seems that Sendle is trying to manipulate me into believing that either the sender or I was at fault and that they had done everything humanly possible to deliver my parcel, except get a courier to drive to my delivery address and leave my parcel. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Sendle's service and would not recommend them to anyone.

Sendle Sendle couriers do not deliver parcels during the day, only email at midnight!

MY PARCEL COULD NOT BE DELIVERED TWICE BECAUSE IT DID NOT HAVE A UNIT NUMBER ON THE PARCEL. THAT'S IS TRUE BECAUSE I LIVE IN A HOUSE! I DO NOT KNOW WHERE YOUR DRIVER CLAIMED TO GO TWICE OR WHY IT WAS 24 MINUTES PAST MIDNIGHT TODAY THAT DYAH AT CUSTOMER SERVICE DECIDED TO EMAIL THIS INFORMATION. Tracking app says UNABLE TO DELIVER WEDNESDAY 10/02/2021. Busy, and deciated girl working after midnight in the office on a Friday. Parcel tracking service states unable to deliver. No card in door or mailbox. I email customer service and give them Authority To Leave parcel in my green mailbox and/or to go through the black side gate down to my front door and my contact number if there is another problem. Tracking again unable to deliver. Again email them, unabl to deliver on tracking site but no reason why. So far 2 weeks and no parcel yet but sender is less thanc30 mins away. Only ever received automated responses to my emails during business hours but get notified after 5.30pm today which is Friday - Office hours mon-fri 8.30am - 5.30pm office is now closed. Dyah from customer service at 10.30pm - 5 hours after office is closed. No reason for non delivery getting to sender information was generated according to her today 12/02/2021. I knew that on the 10/02/2021 when this information was generated by checking the tracking site. How can a tracking generate information before paper work done 2 days before. But still no reason for non delivery, and I had given written permission to leave it in my green mailbox or to keave it at my front door with instructions of which gate to go through to get to front door and also my phone number incase there is another problem. At 12.24am Saturday morning 13/2/2021 Dyah has miraculously contacted the delivery driver who somehow remembers that my parcel had NO UNIT# ON IT. She manages to get hold of a driver at Midnight on a Friday who remember my parcel that couldn't be delivered on Wednesday 10/2/2021! What a memory on driver... and there was no unit # on the parcel... BECAUSE I LIVE IN A HOUSE!
The ONLY reason an Australian company with no weekend office hours, and had close 5 hours prior would contact you a customer at 10.30pm at night would be either knowing full well NO COURIER DRIVER HAS EVER BEEN TO MY ADDRESS, LET ALONE TWICE, WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO THE DOOR AND MY CONTACT NUMBER. They wanted to have the response you did not respond to us for 2 days and they were hoping I was asleep and I was also stupid. The original email from Dyah would say received Friday 12/02/2021.

Obviously, Dyah DOES NOT KNOW that an email also shows the exact time it left her computer and exactly 2mins after when it was recieved on mine. And on the parcel tracking site you are able to see exactly what time the tracking information is logged.

At 11.35pm - yep 25 minutes to midnight I sent her an email informing her I will be contacting both fair trading and the Ato with lodging complaints with the parcel tracking claiming one thing and my 2 weeks of emails between sendle and me. I also told her how unprofessional it is of her to be contacting me at this hour and in caps GOODNIGHT.
Dyah was not done... 12.24am now 24minutes past midnight another email claiming the driver he remembers my delivery 2 days prior on Wednesday 10/02/2021 but not feel or see the need to or write down/record that and customer service obviously DID NOT give the Driver the LEAVE AUTHORITY with instructions to leave it at the front door entering my yard using the black gate, or in my mailbox and DID NOT PASS ON MY PHONE INCASE THERE WAS ANOTHER PROBLEM!
I LIVE IN A HOUSE SO OF COURSE THERE WAS NO UNIT NUMBER.
I told her it was now 12.24am on Saturday morning and that I think all her emails with false information especially because of time of night was a form of harassment and I am going to contact the police. She stopped finally. It wasn't as such, at time of night, it was Dyah trying bully me into the belief that either the sender who I have regularly got parcels from over the last 4 years without issue or I was at fault. Sendle is blameless, trying to manipulate me into the fact that I wouldn't recieve my parcel and they had tried everything humanly possible to do so... they did do everything EXCEPT GET A COURIER TO DRIVEVTO MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AND LEAVE MY PARCEL.

