That kinda made me hesitant to buy from 'em, even though they had the cheapest price for what I was lookin' for on Google Shopping. So I'm givin' 'em a neutral 3 stars, just 'cause of that sketchy claim.

I got 4 HP ink carts, 2 black & 2 tricolors for $74.19 on Sep 6, 2022. I put 2 in my printer 2-3 weeks ago & found out I got the wrong ones. I emailed Crave Distribution/Office *** & they said they'd give me my money back. They sent me an email with a return label & said I'd get a refund once it got to their warehouse. It got there on Oct 19th, after 10:00 a.m. I tracked it & sent the tracking number with the return label they sent me. Here's the order #***-[protected]. Can you help me out? Thanks, *** Best
