Popcorn shrimp and service
Tonight we came to the Popeyes on Campbell in Tucson, az. People were angry and leaving. The manager was yelling at the staff. The new girl was left by herself and could not figure out the register. After 20 min wait for our food, it was cold and the spicy chicken, was barely flavored. After eating half my shrimp, I came across a shrimp that had not been deveined. How many, might I have eaten? I don't know what has happened to this restaurant, but my family and I will not be returning.
Desired outcome: Refunded money and training for the entire staff.

I am reaching out to file a complaint on Popeyes Dublin Ga. location. I placed an order this evening through the drive thru window 2-9-2023 @ 5:59pm. I attempted to order a 12-piece tender only, which this location never has available. The employee confirmed with the cook the quantity of tenders available and placed the order. Not to mention, there was also 25-minute wait in the drive through... finally an employee brought our order out to the car. After making it home, 30 minutes away, we realize they only gave us a 6-piece tenders. I called the store and spoke with the shift manager - She stated there was no record of the order placed and to come back to pick up the additional 6-pieces. This is an absolute inconvenience as I live 30 minutes away and requested a refund. Then, after providing all of the information on the receipt. She states she could not find the receipt in their system. This location needs to be audited as the service is unacceptable.
Please refund my order. I have attached a picture and the receipts given.

Today, 2/10/2023 at 1:55pm I presented to Popeyes in Dublin Ga. to follow up on the wrong order complaint from 2/9/2023 after being informed by shift manager 2/9/2023 that the store manager, Cassandra Washinton, would give me a call to discuss my wrong order issue for 6-tenders being given when I paid for a 12-piece tender. (Technically paid $20.51 for 6-tenders).
Today, Cassandra happened to be working, so I informed her of the issue and showed her the picture of the receipt that I uploaded in my previous complaint. I also explained to her I called and that the shift manager was unable to retrieve my order in their system. And, that I had already filed a complaint online about this. Cassandra response "if you already filed a complaint, why are you here asking for a refund, without you giving me the opportunity to fix it." I responded that the complaint was filed as I was told the manager would call me 2/9/2023, and I never received a call from anyone. (Now it's 2/10/23 @ 1:55pm, still no call). Cassandra explained that there was nothing she could do as once the register is shut down, there is no way to pull the transactions from the previous day. She stated the shift manager doesn't know how to refund transactions anyway. And when she did make it to store, the register was already pulled... and she was at home sick last night. A very unnecessary and unprofessional discussion that does not address the issue. I asked her for the District Manager's information to assist with this. She would not provide her name, but Cassandra called the DM and seems per the discussion, the District Manager solution was to give the additional 6-tenders. Which is no longer needed, I ordered and needed 12-tenders the night before. I requested a refund as I no longer needed 6-tenders to be replaced. So, I just left as an unsatisfied customer. The service here is absolutely awful - They are basically stealing my money from customers.

Sunday, February 5th around 3pm at your 11611 location in Houston. Your drive thru order employee needs extensive training. The young man was very rude while taking my order. And when I asked for the manager he said he was the manager! Hopefully that was a lie. The main purpose of this complaint is to make sure young employees get the proper training! My last visit to Popeyes chicken.
Desired outcome: Proper training of young people and an apology would be nice!
Putting up fake phone numbers for stores
They just opened up a Bushnell Florida store and added a FAKE phone number to the location. They don't do online ordering so I assume they don't honor deals from Popeyes. Would've nice to have a working phone number for an actual supposedly opened business. I drive 15 to 20 minutes to go to the Wildwood location at least they have a phone tho they take up to an hour to pickup a pre-ordered paid for order.
Desired outcome: Working phone number,online ordering and to except Popeyes deals.
Seems their phone was off the hook and they except deals so disregard my complaint.

My Popeyes location in Monticello N.Y. offered a 10 piece family deal for $19.99 + tax. It was to include a 10 piece chicken,2 large sides and 5 biscuit. It clearly said phone in or app. order. I work for a local Automotive repair shop 20 minutes from this location. We all chipped in to purchase 2 of these deals. We tried to call the order in and was told that the order was to big and to come to the store. We sent someone to pick our food up expecting to pay $40.00 plus tax and were told that order was online only or by phone. We were charged $73.94. When explaining that we tried to order by phone and was told the order was to big and then told that order did not apply to this store. We are very upset that we were taken advantage of and led to false claims or mis-leading discounts. We would like this resolved and over with. We will no longer be purchasing Popeyes chicken and will be going to K.F.C. RIght across the street.

I went to Popeyes 1710 S Glenstone Ave Springfield, Mo.
First, I had to wait to get my order. was told to pull up had to wait 25 minutes.
When I did order I ask for Blacken Ranch 4 of them. When my food was brought out I ask if she put the blacken ranch in there she lied to my face & said yes!
?I told here there was none in my bag so I had to wait again and she came out with 3.
I had did the survey & had 2 free pcs of chicken coming paid for the large drink & did not get my chicken! I spent 38.945 on lunch was late getting back because of the wait. got cheated out of my Food! Very upset!
Desired outcome: I want what I ordered & paid for & did not get & that was my 2 pcs chicken & biscuit & better service!
