Misstickets.com tickets sales

This company is very disappointing. I had bought two theatre tickets for an event, that we were supposed to be seated together. Then a few days right before the night of the event, I got an email stating I needed to call in and confirm my tickets. When I called they told me they did not have my two tickets anymore and that they could give me two other tickets but the seats were not next to eachother. One of the tickets was for my niece who could not be seated by herself, she was to young. Plus I had purchased two tickets next to eachother, so I deserved to get two seats next to eachother. Instead of the company honoring their service to me, a paying customer, or making the situation right. All they did was cancel my order and refund me my money. At least I got that back. However I am very disappointed with their customer service and would not call this a good company. Not recommending anyone having to deal with what I had to.

Misstickets.com Illegal practices

They're claiming they have the lowest tickets but not! Ticketmaster is still the lowest! I bought tickets at MISSTICKETS for a specific seat no, and indicated i won't upgrade if there are no availables. Then, I checked ticketmaster, and they have better ticket prices! So my first mistake. Then I called misstickets (now they're saying they're VIPBROADWAY.COM) to cancel since I found a better one. They said I couldn't! But ok, that's stated in their website that all sales are final. Then I found out that my tickets are upgraded without my permission! I told them that and they explained it differently and still don't want to cancel them! Beware of this shady website! Their CS sucks, their business practices are shady! STay aware from them!

What a huge disappointment! I got conned by MissTickets.com through the the NewYorkCityTheatre.com. The tickets I received were different from what I ordered and they had the audacity to tell me that I was upgraded!
I originally ordered 2 balcony seats, section G (rows A-G) which I paid for $304.20, to see the Madama Butterfly at the Metropolitan Opera House on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 8pm. I specifically ordered those seats at that price because I know there' no obstructive view.
Few days before the performance, they emailed me the e-tickets and told me that my seats were upgraded for free. I printed the tickets and saw that they were for Box 8, seats 5 and 6. I decided to call MissTickets.com at [protected], because I wanted to make sure that the upgraded seats (Box 8, seats 5 and 6 have a full view or have no obstructed view. I was told by the customer representative that the upgraded seats have a full view (no partial view nor obstructed view). She further said that if it's a partial view it's indicated on the tickets. I verified each e-ticket and each has no indication of a partial view. So I was okay with the "upgrade." But on the night of the performance, to my great dismay and disappointment, I found that the upgraded seats have partial view! My friend and I were very unhappy, to say the least. There was nothing we can do about the seats, it was too late. Needless to say, entire evening was ruined. We watched the performance gritting our teeth!
I've been going to the opera for many years but I've never experienced such blatant dishonesty by ticket sellers, until now. I strongly feel I’ve been cheated and that the box seats were not worth the $304.20 I paid for. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE TICKETS FROM MISSTICKETS.COM.

please report VIP Broadway/miss tickets to the NJ consumer affairs dept. I have but they need more people to complain to do a thorough investigation. I purchased tickets in July, they sent me tickets that were 6 rows behind the ones that I ordered and told me that the tickets were equal or better. Then after talking to the manager Sandy, he claimed he would refund me my money after I sent the tickets back to them. They got their tickets, overnighted as I promised and I have NEVER received a refund. I took them to small claims and they didnt show up. So we have to continue to report them to the NJ attorney general .
Im out $700.00 DONT BUY TICKETS FROM VIPBROADWAY/MISS TICKETS.

I too agree with this complaint. I purchased 2 tickets that had a seat price of 130.00 each. And somehow the total bill came out to $422.00. They claim they are a ticket liquidator, and that is not true! Broadway.com has 2 tickets right now including shipping and tax for $346.00 a true savings of $76.00 ! I know now it was my own fault, but hopefully this message can spare some change for someone else trying to find a "decent" price broadway ticket. In a nutshell, there are better sites out there.

I COMPLETELY AGREE with this complaint about MISSTICKETS.COM they are definately running some sort of scam. I purchased tickets 3 weeks before a show. They charged my credit card the same day. But after two weeks, there was no sign of my tickets. Then I tried for DAYS to contact them over their so-called 24-hour phone line... but to no avail. It took me almost a week to even get them to answer the phone. When they finally did answer they were NOT helpful what-so-ever. It took me 6 PHONE CALLS to get someone to even tell me ANYTHING about the Whereabouts of my tickets. And once I got someone competent on the line he told me that my tickets had already been SOLD! SOLD even though I already PAID for them. Then he goes on to tell me that he doesn't know why no one called me, and then offered me WORSE tickets for the same price. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. He did offer me a refund, but we will see if that even goes through... WHAT A FRAUD! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE!
