ScoreBig ScoreBig Review: False Advertising and Poor Customer Service for Yankees Red Sox Game

Me and my family were really looking forward to watching the Yankees Red Sox game last Saturday from the Jim Beam Suite section. We thought we had scored a great deal on ScoreBig, but unfortunately, we were in for a big disappointment. The tickets we purchased were described as having access to the suite during the game, but when we arrived at the stadium, we found out that our tickets were standing room only and we couldn't access the suite at all. This was not mentioned anywhere in the ticket description, and we were really upset.

To make matters worse, my son couldn't even see the game from our designated seats. We tried to get help from the stadium employees, but they couldn't do anything for us because we had bought the tickets through a third party. It was really frustrating and we felt like we had wasted our money.

I decided to call ScoreBig to see if they could help us out. But instead of taking responsibility for the ticket issues and trying to make things right, they just passed the buck and gave me the name of the ticket seller. I couldn't believe it! We had paid a service fee to buy the tickets through ScoreBig, but they didn't seem to care about ensuring customer satisfaction at all.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with ScoreBig. I don't think I'll be using their services again in the future. It's just not worth the risk of getting tickets that aren't what they're advertised to be.

ScoreBig Unfair Refund Policy and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with [Company Name]

This company is not the best when it comes to pricing tickets. They charge a lot of money and add a big fee on top of it. I bought tickets for an event, but it was canceled because of COVID. I asked for a refund, but they said that the event was just postponed to a later date. When the event was finally canceled, they sent an email with three options: a voucher, a refund, or less delivery fees. But if you didn't respond within 12 hours, they automatically chose a voucher for you. That's not fair because 12 hours is not enough time for most people to respond. The voucher is only valid for a year, and with the way things are going with this virus, I don't think I'll be able to use it by next year. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful at all. I will never buy tickets from this company again, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it.

ScoreBig ScoreBig's Customer Support Needs Improvement: A Review

So, I had a bit of a situation with ScoreBig recently. I had tickets to a Ringling Circus event that I was really looking forward to attending with my girlfriend. Unfortunately, something came up and I wasn't able to go. I ended up giving my ticket to my girlfriend's mother, who had never been to a circus before. She had a great time, but unfortunately, it was the last Ringling Circus event ever, so she won't be able to go again.

Anyway, I called ScoreBig's support team to see if there was any way I could change the date of my ticket and pay any extra fees that might be required. Unfortunately, the support team wasn't very helpful. They basically just told me that they couldn't do anything because it was the day before the event, and suggested that I try selling the ticket on Facebook.

As someone who has worked in customer support before, I was pretty disappointed with the lack of effort and understanding from ScoreBig's team. I really like ScoreBig and the great prices they offer on tickets, but I need to know that they'll be there for me if something unexpected comes up.

Overall, I'm going to have to think twice about purchasing from ScoreBig in the future. I hope they can improve their customer support and show a little more compassion and understanding in situations like mine.

ScoreBig Disappointing Experience with ScoreBig and Mytickettracker Customer Service

I had a few problems with ScoreBig. Firstly, the event I wanted to attend was listed as starting at 8PM on their website, but it actually started at 7PM. This caused some confusion and made things difficult. Secondly, I didn't receive the email with my ticket until 7:50PM, by which point the game had already started. I tried calling ScoreBig's customer service and the ticket provider multiple times throughout the day to find out why I hadn't received the email yet, but didn't get much help.

Mytickettracker, the ticket provider, claimed that they had sent the email in the morning and suggested that I wasn't checking my email properly. When the email finally did come through, it said that the ticket offer had been sent before the 8PM start time listed on ScoreBig's website, so they felt like they had done their part and weren't responsible for the situation.

To sum it up, I missed the game because my ticket offer came in after it had already started, and neither ScoreBig nor Mytickettracker seemed interested in helping me out. The customer service was really bad and it was clear that the ticket provider didn't care much about making things right. Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience.

ScoreBig Mixed Experience with ScoreBig: Dallas vs. Denver Game Review

I recently bought tickets to see the Dallas vs. Denver game on ScoreBig. I was so excited to get my hands on these tickets that I purchased them the day they were released for sale. My tickets included a pregame tailgate that allowed me early access to the stadium starting at 1030 am. Two of my tickets were delivered via email in a timely fashion, but the third ticket was nowhere to be found.

