They are fraudsters! They charge $621.68 USD for a seat upgrade on two flights and hold it for two weeks. Following that, they send a "regret letter" informing passengers that they will be unable to upgrade seats for one journey. They gave a refund of $130 USD, which was less than 20%. WHAT A FRAUD!

Airline tickets
I booked 4 tickets, within 10 mins of the booking i received an email indicating i have to click "pay" to confirm and verify but it seemed fishy to me so i didn't click pay however somehow my payment was still processed and said it was pending issuing the documents. I emailed customer service right away asking to cancel as I was not comfortable proceeding but they said the seats have already been assigned and tickets will be coming soon. I called the airline one hour later and the airline had no record of any reservations under any of our booked family members. I have asked over and over for a refund as clearly seats have not been assigned and I am not comfortable proceeding and am no longer getting a response. Please refund as the airline itself (lynx) recommended that i stay away from this travel agent and book elsewhere.

I tried twice to book flights available on kissandfly.com. They collected payment, confirmed the booking, and then held on to my money for nearly a week "pending ticket issuance". Then they canceled the reservation both times, blaming the airline. The flights I tried to book were on Air New Zealand, and when I went to the Air new Zealand site to double check I discovered that those flights and routes were not available on Air Zealand. This company is a total scam and I am now having to get my bank involved to ensure I am refunded.
I did eventually receive a refund but the larger issue is that your agency was advertising flights that were not available, taking payment and holding funds for over a week before issuing a cancelation notice. Once I received confirmation of booking, I was told by your agency that ticket issuance was simply a matter of time, not an uncertainty, and having booked tickets I then reserved lodging. The tickets actually available are 3x the cost of the fake tickets you advertised, so I am now stuck with nonrefundable lodging and tickets that far exceed what I was willing to pay. You advertised flights from SF to KOA on Air New Zealand. After this debacle, I discovered that there is no such route on Air New Zealand. I'm not sure what scam you're running but I certainly won't ever use your agency again and want to ensure others are duly warned as well.

Bunch of scammer who just wants to make money by scamming people
I booked a flight ticket for SF to EWR. This was one way ticket. These scammers booked a saver ticket and did not inform me as well. When i called them to change the flight reservation they denied. I got the Alaska airline reference number and called Alaska airline and they mentioned on the saver ticket I am eligible for 50% refund and asked me to connect with the third party.
Now, talking about their operators. Some of the operators are bunch of unqualified people who does not even know how to talk to people. Super rude and does not want to work.
I am still struggling to change my reservation and they are not helping at all. No where on my ticket or while booking the ticket they mentioned that this saver or non refundable. Even the alaska airline mentioned you are eligible for 50% refund and these scammers are not giving me back. worst people. and fraud way of making money.

I booked a flight with them, then they canceled one of the destinations offering a substitute after a couple of days. After several emails, I told them to cancel it and then, I can not travel, you ruined my fight. Then the real scam began, and they send a refund for the canceled ticket. and took over 700 $. I paid for luggage but they did not mention it in any of the documents, but it was shown on my account on their website. Right now, I missed my flight and lost my money. I even contacted all the airlines and notified them about this agency. The one they said canceled the flight, said they had no recollection, and that the travel agency never asked for a refund for me.
I am notifying the authorities about them, every travel agency, every airline, even reporting their headquarters office to the police.

UPDATE: Same opinion- I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this travel agency. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and I would not even rate it with a single star. The agency made a mistake by canceling one of my flights, which led to a series of unprofessional actions on their part. Despite receiving a refund, it was less than half of what they had initially charged me. Additionally, the exorbitant fee of $305 for luggage was unjustified, especially when the airlines confirmed that the agency never requested a refund on my behalf. Unless I receive a full refund and the agency ceases its unethical practices, I cannot in good conscience amend my review. It is essential for them to stop deceiving and taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.

I bought round trip 6 flight tickets from Izmir to Berlin through tickets.com.tr on July 20, but tickets weren't issued. Yesterday and today I called many times customer services but nobody helped me. Customer representative said couldn't help you only that I could send an e-mail every time that I called. Also, customer service representative is very rude and disrespectful. I could not understand that the same person always picks up the phone and the same person only sends an e-mail.
They sent some invalid documents thats in attached. When I checked their reservation number or their specified check-in number in document with Pegasus Airlines, Pegasus didnt find any informations so they doesn't confirm our flights.
After, I called Turkey office and I said that the airline company could not find my ticket and I requested my pnr number. Nobody solved this problem and couldn't give any PNR number. Do you think it is normal that paid 6 tickets doesn't have PIN numbers?
June 21, I called again and requested cancelled my all tickets but The customer representative said that they could not do anything on the phone and that I had to send an e-mail and wait. After I send a mail, customer support sent an e-mail stating that if I request a refund, 370 TL/per ticket will be deducted from the amount I paid. This is not acceptable.
I paid estimated 1000EUR for 6 tickets and the agency was unable to issue tickets, didn't give any PNR number. Even so, 370 TL/per ticket will be deducted from the amount I paid.

