Regus Lounge Pass

Dear Regus,

I am having extreme difficulties dealing with your Accounts Helpdesk.

I would like to speak to someone regarding my account urgently and get issues resolved.

The team at Accounts are very rude and not helping me and understanding my concerns.

I have been a customer for 8 years and now something has gone wrong no one is willing to help me.

Hope you are well.

I am dissapointed to say that I am still waiting for a call back. I do not understand why Regus can not call me to discuss my account.

I have never known such an established organisation that refuses to call their long lasting customers of 8 years back.

Regus Retainer

I submitted my retainer on June 1st and it is now July 5th and still no retainer deposited..

They're quick to bill me twice and keep money but take slower than a turtle to return money..

I called CS to be told that I couldn't call anyone about this and that I would have to wait for a call or email with an update and that "I may not hear from them, so if I don't just call us back to restart the process"

WHAT!?!?! Unbelievable

@ Regus, it was request June 1st. I received it LONG past the 30 days.. I asked for my late fees that REGUS now owes me since REGUS thinks they can charge late fees on customers but not be held accountable when they're late

I'm still awaiting my $1,000 in late fees since it took well over 30 days to receive my funds

UPDATE: It took REGUS almost 2 months to get my retainer back to me and within doing so I told them I would charge them the same late fees they charge their customers but they didn't pay it.. just the retainer back

Just remember this company is CROOKED! They will charge you fee after fee after fee but when it comes to getting your money back it will take them months and you will not get any fees the way they charged you

I will be posting on the BBB as well and sending a complaint to my state / city because this is criminal

Regus I am filing another complaint because the existing comment still not resolved

My case has been closed by Regus even it is not resolved. They are not resolving customer’s issue at all. As understand their auto renew system is to helping customer for their easy convenient way to continue use their service. However, I am not going to using their when due to my contract period ended on June 2023, and even go to their counter to explain to them, that I am not going to use the service anymore. However they still insist want you to pay for their auto renew system for another 3 months. How terrible service this Regus is providing to the customer. I wish to look for upper management or legal to settle this issue because they not suppose to continue renew my contract even I have approach the counter that I am not going to continue their service in advance.

Desired outcome: I want the upper management to reach me via email and resolve this termination issue and all the messy invoice cycle.

The matter still not resolved yet, but Regus closed my case. I required upper management to settle this issue, but they still replying me the same thing. How lousiest service provided by Regus throughout the Singapore area. Anyway the matter still not resolved. Because they still sending me invoices although I am no longer using their service. For me, Regus is like a vampire trying to take money from customer, even customer has approached to terminate the contract because have no longer required their service, but they still continue to take money for their maximum profit.

Regus Failure to Refund Retainer

I have been requesting my retainer refund from Regus since March 3rd, 2023. They have still not returned my $1,058.00 retainer balance yet. I have reached out to them numerous times and they still have not sent it back yet. This is absolutely criminal for a company to not return this. Do not ever rent an office space from Regus, they will steal your money and not give it back! Regus, Please refund my retainer immediately before I get my attorney involved with this!

I spoke with the customer service rep [edited] who stated the funds would be returned to my card and they have not been returned yet. PLEASE RETURN MY FUNDS TODAY TO THE CARD ON FILE! See email below:

‘Hi Torrey,

My name is [edited]; I am the Customer Care Specialist and a part of the escalation’s team here at the Account Helpdesk. I hope you are well.

I am contacting you in response to your recent escalation regarding your retainer. As part of [edited] small team, she has asked me to contact you and assist on her behalf.

We are very sorry to confirm the delay in repayment of your retainer. The payment was confirmed in early June but has rejected, the precise reason for that isn’t known.

This is an exceptional situation and our finance teams are working alongside our IT team and bank to resolve urgently. To prevent more delay to you, I have pushed for a card refund instead.

We can process this to the card ending in 4770. Can I please confirm that is suitable for you? I'll then have it processed immediately.

I truly appreciate that this is unsatisfactory and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. I await your response, thank you.

Regus Retainer/DEPOSIT NOT RETURNED

On April 30th, 2023 I moved out of my office with 120 days advance notice from Diamondview San Diego Regus. I was told I would receive my Retainer/deposit of $2896.20 within 30 days. That didn't happen, then I was told I would get a deposit on June 5th... that didn't happen. I spoke again to the help desk and they say they don't know what happened and they have no further info.. since then. Nothing...

Regus Membership

I requested a one month membership beginning and ending the month of January of 2023. I stopped using the facility in Olympia, WA at the end of January and never set foot in one again because I only needed the membership for one month, as I had discussed with the company representative from sales when I signed up.

I asked to cancel in February and was told that would happen. It did not and I just realized I have been charged every month since then, for a total of over $500 in erroneous billing.

I have since requested multiple times over the phone, help desk, tickets etc. to cancel my membership. Now I'm being told by one rep to do this online, by another that they will cancel the membership - no clarity in what is actually happening.

Also I have several emails saying I should cancel my membership online. It also says on the Regis website it is easy to do this by going to accounts, membership and then cancelling from there. This option does not exist on my account - I have emailed screenshots of all the steps in the process to several reps showing there is no option to terminate a membership.

I am requesting my membership be cancelled, again I CAN NOT DO THIS ON THE PORTAL THERE IS NO OPTION and to have the over $500 I have been billed in error refunded.

Desired outcome: Terminate my membership and refund what I have been billed in error from February of June of this year

Regus Incorrect invoice cycle and termination of contract

I would like make a second complaint to Regus follow by my first complaint. Because the invoice d cycle still not resolved. When I am questioning Regus regarding the invoice cycle every-time they tried to be quiet and silent disappeared from replying my email or try to highlight and mention about others non related matter. It’s super frustrating and annoying towards Regus. I need the solution here as soon as possible.

