Yolie, Andri, and Angel are really good at serving all three! I recommend their services, they give great attention.

It was a grate service that they gave us, we really liked the product and how it changes our daily lives in a better way.

Every1 ther had gr8 customer service and was extremely helpful. All my questions were answered and explained. I would def recommend. I can certainly tell the difference as well!

Rainking Purification Systems Inc. charged us a whopping $5000 for a 2400 system. They slapped a $5000 cover on it, but that doesn't mean that's what's actually inside. The installation of the system was done poorly, and as a result, our water is still hard. The folks there are friendly, but this whole thing feels like a total scam and way too expensive.

Andri, she is very friendly and I am aware of her work with good knowledge, the service is very good. I recommend it.

My rainking purification system was installed last week and I must say, you really notice the difference. I highly recommend it. Their sales Rep Suli was so great with me and was able to get the system installed next day! The gentlemen that came out to install it were very professional and very detailed when helping me with questions I had.

I got the system installed yesterday, including the under sink unit for drinking and cooking water. Everything seems to be working fine so far. Darrell, who did the presentation, was really nice. Phillip, his boss and sales manager, was also nice and fair. The installers, Manny and Yadiel, were very professional and paid attention to detail. Overall, my experience has been great. No problems at all, and they delivered what they promised. I would definitely recommend this team.

The sales team was really nice and did a great job explaining the products and benefits. The scientific process of the water testing was fascinating and super helpful in making a decision. I knew I wanted to add a system to my house but was worried about the cost, but Rainking offered lots of financing options that made it easy and affordable. Installation was quick and didn't mess up my schedule at all. I highly recommend them!

We bought a water purify system from Rainking on 11/5. They said we'd get a fence to hide the unit, 5 years of soaps, cleaning stuff & detergents, and a $200 gift card from Lowe's. But all we got was the system and a bill. We waited a while and called every week to ask about the other stuff, but they always gave us the runaround. This system cost a lot, and the promise of extra stuff made it seem not so bad. But not getting those things makes us feel like we got ripped off. We want the stuff they promised or we want our money back and the system gone.

Please read! Do your research before buying, don't feel pressured, they're only there to sell!

I want my system removed. I feel very blindsided. I feel very anxious because I'm being charged a ridiculous amount of money, and that's not what they told me when they sold it.

Train your salespersons to be more honest. You don't know what this kind of situation can do to a person mentally. Total scam.

Financing is a rip-off. Make sure you get the facts. Ask what company is financing. If it is Aqua Finance, just Google it. It's a scam. They don't have online payments. I'm 100% sure you will end up paying too much. They're very rude. Just Google it, you'll thank me later.

Make sure the salesperson leaves evidence signed with all the numbers because you will need it later.

Don't recommend it. I live in a newly constructed community, and I'll make sure that they don't buy from you.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Total scam! Poor lack of ethics. They say their sales people are trained to be the best, and they always start by saying they're college students and need to make a sale for cars or pay for studies that the same company offers. I'm not the only one, so don't try to say otherwise. I know people whose salespeople try to sell by saying they are offering a cruise if they make sales. How unprofessional! Mine said he could win a car! Ever since I bought this water system, I have reported many times during the first 5 months and nobody came. They keep telling me that it takes 24 to 48 hours to brush me off. It doesn't! It's been months. I don't want this system. It doesn't work. I keep calling in an effort to speak to a manager about my situation and make an agreement, but I can't do that either. The same lady on the phone keeps telling me she will get that to the manager and will call me back. Nobody ever does! I call back, and to make matters worse, the same lady asked me if I had a problem with the system. Like, what? I spoke to her like 5 times, so that assures me they don't care, and it's frustrating for a consumer. What type of company is this? It's sad to know how many people your company is taking advantage of. And it's only a matter of time for more people to complain, and that's sad. We as consumers are not dumb, and we know that we have rights as you as a company. Since the beginning, it's a scam. I tried my best to give this company an opportunity, but they gave me all I needed to want to cancel everything. Please come pick up your system, or I will gladly take it to you!

Company dont carry out service of product as promised. I got a water filter thats less than a year old and needs service. Rain King promised to call me back for 2 days and havent done so. Now Im stuck paying for a product thats not working right. This company should be held accountable and liable for what they did.

Rebate fraud was supposed to give me a rebate for the first year of the financing contract, along with a $50 gift card for the system installation and a bunch of cleaning supplies. The system got installed two months ago, but I still haven't received the rebate check. I've tried so many times to contact them, but it's been a struggle. At first, someone answered a couple of times and assured me that the check was sent out. But now, it seems like nobody is answering my calls or emails. I'm even thinking about taking legal action against this business. Their practices seem really shady.