False advertising & no refund
Do not use Kiss and Fly at all costs. I don't usually leave online reviews, but my experience with Kiss and Fly was so horrible that I feel I have no other choice. I purchased a fare via their site that was listed as "Economy," but when I was issued the ticket, it was a Basic Economy "saver" fare. As soon as I saw the discrepancy, I called right away (immediately after purchase) and Kissandfly refused to do anything to rectify situation. When I called the airline, they said they would extend 24-hour grace to provide a refund, allowing Kissandfly extended time to make this right, and yet still Kissandfly refused to take action, telling me they needed more time to process my refund request before finally telling me that they would not issue any sort of refund. I was a victim of false advertising and treated rudely by their customer service staff on top of that. I will be pursuing all means to fight this scam -- filing a credit card fraud claim, registering a complaint with the U.S. DOT and BBB, and looking into other legal options. Does anyone have any other recommendations for how to recoup this loss?

Urgent: regarding refund
I asked United Airlines to refund the amount for the postponed flight and they responded in 2-3 days saying that they have sent a refund notice to KissandFly (travel agent). Thereafter, I sent a ticket refund request within the portal on KissandFly on Jun 19, 2022 for my flight from EWR to ITH having booking reference: FQOL4F9O. I have sent multiple follow up emails and they keep saying they are still processing. It's been around 11 months and I have not received the refund yet. Your help is highly appreciated

on 10/01/2022, my flight number FLH6V434 was canceled for bad weather and had to buy a different ticket. I did ask for a refund and supplied all the information at that time to kiss and flu now we are 04/02/2023, and still showing as being processed, and customer service, after 7 calls not willing to help. It has been now 6 months since a refund on a ticket that the airline canceled.
now keep in mind this flight was canceled while we were driving on our way, and our hotel's car rentals were all where booked they sent an email at 03:53 am on the morning of the flight. luckily I checked my emails, but as I said earlier, we had hotels and car rentals booked so we had to find another flight real quick on our own to even make it there.

I am writing to you today to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received from your company. I have been waiting for a refund on my flight ticket for over 6 months, and I have been given the runaround every time I have contacted customer service.
My flight, FLH6V434, was canceled on October 1, 2022, due to bad weather. I immediately contacted KissandFly to request a refund, and I was told that it would be processed within 10 business days. However, it has now been over 6 months, and I have still not received my refund.
I have contacted customer service multiple times, and I have been told that my refund is still being processed each time. I have been given the runaround, and I have been told that there is nothing that can be done to expedite the process.
I am incredibly frustrated with the level of customer service I have received from KissandFly. I have been patient and understanding but am at my wit's end. I am demanding that I receive my refund immediately.
I have attached all of the relevant documentation above in the main post, including my flight confirmation, refund request, and correspondence with KissandFly customer service.

Denying full refund/No reply/wasting time
I searched through MOMONDO and I booked a ticket containing 4 flights, and after a couple of weeks, I got an email that one of the airlines had canceled their flight, and their substitution was a flight after 2 days. I kept sending emails that this is not acceptable you ruined my whole flight, they kept arguing and giving different answers. Then when I said I want to cancel everything, I received an answer in a couple of days that they will fine me for the canceled tickets and they will also take a service fee for each flight (90$x4).. so in the end I will receive almost 230$ out of 973$. I did not accept that and I made another request for just the canceled flight to be refunded, that was over a month ago, and they keep replying that they are waiting for a reply from the airline and that they are following my case. I also told them that I have my visa rejected(which is one of their refund rules, that I can have a full refund if it was rejected) The flight is scheduled after 10 days, and I am sure that after that their answer will be that I can not have the refund back because I passed the time.
Their whole process was full of delays, and every time I get different help staff with the same email but signed with a different name. First I got a reply in a couple of days, and now over a month no reply at all!
In addition, when asking about the itinerary tickets they sent me different from the one I received by email (when I booked it, I paid an extra 300$ for luggage ) they did not mention even when I asked them about it they change the subject. And when confronting them about it, they give an irrelevant answer.

We booked and paid for airline tickets, money was taken out of our accounts and within 2 hours we receive an email stating we need to pay more money for the flights as the price had changed! I have been flying for 20 years and had never had this happen that you pay more after already having paid for the tickets.
This is unheard off. This was an extra $100 almost! We would have been better off choosing any other company and paying the extra $ for upgrades as opposed to this stress.

