The nurse who do physical for pilgrims pride
Yesterday I came in to do my physical for the poultry and which on my application says that’s my shoulders do dislocated sometimes certain things that’s I can’t do. So she made me do an exercise that made my shoulder dislocated and told me that I could not work here because of my shoulder. That’s don’t make no sense to me because I could be doing something that want make my shoulder pop out of place. And one of the employees said his shoulder pop out at work but he still work there. I don’t think that right if he shoulder pop out of place and he still work there and I can’t that call discrimination. I know I can do something like putting the bags in the box u know. Plus she was rude asking my sister why I didn’t get surgery sometimes people don’t have Medicaid. I don’t think that was right to talk bout me with my sister didn’t have the right to say that either.

On the 24th of may line 6 in ruskington pilgrims uk maggots was found by production on the machine, they was told not to stop and deliver the order by the operation manger.
After they refused to run the machine the technical manager turned up and did see why the machine was stopped, after showing her their loads of maggots on the machine she finally stopped the line. She put on hold 5 pallets of your product before sending them out. The staff asked her how long does it take for a maggot to be produced, her reply was don’t worry about this. There was no depo recall or a request to take your product off the shelf.
Production also showed the technical manager rat dropping on seasoning, she told the Qa to wipe it off and released it.
Desired outcome: Full investigation into food safety and site management and hygiene of machinery
5 lb bag of chicken wings
I bought a 5lb bag of chicken wings from Sam's on January 21st. My son loves wings so I make them often (not your brand). Thawed them and put them in the air fryer. When I went to flip them to continue cooking I noticed all these hair like pieces sticking out of every piece. I was so grossed out and it would have taken all day to get these out of each piece. I've never had wings come out of a bag like that.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back. I would have taken them back to the store, but I live over an hour away from the nearest Sam's

Pilgrims in Russellville Alabama was hiring for a position as a broiler service technician. This is an entry level position. I am over 18 years of age,I have my bachelors degree in Poultry Science, and I have three years of experience. It took almost a month to get a call for the interview. I kindly accepted and made a date for the interview. When I went to the interview it was normal at first. He asked about my credentials and how my previous jobs will help me in this position. Then towards the end of the interview he asked for my age. I thought this was unprofessional, but I told him. He then proceeded to tell me how he thinks I will have a difficult time getting a job in this position because of my age and because I am a woman. He said " I have worked here a long time and I have never seen a woman service technician". This really upset me that the number two poultry company in the United States is sexist and discriminates against age.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology to me and any other woman that has been discriminated against based on their sex.

I would like to be anonymous beck I fill like I will be retailed against. I notice one of my coworkers having an issue with Human Resources. They fired her on her requested day off, our Supervisor went to speak to HR about this issue because he turned in the paperwork for the requested day and they still let go. The coworker returned to work on Thursday with no problem. Friday that stated threat she was late to work and that her Supervisor changed the time so it would look like she wasn’t late. Stayed at the shipper 8 HOURS! They loaded wrong temperature product in my trailer and left me hanging without letting me know what is going on. I was at the yard asking everyone why can't I leave yet! no one had an answer. Numerous calls to the office, no help. Day shift left, empty yard, just me and another truck. Met one worker at the yard, she said someone will check the temperature of the product, I said no one came to check the temperature for 6 hours since product was loaded, she replied: if you dont like something, you can reject the load and leave ! REALLY? WTF? I drove to you 2 hours and that's how you talk to people who handle your product? Now because of that I was late to my appointment with receiver at MILFORD DE 19963 . spent a night at a $$ truck stop, got to receiver again today at 7am, they say since I dont have an appointment, I gotta wait. So far I am here again parked for another 7 hours and not knowing how much longer to wait to empty my trailer and take another load, but never from you again. Unfair treatment
Will not hire you unless you come for interview at 7 pm.. this is not a rational time for an interview .. just got blew off when I explained I couldn’t get a nurse to sit with my 80 year old father.. I need a job desperately but was told no interviews before 7 . I even explained that I could come early at 8 but was quickly told no.

Payment not received!
I was told on Monday January 24th that pilgrims was currently out of Covid test and that I needed to go on my own to get tested. I was tested that Tuesday on the 25th and got my positive test result on the 27th, that Thursday. The following Monday I was still showing symptoms and I was sent home again. During this I was informed that I would be getting paid for Covid leave. I do in fact have both of my vaccine shots and when I found out that an employee in the Human Resources office failed to put that in the system and that I wasn’t getting paid because of her mistake. I am livid and very hesitant to continue working at pilgrims. Please contact me back. I am tore about the situation and hope to get it figured out quickly.

