Stewart & Hamilton Luxury Mattresses Queen size 9’’ plush mattress

I purchased a Queen sized Stewart and Hamilton 9’’ plush mattress in February 2021 and a few months later it started to get deep pockets and it’s very uncomfortable. The mattress was purchased through American Freight. I’m not sure of the customer number or any of that but I paid almost $700 and for it to be faulty after a few months is upsetting to me. I can’t reach the company by phone or on their website

Desired outcome: I would like at least a replacement mattress

Also to update I didn’t actually sleep on the mattress until April 2021 when I moved into my new house

This is exact thing happened to me and I bought it from the same place. I can’t find a number for them either and American freight will not do anything and it been less than a year.

Stewart & Hamilton Luxury Mattresses Mattress default

I bought my mattress and box springs a year ago and the mattress is collapsing. I contacted American Freight and they told me to contact the manufacturer. So I am needing a contact name and number for them. No info on google for contact. This mattress is only a year old. I’m only at my home 3 to 4 days a week. Not a whole lot of use. I am single therefore only I using the bed.

Stewart & Hamilton Luxury Mattresses Mattress (Dr Marvin's orthopedic chiro)

I bought a mattress a few years back, it came with a 10 year warranty that I had to use after a couple years bc the springs started coming out. It was SO easy. American Freight had me bring the mattress in and they swapped it out. Fast-forward a few years and the replacement now needs replaced because it has a dent in it. (Not a quality product) I call and the whole process has changed. Now you submit the claim online with pictures. One of the requested pictures is of the tag. This mattress has no tag 🤷‍♀️ idk if it got removed or just never existed but it's not there. This leads to my online claim being denied. Fair enough. 🤷‍♀️ I call the store to see what I can do about this. I explain I submitted the claim, it was denied bc there's no tag and I ask what can I do?

The associate immediately jumps to "every mattress comes with a tag and the tag states it is against the law to remove it." I am immediately annoyed, this mattress doesn't have a tag and I'm trying to find out what my options are. (I have a receipt and can prove I bought said mattress) I ask the associate at American Freight if I'm expected to just eat the cost of this crap mattress and he says yes. I'm appalled. I call American Freight's main number and speak to customer service. I'm told this is their policy and the manufacturer will not honor the warranty without the tag. Having a receipt does not matter. I will never do business with American Freight again nor would I ever recommend Stuart and Hamilton mattresses. They do not seem to be good quality.

Desired outcome: I'd like a replacement mattress.

We just replaced our Dr Marvin's after 8 years. Never had a problem with ours. It's been a great mattress. BTW Reading an above review, the tag says "Unlawful to remove except by consumer" The consumer is the person who bought it! Tags do fall off. It's just an excuse not to adhere to the warranty. But anyway, we loved ours while it lasted. Don't think we'll ever find anything made good again. Seems the newer ones don't last long at all. The ripple you see in the top is only because I took a picture of it on it's side

I am also having problems with this mattress. The box spring broke the first time I sat on it when I got it home. And the bed has dips in it from my hips less than 3 months. I don't weigh no 300lbs this cost me over 600$ and they gave me crap about replacing the box spring after it broke the next one broke. I sleep alone. So it's not a ton of weight on it so it's a rip off. Even tho it slept so good to begin with.

Stewart & Hamilton Luxury Mattresses Queen mattress

I bought this queen mattress not even 2 weeks ago from Goodwill. It's supposed to be a brand new mattress and there's a spring sticking out of it already. I contacted goodwill about it and they said I have to go thru the manufacturer. I want my money back! This is ridiculous and should not have happened. I paid over $200 for this mattress and feel they owe me my money back. For a brand new mattress it should atleast last over a few years. This needs to be made right.

Stewart & Hamilton Luxury Mattresses mattress dream sleep queen

Bought in March 2019 after Hurricane Michael now 5 months later July 2019 has sags on my side and wife's we are not overweight by the way I want a new replacement upgrade I am a retired AIG agent 71 years old I will tell you from experience What you do today in your work is the companies commercial on TV tomorrow if good all know if bad it will be on CNN!

Stewart & Hamilton Luxury Mattresses stewart & hamilton mattress

I bought a pillow top queen sized mattress that after 3mo started to sink in. American Freight was aware of the defect and replaced it with no issues. Less than a year later I am still having the same issues. I don't want a replacement I want my money back so I can buy a Simmons Beautyrest which I prev had for 10+ years and only replaced due to wanting a new mattress.

To whom it may concern: My husband and I purchased a matress set from American Freight in Ocala, Florida, this is not a year old it is a pillow top there are 3inch valleys where we sleep I called them and they told me they could not do anything for us, this mattress is turned every week, we are retired people, nd I have a bad back and also osteoporosis and it is very bad and this is not helping me like they said when I boughr It.