Sendle Parcel pick up failure

I booked a pickup for 12 December from my home. 3 days later the packages hadn’t been picked up. I had customers expecting them so I was hugely stressed and inconvenienced. I cancelled with Sendle support and great help from Pedro. I had to go and get details reprinted so I could drop off the parcels at a cost of almost $30. I was extremely disappointed with the courier service and still am to this day.

Desired outcome: An explanation why my order pickup was ignored

Sendle Items not being picked up 4 days

We seem to have a big issue with our parcels NOT getting picked up. This time it's since Monday afternoon This happens constantly. Sometimes is 2 3 or 4 days! What kind of business is this, if there is no contact number? Our business is just as important as yours. There is no phone number for our local contactor? Who do we contact? who is going to pay compensation to our customers? This is pathetic on your part. Tonight we had to take a few parcels to our local service station I will be looking to change couriers. You are unreliable Pathetic service 0/10

Claimed loss: Many parcels Not Picked Up

Sendle Parcel not collected

It's been over a week and Sendle has still not attempted to collect my parcel or refund my money as per guarantee.

I sent many messages trying to resolve this and they replied every time that it has been escalated and prioritised for the following day but they didn't turn up.

I believe they prioritise bigger businesses and my order just kept getting pushed back down the line.

I asked for honesty when checking when my parcel would be collected and I was lied to every time. It's unfair and I am extremely upset.

Desired outcome: They are not able to provide the service they advertise so they should not be in business.

I bought a small item from eBay. They driver was lazy or stole the item. He clicked on “unable to deliver” I was home! I also have ticked “leave unattended “. The driver wrote “ sent back to bay”. I clerked on “ redeliver” and you opened up a case to loo for it. Then it said “ delivered “ 25/7/23. Liars! You didn’t deliver anything! Stop lying!

Desired outcome: Refund or bring it to me! Call my number when you’re outside my house! [protected]

Sendle Disappointing Experience with Sendle and Couriers Please: Late Delivery, Careless Handling, and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Sendle. If I could give them zero stars, I totally would. I mean, come on, it took them a whole 5 weeks to deliver my parcel within Australia! And to make matters worse, they didn't even give me a reason for the delay, even after the sender lodged an investigation.

When the package finally arrived today, it was delivered by Couriers Please, which is apparently a partner of Sendle's. And let me tell you, the driver was not exactly careful with my package. He straight up threw it from my gate onto my tiled porch, even though it contained a glass bottle and $87 worth of product! I saw him do it and yelled out for him to stop, but he just ran away.

This isn't the first time I've had issues with Couriers Please, either. I've lodged three complaints this year alone about their drivers' behavior, and nothing ever seems to come of it. They just make excuses and ask for my camera footage.

To top it all off, Sendle had the nerve to send me an email asking me to rate their service. So I did, but when I tried to submit my feedback, their site wouldn't let me. Apparently I hadn't filled out some dropdown box correctly, but no matter what option I chose, it wouldn't accept it. And when I tried to contact their online chat for help, that didn't work either.

I've got camera footage, photos, and screenshots of today's debacle, and I'm seriously considering reporting both Sendle and Couriers Please to some government department that oversees this kind of thing. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration to use either of these companies. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.

Sendle Sendle's Poor Customer Service and Claims Process Needs Improvement

Sendle is a service that can be great when it works, but boy do they have a lot of room for improvement. I had an issue recently where the courier company lost my parcel, and it caused a lot of problems. The customer left a bad review and requested a refund, which I understand. I submitted a claim for the contents, which were under $300, and provided the invoice. They told me that they couldn't refund the shipping and taxes, which I get, but then they tried not to include my gift wrapping service, which includes AAA batteries with the order. The consultant didn't even mention it, she just hoped I wouldn't notice. Well, I did, and I asked her to review the claim. She declined, saying it wasn't on the declaration. Where in their terms and conditions does it state this?

