Qatar Airways review: Lost baggage

we arrived back from south Africa on your flight via Doha flight number QR21 arriving back in Manchester at 6:30 am on the 6th of January 2024.

my name is Robert Griffiths I was traveling with my daughter Macey Griffiths the service during the flight was very good however after arriving back in Manchester my daughters suitcase was missing. id like to bring this to your attention the distress caused by this with the loss of the case, not only loosing all her lovely clothing there was items in the suitcase that hold great sentimental value because they belonged to her late mother who we have recently lost. i would like you to do everything in your power to resolve this problem as soon as possible. baggage reference number is 4Z556115 missing bag file reference QR21420 please let me know if there is any more information required please also be aware that on our outbound flight from Manchester to cape town, my suitcase sustained damage as a result i had to wait several days for a replacement and the replacement was of lesser quality.
