Unethical and Non-Responsive: My Terrible Experience with Running Warehouse
This here is a review about Running Warehouse or runningwarehouse.com. So, I recently got myself into some trouble with this company. They took my credit card details and sent me some stuff by post. I called them up multiple times and told them, "Hey, I didn't buy this item, what's going on here guys?" But you know what, they didn't seem to care much about my situation. I asked if I could speak to someone higher up, but it seems like the supervisors were all on vacation or something! Can you believe that?
So anyways, I still had no idea who this company was and before I knew it, my package was already en route with the UPS delivery guys. I told them that the Running Warehouse company used my credit card inappropriately and that they should stop delivery. Guess what? They did nothing – not a single thing!
Now, I'm not really one to complain, but this was a crappy experience. I mean, I don't like strangers using my credit card without my permission, ya know? It was a huge inconvenience and I felt violated. But hey, at least I got some running gear from it – not that I needed any, but hey, silver linings and all that.
All in all, Running Warehouse can go stick it where the sun don't shine. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. Don't even bother.
Disappointed with Running Warehouse's Customer Service - An Honest Review
Ordered a fresh new pair of sneakers earlier this week. It was all good, just starting to wear out and it was time for a replacement. So, on Monday, I placed my order on Running Warehouse and dropped an extra eleven bucks for faster shipping, hoping to get them by Thursday. But, well- well, well, I was disappointed to know they were not in stock. Apparently, they were low on staff at their warehouse, which caused the delay in getting my kicks delivered. So, finally, I got an email from them that my sneakers were shipped out three days later on Friday. Man, was it too late? Now I regretted paying more for the speedy delivery, thinking it wouldn't have mattered anyway.
Wanting to do the right thing, I asked for a refund on the eleven dollars I paid for the expedited shipping since it was not delivered with the promised time frame. But the Running Warehouse only offered store credit instead. I remained firm, I was not interested in a store credit, I wanted my refund. It wasn't much, but it was a matter of principle for me. It's frustrating to spend hard-earned money on something when you don't get what you paid for. Honestly, it wasn't the best customer service experience I had with them. I don't think I'm going to order from them anytime soon, if at all, I'm not sure what the future holds for me.
Disappointed with Running Warehouse's Prices and Lack of Customer Service
I bought a pair of running shoes from Running Warehouse's website, and then I decided to go back and find another pair to try out. But, to my surprise, the pair of shoes I had purchased just a few weeks before were now $20 cheaper! So naturally, I looked online and saw that I could get them for $60 cheaper somewhere else. I was disappointed that Running Warehouse had such high prices when others sold the same shoes for much less.
I asked one of the staff members if they would give me $20 off of another pair of shoes that I wanted to buy from them, but they replied with a simple "nope." I was expecting them to offer a more diplomatic response or offer some kind of compromise since I was a loyal customer, but they did not seem too concerned with my satisfaction.
Overall, I was not pleased with the lack of helpfulness from the Running Warehouse staff, especially given that their prices are already so high compared to other stores. I doubt I'll be shopping with them again, as I can find better deals elsewhere and I want to give my business to a company that values its customers.
Running Warehouse delivers fast and quality service for Nike track shoes
Hey, just got some track shoes from Running Warehouse and I gotta say I'm pretty impressed. I was trying to find these Nikes for my son all over the place, but they were sold out everywhere. I was feeling a bit iffy about ordering from a place I've never heard of before, but I took the plunge and boy am I glad I did.
First off, the shipping was super quick - like, a whole day early quick. And since it's a Christmas gift, that's a big relief. When I opened up the box, I was surprised to find that the shoes came with a Nike bag too. Pretty sweet bonus if you ask me.
One of the things that really stood out to me was how fast I got a tracking number after placing my order. It was almost immediate, which was really reassuring. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Running Warehouse to anyone in need of some good shoes. Great service!
Running Warehouse: Stellar Customer Service & Local Charm
Yo, I wanna talk about Running Warehouse. They're from my hometown and they sell shoes all over the dang place out of their massive warehouse. I gotta say, their customer service is on point. They ain't out there tryna squeeze every penny outta ya by sellin' you the most expensive shoe. Naw, they wanna hook you up with something that fits you just right. They know what's up and they hire the right folks to help you out in their storefront.