I send a minimum of 7 parcels a week, and I'm arguing over $5. They need to make a commercial decision. Let me break it down for them: over 1 year, I will spend around $3,800. What would they prefer, a loss of $5 (which is a legit claim) or lose $3,800? Not to mention my business is new and growing, and we expect to double our sales in the next few months. They could be losing $7,600.

Overall, Sendle needs to improve their customer service and make better decisions when it comes to claims. They are about to lose another customer!

Sendle Nightmare Experience with Sendle: Lost Parcels, Useless Customer Service, and No Refunds

Sendle has been a real headache for me and my online store. They have caused me to lose business and have been a complete nightmare to deal with. I had one parcel that took them a whole month to pick up from the drop off point. I had to spend days waiting on their useless "live chat" to try and fix the issue. It was incredibly frustrating that they don't have a phone number to call for help. Most of the time, I just got generic responses that were copy and pasted, and I could never speak to the same person twice.

Another parcel was even worse. They claimed to have "failed to deliver" the parcel twice to my customer, who was home both days they claimed to have come. I requested that they attempt redelivery again and just leave the parcel with no signature. Instead of doing this, they sent it back to me in Queensland. The parcel has been back in Brisbane for over a week now, and I still don't have it back. I had to refund my customer and lost business because of this. I believe they have lost my parcel, but they won't allow me to claim insurance until they decide it's lost. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received any shipping refunds for either of these parcels.

Sendle has cost me a good reputation on my store, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services. They don't tell you when there is an issue, and when you have many parcels to send out, you can't sit on the computer watching the tracking. It took the buyer contacting me weeks into the issue for me to know about the problem. Overall, Sendle has been a complete disaster for me, and I would never use their services again.

Sendle Unreliable and Unhelpful: My Disappointing Experience with Sendle

I decided to give Sendle a try after my wife had a bad experience with them. I booked on Sunday and was disappointed to find that my parcel was still awaiting pick up on Thursday. I received no response from the company and was left in the dark with no notifications, information or support. I was extremely dissatisfied with their service and would advise others to avoid them as they are dodgy and unhelpful.

I should have listened to my wife and not bothered with Sendle. They failed to provide important information and never followed up when there was an issue, leaving me to deal with it myself. I had to take a day off work to facilitate the collection of my parcel, which was a complete joke. I may as well have just chosen Aus post. To make matters worse, my buyer was now annoyed and it was a complete waste of time and effort. I am now stuck at home waiting for this person to collect my parcel, feeling like it's 1973 all over again.

The company claims to know they need to improve their service, but they don't do things that would be expected, like sending notifications. This is a key thing you need to be aware of if you decide to use their service. I received another email from them this morning, but it still didn't provide any of the key information that they told me for the first time yesterday. This company is operating without giving out all the correct information, so please do your own research and make your own mind up. My experience with them was very bad, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

To make matters worse, they looked me up on LinkedIn, which I found to be creepy. They also don't provide a number to call, which is crap. All I want is my parcel delivered, but it seems like that's too much to ask for with Sendle. Overall, their service was lame and I would not use them again.

Sendle Disastrous Experience with SENDLE: Inaccurate Tracking and Unhelpful Customer Support

I was so frustrated with SENDLE's service! The whole experience was a complete disaster. First of all, there were long periods of time where I couldn't track my package - it was like it had disappeared into thin air! And when I finally did get updates, they were incorrect and misleading. I mean, how hard is it to get basic information right?

But the worst part was when I tried to get my package redelivered. The courier left a card in my letterbox saying I could pick it up from a news agency, but when I went there, there was no package. I called them multiple times and still nothing. And when I contacted SENDLE about it, their response was so unhelpful. They just gave me some generic excuse about the driver not having enough information or the address being wrong. Like, seriously? That's the best they could do?

Overall, I would not recommend SENDLE to anyone. Their service was disgusting and their customer support was even worse. Save yourself the hassle and go with a different courier.