I Joann Conyers, has a complaint about pilgrim pride, first I was grading the meat on line, Supervisor Candace Johnson, unit manager Tiffany West approach me from behind, and said go to the trim table and I turn around real fast, cause I felt unsafe cause it looks so it look like I getting harass on the job, instead they should have said you want to go to medical, but they took me straight to HR when they know help through them going to fail, Sheree the HR lady who terminate me she is the root of the problem not even try to help me keep my job so it look like I was harass and discriminate in the work place, the union suppose to help you when some thing going on in the workplace, that ain't right,, she turn away let me know that is no help for in HR

Waste water manager
It was said by my manager that the skimmer being built up with sludge is causing the skimmer to break the shaft of course that's my pm and which I have been cleaning it every other weekend but that's just another adverse opion to try and say im not doing my job that's being built here is a video of why I feel the skimmer keeps breaking the shaft
Thats why in this position its a good idea to understand the job as well as the descriptions of the job before making assumption on group messages making one person be at fault
I'm only writing to allow everyone too know that I am aware of what the guy told Hr about my manager telling him about me calling the ethic line on her. Hello so im james so every morning I get in there is something wrong with the system were im having too come in and fix the problem due too the operator not understanding the system so he just allows the system to run bad waiting for me too get in to fix it. So I did this yesterday as well as today yesterday it took a bit longer figuring trial and era but I finally got it comes in today same thing both ph are at a 10 daf and city so I ended up making a mess trying to get the water too not look like mud so after I got it back right I text Robynn and let her know it was fixed so after that I cleaned all floors while operating system. So remember I had to do trial and era so that means I had to check and clean all probes I also cleaned the turbidity lines and bucket checked all pumps to make sure that the daf was actually getting the chemicals that it should be getting so she comes in and ask me to clean all of those things again that I had ripped and ran cleaning to get water right for the shift before me but when she feel I dont clean she yells at me and right me up but if we read the books and view the camera im always the only one inside of waste water cleaning and operating and fixing things u will hardly see anyone else because they hide were the cameea cant see them are just sat out back pretending to be washing down patio and she is ok with that so today she comes in after ive cleaned the floors takes sludge out of the turbidity bucket and poor it on the floor and didnt even get it up who isn't a slave to clean up her intentionally mess up is ne so then I run system all day so had to go too hr at 3 I told the guy that works back there with me that I was leaving at this time system had 5.9 feet of water he ran it 20 minutes after I left she text me asking me why I wasnt back there when the system is off simply because she wants to find things for me to do but she didn't want to ask the other worker to do it this is pure harrasment and im sick of it i have recordings and ive been told she basically admitted to smoking and I know the camera shows her inside of waste water smoking and nothing has been done at all I proved my write up was bogus and still nothing happens and its foul play on everyones behalf because those careless mustake could have killed us all smoking around flammable chemicals and which she knows better but thinks and believes she can do whatever she pleases and you guys are riding with it until she makes the mustake of a lifetime ive proved she iss careless of others lives and a bullie of a manager and its all been ignored. She has broken all company regulation and committed major safety violation and its ok is what hr is saying basically.

I am reaching out too anyone of concern I james Johnson is really so tired of being targeted and retaliated against just today after working doing my normal duties at about 230 my manager called me down from cleaning. Screens for a write up about yesterday clearly came here on her off day too write me up with Co defendant Ronnie Sparks as her witness. She clearly stated that she watched the cameras in I wasnt doing my job I asked if I could see the cameras then she said the daf was full of sludge. Now I turned system off at 945am text her told her I was going to training by the time she got her another operator had turned system on at 1215 in which I was still in training she said she called me on the radio I did not answer. Of course every knows that when we go to training we have to turn our radios down to hear the computer.. Next thing she lied about is that I dont call are text too let her know things lets keep in mind I didn't turn system on I have poor job ethics but the operator that was running the system at the time doesn't even gets talked to why because they hide from the cameras in smoke cigerrets together all inside the plant with dangerous chemicals I can't do a poor job when im not even operating the system then she got on too me about chemicals being spilled I told her they was not there when I cleaned the floor that morning but was still made to clean it up knowing who had spilled the chemicals but once again her smoke buddy gets away with it im not doing my job because he comes behind me in spills chemicals after I clean and when she gets her see it its there because I didn't clean now im about to attach the proof I didn't turn on system I wasnt around when system came on but im the one she picks at no one else does anything but one operator cuss her out in she beggs him to stay why but I do everything I can and catch the majority of the problem but because im not a kiss [censored] are have more education them a ged im targeted. To whom this may concern I was previously injured on the job at the time I spoke about my pain I was taken to nurse at pilgrims pride by my manager. At this time we did a injury report I pissed for drug testing and alcohol breathing test. My manager showed nothing but concern for me at the same time the nursing coordinator acted and treated me as if I was faking told my manager don't worry he will be right back at work took me too company doc sat in on my entire doc visit and only allowed them to do xrays in which doesn't show ligaments are tendons sent me back to work with a shot to try in cover up the pain in which I worked the entire day in pain back at work in pain today because she mad me sign a paper of transition work duties that stated that I could not miss work for a 180 are punishment when I had no restriction.. The doctor was more concern about my previous injuries then the one I was there for after 5 yrs of working for this company never been injured the treatment is insane from nurse just too cover up injures at company so they want have to file it through osha is insane. I pull left climb stairs all day everyday anything could have caused the injury I told them what I felt could have caused the muscle strain are torn ligaments at the time if that does be the case I have a doctors appointment monday to see what is actually going on because the pain shot they gave me for pain did no good at all that is what makes me believe there is something wrong in for a nurse to make others miss diagnose u for the company is just scary for the rest of pilgrims but I actually experienced this first hand and im very disappointed in management too treat a human as a dog in have no care what so ever if a person is really in pain just how they can cover things up its sad I just pray that there is actually nothing wrong and they tried to patch me by giving me a pain shot in looking into my past medical condition which had nothing to do with this injury.
