Lockers are broken near my home. I have had parcels returned to sender as there were no room in locker- so parcels sent back.
I have had a package waiting in a locker for weeks now, which I can't get out due to the lockers being broken. I would not use again.
Staff are lovely when I speak to them, but the service doesn't seem like it works well.

2 of my packages arrived at the locker but I couldn't pick them up because the computer at the locker was broken, I contacted the people from in lost and I had to wait for it to be repaired to ignore any other message as it will be sent back and to wait for an email to know when to go to collect them On email, the customer relations person told me that it hasn't been fixed yet and to wait . then he didn't reply to my email, I checked the locker and it worked, but when I wanted to collect them, I was told that they were taken to a local center and to wait for an email Meanwhile, I received a message that they were sent back to the seller
2 other packages appear returned to the seller and the tracking number shows that they could not be delivered
How can they not be delivered if we are talking about lockers that are active 24/7
4 products were sent back to me due to the fault of the people in the post and I want to be clarified