Sendle Poor Customer Support and Delivery Experience with Sendle

So, I had a parcel picked up by Sendle and was expecting it to be delivered the next day. However, when I checked the tracking, it said that the parcel was undelivered, even though I was home. They tried a few more times, but the same thing happened. I was getting pretty frustrated and wanted to contact Sendle, but there was no phone number to call. I sent them a message through Facebook, but still no response. It was only after I commented on their Instagram post that I finally got a response, days after my first contact with them.

Finally, I got to email them, and they told me it would take 1-2 days to re-deliver the parcel. I asked if it could come before the weekend, but they said there was no guarantee. I finally got my parcel today, after the 5th attempt and 6 days after the first delivery attempt when it should have arrived.

I would not recommend using Sendle. If anything goes wrong with the delivery process, their customer support is lacking. There is no phone number to call, and their response time to direct messages is slow. It took them 2 days to respond to my email, and I had to negatively comment on their Instagram post to get a response. It seems like I am not the only one with this issue, as many others have had similar experiences with Sendle.

Sendle Sendle's International Shipping is a Nightmare - A Review

I've been using Sendle for about half a year now, mostly for shipping within my own country. When I heard that they were going to start offering international shipping, I was pretty excited. However, I've since found out that they just use regular post for these shipments, and it's been a real headache.

I had a shipment picked up from Melbourne on May 25th, and it was supposed to be delivered to India. It's now June 26th, and my customer still hasn't received it. Sendle claims that the shipment should take between 4 and 12 business days, but that's a complete lie. When I contacted Sendle to follow up on the shipment, they told me that there was nothing they could do. Apparently, the package has been sitting in an Indian post office since June 6th.

My customer in India is understandably furious, and Sendle's response has been less than helpful. They've told me to tell my customer to contact the local post office to arrange for pick up, but my customer has tried that multiple times and has been told to be patient. Sendle has basically just washed their hands of the situation and left me and my customer to deal with it.

I've asked Sendle to return the items to me so that I can ship them through a company that can actually deliver on their promises, but they've told me that they can't do that. I'm at my wits' end with this whole situation. I've emailed Sendle multiple times about it, but it takes them over 24 hours to respond to those emails. It's funny how when I have a simple request, they respond within a few hours, but when there's a real problem, they don't want to deal with it.

Sendle Terrible Experience with Sendle: Unreliable Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I would not recommend using Sendle for your business if you rely on timely deliveries to your customers. I had a terrible experience with them recently when I had to wait for 6 business days for a parcel to be picked up, despite my frequent requests to their support team. According to their Pickup Guarantee, they should have sent a dedicated pickup driver to ensure that the parcel was on its way if the driver didn't make it after 2 days. However, they cancelled my order and claimed that they had no access to collect the parcel, which was completely false. I have attached pictures to prove that my property was never unattended, and there was full access at all times. Other couriers attend my property frequently, including 4 tonne trucks, so I don't understand why Sendle couldn't do the same.

When I contacted Sendle again, they told me that they had no dedicated driver for my area, even though I live in the middle of metropolitan Sydney! I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and booked another job, which required me to drop off the parcel myself. However, when I went to the two closest locations on Sendle's list of drop off points, both of them told me that they had never heard of Sendle and did not accept parcels for couriers. This was extremely frustrating, and I found it almost impossible to escalate the problem beyond their frontline email support staff. It was also impossible to speak to anyone by phone to try and resolve the issue.

I used to think that Sendle had great service, but something has definitely changed. They seem to be more focused on making money than providing good customer service. I hope that they can improve their service in the future, but for now, I would advise you to avoid using Sendle if you want to ensure that your customers receive their deliveries on time.

Sendle Disappointing Experience with Sendle: Unreliable Pick-Up and Poor Customer Service

I recently decided to give Sendle a try for a personal package before potentially using them for my business. However, my experience with them has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. My package was supposed to be picked up on September 17th between 8am and 4pm, but by 4:40pm there was still no sign of the courier. When I checked my Sendle dashboard, I saw that the pick-up had been rescheduled for the following day. While I was a bit annoyed, I figured these things happen and went to an appointment at 5:15pm.