I contacted my ticket point of contact before heading to the field, and they assured me that my ticket would arrive prior to the stadium opening. However, when I arrived at the stadium at 1045, I was still missing the third ticket. I waited patiently for 45 minutes, but the ticket still hadn't arrived. I made several phone calls and faced several challenges before finally receiving the third ticket at 1130.

The delay in receiving my ticket and the location of what I was promised and what I actually received were major problems. Due to the time I received the third ticket, I was unable to enjoy the tailgate, and the third person in my party was in a different section than the other two. The initial ticket promised was supposed to be right behind the other two, but that was not the case.

I paid an overvalued ticket price and associated fees, so I expected to at least receive my tickets on time and as promised. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Despite the issues I faced, I still enjoyed the game, but I was disappointed that I didn't get to experience the full tailgate and that my party was split up.

Overall, I would recommend ScoreBig, but I would caution buyers to be aware of potential ticket delivery issues. Make sure to contact your ticket point of contact early and often to ensure that you receive your tickets on time and as promised. Despite the issues I faced, I still had a great time at the game and would consider using ScoreBig again in the future.

ScoreBig Disappointed with ScoreBig: Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with ScoreBig. I sent them an email a few weeks back and never heard back from them. What kind of business doesn't respond to their customers? Not a good one, that's for sure. And then, to make matters worse, I noticed that the tickets I bought were listed as $35 on my receipt, but I was actually charged $40 per ticket. What's up with that? I did the math and it should have only been $105 for three tickets, but then they hit me with an $8 "Delivery Charge" even though I printed the tickets myself. And then, to add insult to injury, there was another charge of $10 per ticket that I have no idea what it was for. So, instead of paying $145 like I should have, I ended up paying $160. That's an extra $15 for nothing!

I used to really like ScoreBig, but now I'm not so sure. What happened to being able to bid on tickets? Now it's just a flat $35 per ticket or nothing. That's not very exciting. And what's with all the extra charges? It feels like they're trying to nickel and dime me. I've been a loyal customer for a while now and I used to recommend ScoreBig to all my friends, but I don't think I can do that anymore. They're starting to feel like TicketMaster, and nobody likes TicketMaster. Maybe they should change their name to ConBig.com or TicketMaster Jr. or something.

ScoreBig Disappointing Customer Service Experience with ScoreBig for Red Wings vs Predators Game in Nashville

I was so excited to attend the Red Wings vs Predators game in Nashville on 2-17-18, that I bought mobile tickets months in advance from ScoreBig (scorebig.com). I was told that the tickets would arrive several days before the event, but unfortunately, they did not. I called the customer service team on 2-14-18 to inquire about the tickets, and they advised me to download the Scorebig App from the iTunes store to receive them. However, when I searched for the App, I couldn't find it anywhere.

I called the customer service team again on 2-15-18, and they assured me that the tickets would arrive that day. But, to my disappointment, they did not. I was told that they would send an e-mail to the ticket seller and get them released. I was promised that the tickets would arrive on 2-16-18, but they still did not come.

I had to call the customer service team twice on 2-17-18, the day of the event. On the first call, I was told that the ticket seller was in CA and because of the time difference, they could only send a follow-up e-mail, as the business was not yet open. On the second call, the tickets were finally released. It was a close call, and I was nervous right up to the day of the event, as to whether I would really be going.

I must admit that I was disappointed with the customer service experience. Each call took about 30 minutes of my time, which could have been better spent. I learned a valuable lesson. Don't buy from scorebig.com, as they are dealing with many other entities and their customer service reps hands are tied, when it comes to getting access to the tickets.

However, I must say that the seats at the venue were great! I had a fantastic view of the game. It was a thrilling experience, and I enjoyed every moment of it. If only the ticketing process had been smoother, it would have been a perfect day.

In conclusion, while I enjoyed the game, I cannot recommend ScoreBig (scorebig.com) due to the poor customer service experience. I hope that they can improve their processes and provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

ScoreBig ScoreBig Review: Hidden Fees and No Bidding Options

I've been using ScoreBig for a while now and it used to be my go-to website for finding great tickets to sporting events. It was always quick, easy, and pain-free. I used to brag to my friends about the amazing deals I would get on Dodger tickets. However, things have changed and I haven't used ScoreBig in a while due to my busy schedule. But when the opportunity arose to watch my favorite team, I decided to give ScoreBig another try.

