I was sold a 2011 Nissan Armada for $14,000+ financed and will end up paying over $21,000. The transmission is bad and I’ve had to fill the transmission with transmission fluid 2x in 4 days. Costing almost $100. Upon checking the oil there wasn’t any oil showing on the dip stick. Once I added over 3 quarts of oil the oil that showed on the dipstick was black as I’ve ever seen and thick like sludge. I was told this this vehicle was a v6, that’s not true, Nissan does not make an Armada that’s a v6 they are all v8 and the fuel is killing my wallet with @ 13 mikes to the gallon. I have a lemon financed for 3 years but the transmission won’t last another 2 months due to slipping each time it leaked all the transmission fluid out. It’s starting to whine and shift hard. I was also told the ac worked but it does not and the vehicle left me scrambling in a customers driveway the 3rd day I had it because it wouldn’t turn over as if the battery was dead. I purchased a new variety for @ $250 and it still wouldn’t start, after continuing to turn the ignition back and forth it started but randomly wont start any given time and leaves me stuck for anywhere from 10-30 min. It happened to the sales guy when we began the test drive and he was clueless as to what it was doing but sold me the vehicle anyway

Desired outcome: Return vehicle to dealership and wipe the contract clean. I understand there’s no way to retrieve my $1000 dollar deposit I put down I just dont want this on my credit report I’m in the process of trying to fix after a horrible divorce
