Received a mailing about their service. Tried calling this morning to ask questions and possibly sign up. The message said they "...could not get to my call...". I hope they run their solar grid better than they run their sales department.

The solar generation credits reduce not only my electrical supply charges but also the delivery charges. Another pleasant surprise has been that I continue to receive solar credits in the winter even with the shorter days, so I guess there has not been snow buildup on the panels.

I have referred Nexamp to my family, friend's and neighbor's all who have thanked me over and over. At Christmas a few even gave me bottles of wine, thank you. Referring someone is not only doing them a great favor, but also rewarding as well from Nexamp.

I've been reluctant in the past to make changes because it all looks good at the initiation of the change and then it slowly and sometimes quickly goes south. I was using Clean Choice and I changed because Veterans own and run Nexamp and why not thank those who've been there for us. I noticed there was no contract and if I wasn't pleased I could certainly return to Clean Choice. I have had no reason to even consider a return. I've been with Nexamp approximately a year and was paying on two accounts and found the bills to be very reasonable, being on a fixed pensioners income that was important to me as well as the environment. Every year I had to call my provider to get the best rate only to be told next month was the best month to call...I found this to be an inconvenience. I am extremely pleased with Nexamp, best choice I've ever made.

I have been trying to get rid of this "service" since April, 2022. I have called and emailed them and they continue to send me bills. I want out and them to stop sending me bills. They get a monthly rebate from my electric company and I get two bills. Not much service. I call the 800 number, it tells me they are open and when sent to an office I am told they are closed, call back tomorrow. I want out, have also filed a complaint with your AG. I need someone to help me.

I emailed Nexamp to cancel my service with them in January 2022. I was told it would take 2-3 months for the cancellation. I was then billed in April 2022. I emailed the company that I had cancelled in January and was told that they would not charge me. They then charged my credit card on April 21, 2022. On May 15 they again charged my credit card. Apparently, they continue to charge customers even after cancellation. I am asking for the money charged on April and May to be credited back to my credit card and for an apology for the time I have had to put into getting this resolved.

I have a Community Shared Solar Net Metering Credit *** Agreement with Nexamp, Inc., since September . One clause of this agreement stipulates that Facility Credit allocation can be changed at 6 month intervals. In March , 6 months following my previous change, I requested a change in my allocation and a confirmation; that change never took place. On September 22, I requested again a change in my allocation (email, then phone call) and a confirmation. Thus far, no word and the change has not taken place (I just checked my account). They are obviously not abiding by their agreement for some reasons that their *** is not sharing.

I've been a nexamp customer for years
I've been a nexamp customer for years. Always had autopay on, directly from my bank account... not something I monitored because it always just came out and it was always around the same amoutn. Today I received a nearly $800 bill (779 to be exact) & when I called, was told it was for overdue bills since LAST OCTOBER. I don't understand why this is the first time I am hearing about this. No emails, no letters, nothing to indicate that they removed my auto pay and nothing to indicate that I had overdue bills. I have never paid a bill late, until today, and the fact that Nexamp didn't reach out to let me know there was an issue with payment, until A YEAR later, is unacceptable. I also feel it is a poor business practice to remove someone's autopay without consent. And the icing on the cake is I'm told I will have three more invoices because "it won't cancel right away..." that makes no sense. Remove my allocation and remove me as a customer immediately. I expect a letter from Nexamp indicating that this has not affected my credit and if it has, they need to take immediate corrective actions.