To my disappointment, the entire website had changed. It was no longer as easy to find events and tickets without having to go through multiple menus. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't bid on tickets anymore. It used to be a fun surprise to see what seats I would get for the price I wanted. Now, it's just like any other ticket marketplace out there.

The most disappointing thing about ScoreBig now is the hidden fees. I remember when ScoreBig first started, they advertised no hidden fees. But now, they charge you to download and print your tickets yourself. And to make matters worse, they make it really hard to find out that they charge you a service charge for tickets. And let me tell you, it wasn't cheap either!

I found two tickets for $58, but after adding the $8 "Download" fee and the $29 (!) service charge, I ended up paying a total of $153 for two tickets. That's a lot of money for just two tickets!

Overall, I'm disappointed with ScoreBig and this will be the last time I use their website. It's a shame because it used to be such a great website for finding great deals on tickets. But now, it's just like any other ticket marketplace out there with hidden fees and no bidding options.

ScoreBig ScoreBig Review: Terrible Customer Service and Ticket Mix-Ups

I decided to give ScoreBig a try instead of my usual go-to, Stubhub. Boy, was that a mistake! I purchased tickets for the highly anticipated Cubs-Yankees series in May, and I specifically requested 5 seats together. However, when I received my tickets, only 4 were together, and the other was in a completely different section. I was not happy about this, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again for the next game. This time, I purchased 3 seats together, but once again, I received one ticket in a different section. I was beyond frustrated at this point and decided to call customer service.

After being on hold for what felt like an eternity, I finally spoke to a representative who promised to fix the issue within 72 hours. Three weeks later, I still had not received any updates, so I called again. This time, I was put on hold for another 30 minutes, only to be hung up on. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, but he was just as unhelpful and rude as the representative I spoke to earlier. He kept saying that he wasn't the manager who handled my case and that I should call back tomorrow because they have to give the seller 24 hours to respond. I was livid at this point and asked why they didn't follow up when they didn't get a response. The so-called manager had no answers and was completely clueless.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It was clear that they didn't care about my business, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. However, after four calls and a total of three hours on hold, I finally received confirmation that my seats were together. It turns out that Wrigley Field has an odd numbering system for its aisle and seat numbers, which was the cause of the confusion. The woman I spoke to, Callan, was new to the company and had only been there for a month, but she took the time to figure out the issue and get a manager to resolve it for me.

While I appreciate the effort that Callan and the manager put in to resolve my issue, it shouldn't have taken four calls and three hours on hold to get it sorted out. I will not be using ScoreBig again and will stick with Stubhub, which has never given me any problems.

ScoreBig Disappointing Experience with ScoreBig: Increased Surcharges and Seat Changes Without Notice

I been using ScoreBig for a few years now for my MLB tickets. I always been happy with the service. But this year, I used the site for the first time and I was surprised to see that the surcharges have been increased a lot. I was not happy with that.

I also purchased tickets for a game and on the day of the game, I received a call saying that my seats have been changed. I was not happy with that either. The new seats were further out and the price was the same. I was not offered any discount or anything.

I had no choice but to take the new tickets because I received the notice so late. I was not happy with the way I was treated. I will be looking for a new broker now. If I'm going to be treated like a StubHub customer, I might as well be one.

I will no longer refer this site to my friends. I hope they will improve their service in the future.

ScoreBig ScoreBig Review: Good Prices, But Delivery Fee Frustration

When I'm on the hunt for tickets to a show or event, I always make sure to check out a few different sites to compare prices. ScoreBig is one of the sites I usually end up using because, even with all the fees added on, the prices are usually pretty close to what I'd pay elsewhere.

However, there is one thing that really gets under my skin: the "delivery fee" for downloading tickets. I mean, come on, isn't that just ridiculous? I wish they'd change the name of that fee to something that doesn't make me want to scream in frustration.

Despite that one issue, I do like using ScoreBig. The service is generally pretty good, and I've never had any major problems with it. That said, I do wish there was a better way to compare different show times and dates. It can be a real pain to have to flip back and forth between different pages just to see how the prices compare for different performances.

ScoreBig Disappointing Experience with Fox Theater Staff: A ScoreBig Review

I recently had an experience with ScoreBig (scorebig.com) that left me feeling quite disappointed. My family and I have been to the Fox Theater before and have even had the pleasure of enjoying Suite tickets. However, this time around was a different story.

