Hello Good day,

Can someone please help with this situation? I will be visiting RAC 13750 W Colonial Dr. Winter Garden, Fl 34787.

I asked multiple times to have the returned item charge to be removed. Please help me, to prevent escalation.

I called Monday February 26, 2024 and spoke with Joel. He stated his store manager would removed the $29.13 that shows due Saturday March 2, 2024.

I called Thursday February 29, 2024 and spoke with Joel. He stated his store manager would removed the $29.13 that shows due Saturday March 2, 2024.

On Monday February 19, 2024 I visited 13750 W Colonial Dr. RAC. I purchased agr#[protected] - SKYTECH RYZEN 5 5600.

On Tuesday February 20, 2024 I visited 13750 W Colonial Dr. RAC. To return agr#[protected] - SKYTECH RYZEN 5 5600, because it did not work and it had cockroaches as well.

I am not sure why 13750 W Colonial Dr. RAC store manager is refusing to refund the payment showing on my account for the agr#[protected] - SKYTECH RYZEN 5 5600.

Can someone please help to prevent further issues?

I'm asking kindly, again.