Now, I usually just stroll on in since it's local and all, but I've hit up the website too. It's gotta be said, it's pretty dang user friendly even though they got like a million different shoes for sale. You can navigate through that mess with no problem. It's all laid out real nice and easy.
I gotta give it to Running Warehouse, they're killin' it. They're keepin' it real and they're keepin' it local. If you need some shoes and you're in town or you can't make it in, hit up that site. They got you covered.
Unhappy with Running Warehouse's Customer Service and Extra Charges: A Review
So, I was shopping for some running gear and I came across Running Warehouse website. I decided to place an order for $33, and everything seemed to go smoothly. However, after thirty minutes, I got a notification from my bank saying that I was charged an extra $0.37 by Running Warehouse. I was confused because I didn't authorize any additional charges.
I called the Running Warehouse customer service, and I was told that they never charged me any extra. But my bank confirmed that the extra charge was from them. This led to a frustrating back and forth conversation. We made about five or six phone calls to get to the bottom of the issue, but we couldn't find a resolution. It was a long and annoying journey, and eventually, I was forced to open a fraud case.
To add insult to injury, I had to cancel my bank card, so I couldn't access my own money. I am now far from happy since I have to wait 7-10 annoying business days to be able to touch my hard-earned money. To cut the chase, I requested a full refund for my order. Running Warehouse left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I don't think I'll be making any purchases from this company in the future.
Overall, my experience with Running Warehouse was sub-par, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Running Warehouse Review: Buyer Beware! Unreliable Service & Poor Customer Care
I initially had high hopes for Running Warehouse (runningwarehouse.com) as a shopping site when I stumbled upon it. After all, they offer a lot of useful running gear and accessories for practice and racing at a reasonable price, and their website is easy to navigate. But, my most recent shopping experience with them left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
First off, after I had already placed my order online, I received an email from them requesting to confirm everything over the phone. I found this quite annoying as I had just given them my full information through their website. I suspected this was a sly technique to buy more time as they offer free 2 day shipping. But I was willing to overlook this as I love my new running shoes and really could not wait to get them.
Sadly, my problems with Running Warehouse were just starting. Days passed, and I did not receive my shoes, so I contacted them. And to my dismay, I was told that they could not find my product in their warehouse. I was shocked and displeased to know that something I had already paid for was missing in action.
Worse still, when I spoke with their representatives, one could not offer any clear solution and the other was outright rude. That left me with the impression that their staff might not be adequately trained or at the very least, poorly briefed to relate with, customers.
Finally, I decided to do a little digging to see if others had the same bad experience, and I quickly realized that Running Warehouse did not get good reviews on several trustworthy review sites. That means I cannot recommend going shopping there, as you could encounter similar avoidable issues.
Overall, if you're looking for a reliable online retailer for your running gear, I suggest you take your money elsewhere. Else, you might end up feeling frustrated and, in the end, not getting what you paid for.
Mixed Experience with Running Warehouse: Shoes Too Small But Ultimately Received a Refund
So, I recently got myself a fresh pair of running shoes from Running Warehouse (runningwarehouse.com). Excitedly, I tried them on. But shortly after inspecting my feet, to my utter disappointment, the shoes were painfully too small. So, I packed them back in their box and returned them for a refund.
When I contacted the Running Warehouse peeps, I explained that I hadn't used or worn the shoes (even though I was tempted to give street-jogging a go). To my surprise, however, after I received my refund, I noticed that they had only given me store credit instead of my money back. Perplexed, I contacted their customer service again and asked why they didn't refund me as I had requested.
Their representative pointed out that the shoes weren't in "resellable condition," so they couldn't give me a money-back refund. Although initially I was a tad peeved, I eventually got over it because they did ultimately do the right thing and gave me a full refund.
Despite my initial annoyance, I thought it was important to share my experience so that other shoppers could be forwarned that if they end up with shoes that don't fit, they'll most likely only get store credit. All things considered, I think Running Warehouse is a pretty decent store. As it turned out, they ended up refunding my money, and that's the most important thing. Nonetheless, I still think it's strange that they wouldn't give me my actual money back in the first place.