The problem still not resolved, but Regus closed my case. So far I am super disappointed with their customer service for assist with my enquiries, and they trying to grab as much money as possible from customer, although I have requested to end the contract and do not charge for further invoices because no longer need the service space. As a whole, Regus is not an ideal for personal usage /business corporation, if you do not want to be regretted for choosing their service. Sincerely.

Regus Coworker space Sunderland uk

Agreement done on 1 June 2023 for month to month contract. Move in date is 26 June 2023. It is yet to come.

I have to move India due to unavoidable circumstances. I request to cancel as I am not moved in the property. Its date is later on. But the demand money to close.

When I m not in uk and the move in date is far. Why should I pay. This attitude is not for customer satisfaction. Not a good reviews.

Why are you closed so much? Now, you're closed for june 19th, a "federal holiday." as a customer, my expectation is for you to be open, as much as possible. Not closed for every federal holiday. I am going to quit, keep pushing my buttons nincompoops. Stop the pandering and virtue signaling garbage and get to work. Stop closing your offices on federal holidays, you're a for-profit business. There is no excuse for it.

Regus My signed contract and termination and duplicate invoices

I would like to complain about Regus and require a solution here, because for having a duplicate invoice charge to me, and also my contract period is from Jan to June, but Regus still charge me further invoice from July onwards even I have requested to terminate my contract with immediate effect, although I have forgotten to click the cancel in their system. The invoice cycle is confusing and not following the usual cycle and thereafter charge me for duplicate invoices. However, their help desk and front desk is trying to play around and not willing to give me the explanation on the duplicate invoice cycle issue. I am much disappointed with Regus Singapore service.

Desired outcome: I would like to resolve the duplicate invoice issue and termination of contract until June period as per my signed contract.

I am really disappointed with this Regus. Because my issue still haven’t resolved and then they closed my case ? I suggested that people do not choose Regus for their service because they have a very messy invoice cycle and even will charge you few invoices less than one month period. They try to make this happen is because I guess they want to cover the 3 months auto renewal fee, because they do not allow customer to terminate the contract based on the signed contract period. They want to charge you for extra 3 months above board using their auto renew system, to earn money from customer who have forgotten to turn off the cancel button 3 months in advance. I would like to look for higher management of Regus to resolve this issue. Please advise.

Regus Virtual office

I signed up md or their virtual office not aware that I needed to file the documents to have my business operate as a foreign entity in that state. I called the office before my contract started asking to cancel it and the community manager of the falls location [edited] was very rude in the phone and told me I could not cancel even though the date of service had not occurred. I tried to contact the main office and speak to accounting but got no one. I sent an email to the help desk and they never responded. They charged me 3 times and 2 months in advance. I called them again and they told me their accounts team did not have a direct contact number and they would have to submit a cancellation request for me. Only for [edited] account help desk to follow up that they will not cancel an account that I never used and can’t even use because my business is not register to operate in that state. This is a scam of a business. If they send my account to collections I will report fraud of services and contact my attorney. This is completely ridiculous and worst customer service. When I asked for the binding contract they didn’t send me anything with a signature or anything.

Regus Office/rental/deposit/facility's

I rented office space from Regis in the City at New London House. I have moved out .

Despite several e mails during our rental period

The toilets' are disgusting on the 6th floor and are never cleaned. There are 2 toilets' for some 70+ male people using that floor, there is muck of every sort everywhere We asked and asked for these to be addressed

One Thursday afternoon before we left, two members of my staff had to remove a knife from a person who worked in another office as he was running around the floor threating to stab somebody, Regis never reacted do we really want to be in an office with that going on

All day long and despite us complaining you have people walking the corridors outside your office talking loudly on mobile phones, who work for recruitment company's on that floor

And lastly, I gave notice Mid March that we were moving out. I have requested my deposit back on April 12th now 7 more requests yet still have not got it.

It was due on 31st May.

Regus fine you if you are one day late with a payment, yet we are now over a month late

It is impossible to get hold of anybody at Regus, all you get is use the ap and we will get back to you ..

Desired outcome: Compensation for a) late deposit and holding of funds b) dealing with what we had to on the 6th floor and having to move

Regus Regus charges late payment fee on incorrect invoiced amount and threat to lock our office

I have been talking to Regus BroadQuay team since April 30th when I received the invoice for our new deposit.

I renewed my office agreement in March. Regus issued me an invoice for a deposit of 2xthe monthly rent, failing to take into account our previous deposit. I have repeatedly raised this issue with both Regus' local team and helpdesk. While they acknowledged the mistake and credited a portion of the overcharged amount back to me after a month, they also imposed a late payment fee for the amount in dispute.

Furthermore, on June 4th 2023, Regus helpdesk asked us to pay a "payment retainer" since we do not grant Regus ongoing banking authority. As a result, we were initially charged for two months' rent as a retainer, followed by an additional request for payment of an extra month.

Regus' site manager has threated me several times to lock up our office if the payment does not arrive by 15th of June.

This is absolutely unacceptable as Regus made a series of mistakes in our deposit invoice, misrepresentation of the amenities in invoices and made changes to the retainer later.

The service standards is absolutely shocking! We have already paid 3x month rent in advance + 2x month rent of deposit. Regus's site manager still threat me to pay the deposit in dispute in a few days or lock our door.

Desired outcome: 1. An apology from Regus's UK management team for the series of mistakes in the invoices and poor service standards2. A refund of the late payment fee credited back to us.