The next morning, I checked my dashboard again to see if there was anything I needed to do with the new pick-up date, only to find that the status had been changed to "Futile Pickup sender not home." I was confused and frustrated, so I emailed Sendle to find out what was going on. They told me that the pick-up had been rescheduled for September 19th, but I was disappointed to learn that Sendle does not honor their pick-up guarantee.

Apparently, the courier had tried to pick up my package outside of Sendle's service times (8am-4pm), so the guarantee didn't apply. I found this to be very convenient for Sendle, but not for me as the customer. Why should I be penalized because the courier couldn't work within Sendle's designated pick-up times? If Sendle's couriers can't meet their service delivery standards, that's not my fault as the customer.

Overall, I was very disappointed with Sendle's customer service and resolution process. They avoided answering my direct questions and didn't provide any explanation as to why my pick-up had been rescheduled for two days later. If you value your business and your customers, I would suggest not risking using Sendle.

Sendle Sendle Review: The Worst Courier Company on Earth - Non-Existent Customer Service and Disastrous Delivery Experience

I gotta say, I work at a pretty big company that deals with logistics and I've been doing it for over 10 years now. So, I know a thing or two about courier services and how they should work. And let me tell you, Sendle is a complete disaster.

First of all, their customer service is non-existent. I ordered something on July 14th and it took them a whopping 3 days just to pick it up. Then, they claimed that they couldn't deliver it to me, even though the address is literally a distribution center that I run. And get this, I received a delivery just 5 minutes after they claimed nobody was here. I mean, come on, the door was open and I was definitely here. They didn't even try to deliver it.

So, I had to make an account and request re-delivery. And what do you know, they updated the parcel to delivered in the afternoon, signed by 'DISPOSED OF AS UNSALVAGEABLE'. What does that even mean? I'm pretty sure the driver just decided to keep my stuff for themselves.

Thankfully, I got a refund from the seller, but I still haven't heard back from Sendle. And let me tell you, based on my own experience in logistics, sending parcels domestically and internationally, Sendle is the absolute worst option available.

What's even funnier is that my company is about to start selling our products online and guess who's in charge of finding a courier service to handle that work? That's right, me. And there's no way in hell I'm considering Sendle for my business. We're talking about 80-100k of business per year here. Sendle has shown me that they're nothing more than a scam.

So, if you're thinking about using Sendle, do yourself a favor and pay more money elsewhere. Trust me, they're the worst courier company on earth.

Sendle Sendle delivery

I had a package containing electronic goods delivered today (5/5/2023) by Sendle. The courier couldn't be bothered walking to the front door to leave the package undercover. Instead he launched the package about 15 meters through the air at my front door. He simply threw the package at the house. Incredible. Apart from the fact that the components may well be damaged rain is coming later today so if I wasn't at home the package which landed well outside the front door patio would have been soaked. Staggering bad service by a company that appears not to give a damn.

Desired outcome: An apology would be a start. Courier training would be advisable. A complaint phone number would be terrific.

Sendle Sendle pick up courier service

After waiting until 6.25 on the day of supposed pick up, there was no sign of the driver!

I tried the message service and just spoke to a bot which obviously couldn’t answer my question!

I searched high and low on Google for a contact number and nothing.

What sort of people run a business with absolutely no human contact other than the drivers?

What are they afraid of or is it a case of what they are trying to hide!

I’d love their income for doing nothing!

Desired outcome: A phone listing would be a start

Sendle Non-collection of parcel.

I’ve had a parcel (a delicate lamp and lampshade) sitting outside since last Tuesday night, ready for collection on Wednesday 28/3/23. It’s still there. It’s now rained twice and even though it’s under the verandah, it’s now damp. If I re-pack it, I’ll damage the label.

I had an email on Wednesday afternoon, apologising and saying it would be collected on Thursday. It wasn’t. By mid afternoon I was attempting to find out what was going on. I went on their chat line and spoke for several minutes to a robot who kept coming back with insane comments, such as ‘Great! Is there anything else I can help you with?’ Today, I received a copy of the invoice ($41+ to Adelaide from Perth). The customer service is non-existent.

Desired outcome: The parcel needs picking up.
