The worst service ever. I usually go to the Nissan on the WestBank but deicide to go in metairie worst choice ever. Brought my car to them on Tuesday foy my push to start button not working, to only be told they had to keep for a whole day, not sure why when I had an appointment. To than be told Wednesday nothing not wrong. Had the car for a day and had to bring the Car back Friday due to the button not working and not able to turn my car off at work. Than got a call saying they was keep my car until Monday due to a part had to be order (not loaner car offer, car under warranty) Called Monday to check the status to be told care was ready. Get to the dealership tone told, my car not ready and it will b done in 45min-to an hour. Waited 45 to than be told the mechanic did not know he had to go through my dashboard (still trying to figure out how you don't know) today is now Tuesday still don't have my car. I haven't my car in a total of 5 days, I will never purchase another Nissan ever again, cant even get you car fixed in a timely manner, wrong information given, no loaner cars, and staff is rude. I will be contacting consumer affairs very soon.