Sept 21 2022 purchased two tickets from Miami Florida to Manila Philippines for $1640.52 each ticket . Booking reference YFHSGCLC. Reviewing the credit card charge there was an additional $410 dollar charge. $205.00 per ticket. When I booked the tickets there was no mention of the additional charge of $410.00. I believe this was a major mistake costing additional financial pain to our family. If it wasn't a mistake than they are guilty of concealing the additional charge until the credit card charge was revealed. Took the Money - Issued Tickets That the Airline has No Record of
On 8/19/22 I bought international tickets for a family of five for a trip starting on 12/23/2022, paying over $7,800. Later I discovered that for four out of five travelers, the airline had no record for two legs of the journey. After trying for over a week to get Kissandfly to rectify the error, and with no resolution I sight, I asked them for a refund. They have not refused but are using delaying tactics, saying it may take several months for the issue to be resolved. As this incident is in no way my fault, I would like an immediate refund.

Airline Tickets
I booked tickets for my uncle to come to Jacksonville from Orange County, California, booking number INQG7HAX. He has 3 members accompany him during the trip. Few days before the flight, his mom died. The trip must be cancelled because he had to take overnight flight to go to Vietnam for the funeral. All other companions would not take the trip since the main person who was directly related to the trip was not able to go. Per most airline rules, if your direct family member dies, you have right to get full refund of your tickets. Some airlines also refund the companion's tickets. I submitted the deadth certificate and relationship proof to Kiss&Fly.com. When I submitted the claim for refund, Kiss&Fly denied the claim as the whole, stating that the mother of one traveller died, not the other 3 companions', so no refund will be issued, even the refund of the ticket which belongs to the person whom his mother died. They kept declining the claims until the date the flights started, then they turned around and said the change was no longer possible. Their phone number is not reachable and no human customer service is available. They appear to be a scam.

I have booked 2 tickets for me and my wife for Cancun this year.
On the return route we have a layover in Miami. We asked the USA Embassy in Romania about the visa and the first available date for interview is 30 January 2023. Our flight is on 08 December 2022. I sanded plenty of email and requested a change of tickets thru Canada to avoid USA but with no solution from their side only to cancel the tickets and lose all the money. I sent to them photos with the alternative route available on their site but the same robotic answers. I told them several times that I will pay the difference in fair and their fees for handling this one, but the same automatic response to cancel the flight.

Issue was resolved , we managed to reschedule the visa appointment and their is no need to change the tickets.

Now I m reading all the complaints about mytickets.ae. One thing I can't understand how this people still in the market. No one take action against them. Mostly they are active in dubai. How can this happen till now. How can no body ask or verify this company. Not even Google. Who advertise them. In my opinion the Google company is with them. They are partner like. Flight cancelation refund by United Air held by KissAndFly
Back in 2020, I had a flight that was cancelled due to the start of the covid pandemic. After some struggle (due to KissAndFly initially not providing required information to United Air to honor the refund) I was finally able to get an approval from United Air that I will be refunded. However, the airline told me that they cannot send the money to me directly because I booked through KissAndFly. Instead, they will send the refund to the KissAndFly, and then KissAndFly is supposed to send it to me.
KissAndFly then requested that I provide them my bank information so they can initiate an international wire transfer to my bank account. I thought this was rather strange as I paid by credit card, but okay as long as I can get my money.
I sent them my bank information as requested, then after a few days I visited the KissAndFly website and noticed that my ticket status had been changed to "Refunded". I was glad to see that things were moving along as they should be. I even got an email from their support team that my refund had been processed and I will receive the funds within 10 business days, great!
It has been now almost two months and still no refund.
Every time I contact them either by phone or email, they assure me that my money had been already sent over a month ago and I should be able to see it in my bank account. They can offer me no proof of this wire transfer to my bank, even though they say they will send me a document with the details of the transaction", they have not sent me anything of the sort as of yet.
As far as I am concerned, United Air sent them my refund money, and they are keeping it for themselves instead of giving it back to me. Until I receive my money, I consider this to be blatant thievery.
My booking number is HHZVDW. I will keep this review up until I receive my money. Once I get what is rightfully mine, I will update it.

I have the same experience as most people cheated by kiss&fly. My United Airline flights were cancelled and refunded back to kiss&fly (as I booked through them) in July 2022 worth US$3,000. I have emailed confirmation from United Airlines that the refund was actioned. So 8 months later I still have not received that refund. Kiss&fly are fraudulent and crooks and need to be shut down. I am as pissed off with them as all other reviewers as we are not speaking about a small amount of money!
