Had a problem with my AC units called AC warehouse they were out the same day. they gave me an excellent price and had both of my system replaced within two days great job AC warehouse.

Randy and Orion were very courteous and professional. They explained everything to us.They were very efficient and asked if we had any questions.They are definitely an asset to your company.

I would give them less than 1 star but you can't. I had service done and 3 days later my A/C wouldn't cool. Had them back out 3 times and they could't fix the problem. Told us we had a leak and they would have to send out a leak specialist in 3 days. Mind you it is July and hot. The final straw was when we called and were told there was nothing more they could do until the leak test was done. Called Gator Air and they had the problem fixed within 30 minutes and told us there was absolutely no leak. Would never trust this company again.

What scammers! I have never used this company yet have a message from a girl named Krista who works for them stating my address is due for our maintenance cleaning! How would they know because I have never had them to my house! In fact my a/c isn't due for it's tune up until late next year because our regular a/c company just did this! I wonder how many people they scam thinking they missed their a/c cleaning especially older people who might be easily confused! disgusting in these times a company would try and pull this kind of thing! I would never ever use them just because of this call!

This company used to be awesome. However, over the years they have become expensive, pushy and dishonest. The cost of their maintenance contract has doubled over the last 10 years. Each time a tech has visited my home over the last several years, it was $185 for this and $185 for that. Their sales person used false cost quotes on a UV unit on the replacement light part (which need changed every two years). Once I found out the real price it's no wonder he would not provide that info on writing. I trusted him because I am a long term customer of AC Warehouse. The management failed to do anything to correct the situation. I would not have made the purchase if I knew what the routine replacement costs of that part is.
I do not recommend this company, which I have been with since 2008.

Numerous attempts to contact them for shoddy installation and broken/non functioning AC! They refuse to answer my calls, give me a repair date - if they even plan to... Installers left trash and garbage, and even though they KNEW the AC they installed was broken and couldn't reach 'set temperature', they left anyhow! I called the following morning, and asked for a supervisor. He yelled at me and told me he "didn't appreciate me yelling and screaming at his installers." He wasn't even there when this piece of junk was installed! The next morning, I went out to see what I was left with, and there was a HIDEOUS black oil spray, from the inside of the unit to the outside, about the size of a softball! When I inquired about getting it fixed, the supervisor I spoke to said they'd let me know when they'd be out to fix it! No one even looked at it to see whats wrong with it, how can they give me repair date? $8000 later, and I'm worse of than I was in the first place... At least at night, my old AC cooled the house to set temp...

If I could give less than one star I would do it. I was stupid and bought my AC unit from them and then bought endless filters...The unit they sold me they said never needed filters,,,,but you could see straight through the filter, so I had coil damage, the unit was under warranty but they didn't tell me that. A different company did. Oh I tried to get more filters after buying the filter plan, guess what...when I had service call that I said specifically bring filters, the man showed up with >>>>NOOOO FILTERS. So I said no problem, bring them by when you are in the area! SInce that day On January 20 of this year 2021 I have called 3 times it is now THE END OF APRIL...still no one cares enough to deliver filters. They don't want you to have a good filtration system, even told me the See through filter and said it was all you need, All they want to do is part you from your money. Thank Goodness another small company said, your coils are all rusted...and the unit of coils is still under warranty and they fixed it for cost of labor only. AVOID these people like the plague, you will get no filters if you pay for the filter replacement program... because it is better for them to not have someone that has clean ac unit.

We originally bought an air conditioning unit from AC Warehouse that lasted about two and a half years. Unfortunately we did not purchase the premium warranty with that first one. It completely died and when the company came out they said if we had purchased the premium warranty everything would have been taken care of. We had to pay for an entirely new air conditioning unit. This time, at the salesman's suggestion, we did indeed purchase the premium warranty, that he said covers everything. The premium warranty was $800 above the cost of the air conditioning unit. The warranty stated 24-hour emergency service full warranty on labor and parts 10-years manufacturer's warranty of compressor and coils 10 years. After 2 and 1/2 years of this brand new second air conditioning unit it was no longer cooling. I was charged for diagnosing the problem which was $185 and also for warranty processing fee another $50. The service tech said he could not leave until he received payment. I was home alone and had to call my husband to come home with a charge card to pay the man. just an added note, 2 days before we had problems with the AC unit, the company had sent out the yearly technician to service or check for any problems with the unit. This needs to be done to keep up the warranty, of course that is a charge which I didn't mind paying. But two days later I needed a new coil. The following day my husband called the company and explained our 10 year cover everything warranty and was basically told too bad there were exceptions that were not covered and we fell into those. I will never deal with AC Warehouse or recommend them ever again.