We bought a Rainking Water Purification System on 11/05 from a home salesperson. The next day, they installed it without waiting for the 3-day cancellation period. According to the agreement, we were supposed to get a 5-year stock of soaps, cleaners, and cleaning stuff, a $200 ***'s Gift Certificate, and a fence to hide the unit from our neighbors. But until now, all we got was an expensive unit and a bill. We've been calling their office every week for months, and they keep saying that the items will be sent to us soon. Rainking came to our house and offered to test our water. I let them in and they gave their sales pitch. We weren't ready to decide yet. They called their boss to come and seal the deal. On the signed document, there's a clause that can be canceled, but it was crossed out. We've learned that these products are sold for thousands, but they're actually worth less than $1000. We're not happy with this product and want them to take it back. When we contacted them, they sent us fake documents with my signature on them. But that's not my signature. We feel like we've been taken advantage of and want to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, ***'s trusted family members were not present during the visit. The sales representatives from Rainking took advantage of ***'s limited English proficiency and trusting nature. They deceived her by conducting a fake water test, falsely claiming that her water was unhealthy and dirty. They then pressured her into signing a contract.

It is important to note that *** has limited income, and the payments for the water system are causing financial hardship for her. However, when Orange County Utilities sent a representative to inspect ***'s water, he confirmed that it was indeed healthy and clean. He also mentioned being familiar with the deceptive tactics employed by Rainking, stating that they use fake test tubes to manipulate people into purchasing unnecessary and expensive water systems.

Despite ***'s request to cancel the contract and remove the equipment, Rainking refused to comply. It is deeply concerning and morally wrong to deceive and exploit elderly individuals for financial gain. It is crucial that companies like Rainking are held accountable for their dishonest practices, as they unjustly take advantage of vulnerable individuals.

We got this sign sayin' "no trespassin', no solicitin'" in our yard, and we also got a sticker on our front door sayin' "no solicitin'." We been havin' that sticker since 8/4/22 and the yard sign since 8/12/22. Rainking keeps showin' up 'round three times a week, sendin' the same sales folks (we seen three of 'em) to knock on our door ever since we moved in on 8/1/22. They just won't take no for an answer, tryin' to force their way into our home without an invite, and ignorin' our signs. When we say "No" or "Not Interested" and shut the door, it don't mean keep comin' back to bother us and tryin' to "test our water" to sell us somethin'. We want this company to leave us alone for good 'cause we ain't never gonna use their services. All them other door-to-door salesmen stopped botherin' us once we put up them signs. We want Rainking to leave us alone 'cause we don't want their product or their constant botherin'. If Rainking keeps comin' to our place, we gonna file harassment lawsuits.

On July 20th, a guy came to my house trying to sell a water purification system. I told him I wasn't interested, but he kept saying his boss would be mad if he didn't at least try, so I let him in. He did his thing, but I still said no because I couldn't afford it. Throughout all this, he kept saying he would call his boss to let her know. When he called her, she told him to keep pushing. So he did, and I kept saying no. I just bought the house and couldn't afford it, you know? After I said that, he asked me if I wanted to defer my payments for 3 months, but I still said no. Then he called again, and she told him to try 6 months. So I finally said, "Okay, I can do it in six months." At that point, he made me sign an agreement, and it said my payment would be deferred for 6 months. I thought I wouldn't have to pay anything for 6 months. But when I checked my email, the company I got the loan from didn't acknowledge the agreement I made with Rainking. They said if it wasn't in their contract, then it's not valid. Now I'm really mad about Rainking's false advertising. And guess what? My credit score is getting messed up because of this. I want the 6-month deferred payment they promised me, plus the $100 gift card they said I would get. This is such a terrible way to do business, lying to customers like that. Honestly, I don't even want their product anymore because of their false advertising.

I gave the Rainking salesman an item worth $500 and we agreed to pay $94/month for six and a half years. I signed a paper saying I couldn't return the system after 3 days, but it was installed in less than 24 hours. The loan company called the next day and confirmed $95/month, which I agreed to. A week later, I got the loan paperwork and it said $95/month for 12 YEARS. So my loan was basically doubled! I called the salesman and he admitted he said 6.5 years, but couldn't do anything about it. I called Rainking multiple times, asking for the correct loan or a refund. The customer service person said she would check with the boss and call me back, but she hasn't. They also said they don't take back systems because they would lose money. I'm losing money because they gave me a wrong quote! If they had told me the right payment for a 6.5 year loan, I would have declined because I can't afford it! And to make matters worse, the system doesn't even work properly and the water tastes bitter. Because they lied about the quote and didn't honor our agreement, I want them to take back their equipment and give me a refund.
