Rent-A-Center review: Harassment

I was a customer from March until July as a result of billing issues. I asked numerous times not to be auto billed as it threw my account off. I tried to explain this and clearly was ignored. I got tired of dealing with Gayle and her employees at

As I tried to get them to understand my wishes and we would reach an agreement then i would end up paying twice. So I was getting ready to end my contact with them when they pulled $1700 from my account the bank closed my account and I had to go down and beg them to let me keep my bank account, I decided to stop doing business with them, I put in a request for them to retrieve my items and they did They picked up their items. But they are still trying to charge me for items I do not have, and they are calling me endlessly as well as my reference numbers.

former account [protected], i had a washer and, fridge 2 beds. I had the other store at 877 North Academy pick up the items as i didn't want to deal with anyone from Gayles store.
