Decent Quality but Customer Service Needs Improvement
As a customer of Saatva Mattress, I found the quality of the mattress to be decent. However, I was disappointed with the customer service experience. The delivery was delayed without proper communication, and it was challenging to reach customer support. The mattress itself is comfortable, but the overall experience left me feeling frustrated.

A Saatva mattress is quite possibly the WORSE excuse for something to sleep on ever made. Sure their photos look good and they offer you the return, but the reason you bought a new mattress is to get a good night's sleep and not have pain in your body from the bedding and you will get neither from Saatva. All mattress reviews, like this one, should concern the product itself, not the happy folks who placed your order. In Saatva's case, the product itself is a piece of excrement and should be used only for allowing kids to jump on. Never, never depend on this company to provide you with the product they are pushing... falsely pushing. The Saatva company should be reported to the Attorney General of Connecticut.
I bought a Saatva mattress two years ago based on Saatva's recommendation for folks with arthritis. Sadly, I wake up hurting worse than when I went to bed. Spent way too much money for poor quality and false recommendations. Even worse, I cannot afford to buy a new mattress now, so I'm struck with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone searching for new bedding.
We bought a Saatva mattress two years ago and not soon after, it began sagging with body indentations. We reverse it regularly - you cannot flip it because it is one-sided - but that ameliorates the problem only very briefly on one end and not at all on the other. Now that we are feeling back pain when awakening, we are unfortunately shopping for a new mattress.
