Having such a hard time getting my final bill sorted, the house was unoccupied for a short period in between tennants, I called to pay the bill, set up an account and submitted the readings, based on the standing charge and the unit rates my final bill should be £47.02 quite simple to calculate but they keep demanding hundreds of pounds every time I call to resolve they tell me a different amount the total on my letters is different from the amount they tell me on the phone at one point they wanted over £600 I have spent probably around 6 hrs on the phone to them over around 7 or 8 phone calls and I’m still no closer, I raised complaints which they have told me have been wiped off the system as the complaint is resolved when it is clearly not. I think they are preying on people to get so fed up they just pay the amount they want. They have actually now got a debt collector to chase me for the money which I am now worried will effect my credit rating. I have read lots of bad reviews on other platforms and I’m not sure how this company is still aloud to keep trading.

OvoEnergy is a company that has been causing a lot of problems for people. They have been accused of stealing money from their customers and not allowing them to contact the company. This is a big problem because people need to be able to get in touch with the company if they have any issues or concerns.

Another issue with OvoEnergy is that they have been adding charges onto people's bills that are incorrect. This is not fair to the customers who are already paying for their energy bills. In addition to these problems, OvoEnergy has been sending threatening letters to their customers. This is not acceptable behavior from a company that is supposed to be providing a service to their customers. People should not have to feel threatened or intimidated by the company that they are paying for their energy.

Overall, it is best to avoid OvoEnergy. They are a bunch of thieves who are allowed to get away with their behavior because of backhanders being paid. It will be a great day when this company goes down the pan and people can find a more trustworthy and reliable energy provider.

I recently had an experience with OvoEnergy and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. While they were quick to take my money, when it came time for them to make a payment to me, they held onto it for far too long. It seems like they were trying to make more interest off of my money, which is a disgusting practice that should be stopped immediately. It's nothing but profiteering and I believe it should be reported to the proper authorities.

If OvoEnergy is reading this, I would appreciate a response. I would like to know why they felt it was acceptable to hold onto my payment for so long. I hope they can make things right and improve their practices in the future. As of now, I give them a rating of zero out of ten.

I have been with OVO Energy for a while now and I have a dual fuel account with them. They take ?100 from me every month, but since I started in January, my highest bill per month has only been ?60. However, there is something that bothers me about their policy. As the credit in my account mounts up, I have to ask for a rebate. But here's the catch - they will not refund it all. I must leave ?100 in the account. This is my money, and as a pensioner, it means a lot to me. I'm sure this is the case for many of their customers, and it's a large amount of money sitting in their bank. When will something be done to rein these turpins in? It's not fair to take advantage of people like this.

I was previously a customer of SSE, but was recently transferred to OVO Energy. Unfortunately, my experience with OVO has been less than satisfactory. It has been five months since I lodged my complaint, but I have yet to hear back from OVO. I even had to involve OFGEM to push OVO to respond, but I am still waiting for a resolution.

In my opinion, OVO Energy is an unreliable and disgusting company. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs. I cannot wait to leave OVO and find a more trustworthy and professional energy provider.

To OVO Energy, I would like to say that you are liars and unresponsive. Your lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I hope that you will take steps to improve your services in the future.

I have been with OVO Energy for a couple of years now and I must say, they are one of the best electricity suppliers I have come across. Despite my annual check for cheaper suppliers, I have stuck with OVO because they have always been cheaper and their service is top-notch. They even give me a discount for managing my account online, which is a great incentive for me.

What's more, they used to give me 3% interest if my account was in credit, which was a nice little bonus. However, the regulator OFGEM recently got involved and claimed that OVO had breached regulations by offering three customer discounts. I mean, come on OFGEM, why can't a company offer discounts that benefit the customer? It's not like they are doing anything wrong.

Anyway, despite this setback, OVO Energy has continued to provide me with excellent service. They keep me informed of any changes and updates, and their website is easy to use. I have never had any issues with their billing or customer service, which is a refreshing change from some of the horror stories I have heard from other energy suppliers.

Overall, I would highly recommend OVO Energy to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable electricity supplier. They are honest, transparent, and truly care about their customers. Keep up the good work, OVO Energy!
