Qatar Airways review: Lost baggage

Good afternoon

We arrived back from South Africa on your flight via Doha, flight number QR21, arriving back in Manchester at 6.30am on the 6th January 2024.

My name is Robert Griffiths, I was travelling with my daughter Macey Griffiths,

the service during the flight was good, however after arriving back in Manchester my daughters' suitcase was missing. I'd like to bring to your attention the distress caused by the loss of the case not only loosing all of her clothes and Christmas presents, there were some items of jewelry left to her by her late mother who we have lost recently. The baggage reference number is 4Z556115 and file reference is QR21420. We finally got the bag back on the Monday evening, but you must imagine the upset this has caused, on our outboard flight from Manchester to Cape Town our other suitcase was damaged beyond repair and had to wait several days for a replacement, when the replacement arrived it was of much lesser quality. Lastly, can you please check on my awarded relative points on my privileged club card.