Running Warehouse Review: Local Store Offers Expert Service and Wide Shoe Selection
I gotta let y'all know about Running Warehouse, because it's based right here in my hometown and they got shoes for days in that giant warehouse of theirs. They even got a store you can walk into and the folks they got working there know their stuff. I ain't never had any trouble with the customer service because they don't push you to buy the most expensive shoe, they just wanna find the right shoe that'll work for you.
I don't always use the website, 'cause I can just walk on in there, but when I have used it, it's been a pretty easy experience. They got a lot of shoes to choose from, but they lay everything out real nice for ya and it ain't hard to find what you need.
Here's the real kicker though: if you happen to move to San Luis Obispo, CA, they got this runnin' club that gets together once a week to put some miles on your legs and have some fun. Ain't no better way to get some exercise and meet some cool people than that!
Overall, y'all should check Running Warehouse out if you need some new shoes or if you're in the area and wanna join in on the runnin' club. They're good folks and they got the shoes you need to keep on truckin'.
Not Worth the Hassle: My Disappointing Experience with RunningWarehouse.com
I just had an experience with RunningWarehouse.com and let me tell you it was not a good one, mate. I'm a bloke from Down Under and I'm in the States taking a break for a bit, just trying to enjoy myself. My neighbour's daughter runs track and wanted me to order some fancy-pants shoes for her so they could be delivered to my hotel. Sounds simple enough, right? Wrong. These blokes made me jump through more hoops than a trained dolphin.
First off, they made me scan and send them both front and back of my driver's license. Like, what do they need that for? My neighbour told me he had to do the same thing and it made him feel like he was part of the FBI. Next, they wanted me to fill out and sign a form to give them permission to charge PayPal, even though they already had received payment from my account. It's like they don't trust their own system or something.
To top it off, they wanted me to change my PayPal address to the hotel I'm staying in, which could cause a lot of drama because I have other regular payments and subscriptions coming out of that account. Like, come on, Running Warehouse! You're gonna tell me to change my PayPal address for something as simple as a $40 order? That's just ridiculous, mate.
When I said I didn't have a scanner, they said I could just take a photo and email it from my phone. But when I explained that I couldn't email from the address I ordered with, they told me I couldn't do that. Are these blokes for real? It's like they want to make things as difficult as possible for their customers.
I've ordered from a lot of different retailers while I'm travelling and I've never had to go through anything like this with them. I've even ordered big-ticket items like laptops and computer equipment without any issues. It's like these guys want to make things difficult just for the fun of it.
So if you're thinking about ordering from RunningWarehouse.com, I'd think again. They're not very helpful and they'll just make you feel like you're jumping through hoops for no good reason. Stick with the bigger retailers like Amazon. They'll treat you right, mate.

Long wait times and delays: My experience with Running Warehouse's customer service
! Tried to call customer service, but was on hold for over an hour before finally getting through. They did offer a refund for the shipping cost, but I still needed my gear ASAP for an upcoming race. Ultimately, the package did arrive and the products were good quality. But the hassle and delay were not worth it. Will be hesitant to order from Running Warehouse again.
Slow Refund Process from Running Warehouse
So, here's the dealio about Running Warehouse, the website that sells a whole bunch of cool stuff for runners and fitness buffs. So, I don't know about you, but when I order something online and then have to return it, I like to get my refund ASAP, am I right or am I right? Well, let me tell you, that was not the case with Running Warehouse. I had to wait a whopping 10 working days just to get my sweet, sweet cash back in my account. And to make matters worse, when I called up the customer service peeps on day 11, they told me I'd have to wait another 5 days. What the heck, man?! I mean, I get that returns take some time to process and all that jazz, but this is just totally unacceptable. Needless to say, this is the last time I'll be buying anything from Running Warehouse.
Disappointing Experience: Running Warehouse's Outdated Website and Inefficiency
Running Warehouse is a unique experience. They don't really seem to place a high value on the customer or their experience. I recently placed an order last Friday, and it seems like they were napping on the job. I just checked my order status today, and it hasn't even shipped yet. It's like they don't even care about getting products out to people. The website itself is outdated as well. It looks like it belongs in the civil war era. If you have plenty of time on your hands to wait around, by all means give them a shot. But if time is of the essence, go elsewhere.