The staff, particularly the ushers, were quite rude. As I was making my way up the stairs, following the directions of someone who worked there, a man suddenly appeared out of nowhere and rudely questioned where I was going. He seemed to doubt that I had the right to be in the suites section, even though my ticket clearly stated that was where I belonged. I tried to explain this to him, but he just mumbled something and stepped aside.

To make matters worse, as my daughter was jogging to her seat, an older lady yelled at her to stop running. I apologized to the lady, but she didn't even acknowledge me. I have to say, this was the rudest staff I have ever encountered at the Fox Theater.

Despite this negative experience, I do want to acknowledge that ScoreBig did provide us with the Suite tickets we had purchased. However, the behavior of the staff left a sour taste in our mouths and made us question whether we would want to return to the Fox Theater in the future.

Overall, I would recommend ScoreBig for their ticketing services, but I would caution anyone who plans to attend an event at the Fox Theater to be prepared for potentially rude staff members.

ScoreBig Disappointed with ScoreBig: Hidden Fees and Bait-and-Switch Tactics

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on ScoreBig. Don't get me wrong, I was excited to find some great deals on tickets for my favorite events, but the hidden fees really got me. I spent a good chunk of time browsing and selecting my tickets, only to find out at the end that there was a $22 fee tacked on. And to top it off, they wanted to charge me $7.95 for an instant email delivery - something that's usually free on other sites. It just felt like a bait-and-switch, you know?

I understand that businesses need to make money, but I feel like ScoreBig has lost sight of their original mission. They used to be all about helping people find affordable tickets to live events, but now it seems like they're more focused on squeezing every last penny out of their customers. It's a shame, really.

To make matters worse, I had a little issue with the site and decided to call for assistance. The person I spoke with was friendly enough, but when they found out I had called in, they offered me a $25 rebate. I was pretty excited about that, but when I was transferred to get the rebate, it turned out to be some kind of sleazy call center trying to sell me a membership to a coupon service for $16.99 a month. I mean, come on. That's just low.

All in all, I don't think I'll be using ScoreBig again anytime soon. It's just not worth the hassle and the feeling of being ripped off.

ScoreBig ScoreBig's Discount Offers Not as Straightforward as They Seem: A Cautionary Review

I recently ordered tickets from ScoreBig and was excited to see that the website advertised a 10% discount on my order. However, I quickly realized that getting the discount was not as easy as I thought it would be. I missed the part where I had to jump through several hoops to get the discount, and unfortunately, I didn't receive it.

I tried to correct my mistake by calling ScoreBig's customer service, but they told me that they couldn't fix the order or apply the discount retroactively. I even tried to cancel the order, but I was told that it was too late for that as well.

I was frustrated with the whole experience and felt like I had been ripped off. To make matters worse, I had to pay for the tickets upfront, even though the concert was a year away.

Overall, I would caution anyone who is thinking about using ScoreBig to be very careful. The website's discount offers may not be as straightforward as they seem, and the customer service is not very helpful if you make a mistake. I won't be using ScoreBig again in the future.

ScoreBig ScoreBig Disappoints: False Ticket Prices and Lack of Customer Service

So, we were trying to get tickets to see Golden State play the Wizards for my daughter's 17th birthday. We found ScoreBig and thought we hit the jackpot. The tickets were priced so low, we couldn't believe it. But, we went ahead and purchased them anyway. My husband even followed up with ScoreBig and the coordinating company to make sure everything was legit. They confirmed the tickets were good to go.

The next day, we got an email saying we had to pay an extra 500 bucks to get our tickets. What a bummer! We were so disappointed. We had already told our daughter about the game and she was so excited. We didn't want to let her down, but we also didn't want to pay that much more money. So, we decided to just get our money back and try somewhere else.

I even emailed ScoreBig to let them know how disappointed we were, but I never got a response. That was really frustrating. We ended up finding tickets somewhere else and my daughter had a great time at the game. But, we won't be using ScoreBig again. It's just not worth the risk.

ScoreBig ScoreBig Review: Shady Refund Policy and Poor Customer Service

So, we had this event that got cancelled and we didn't get our tickets. They told us we had to respond in 12 hours if we wanted cash back instead of a voucher, but that was in the fine print and we didn't see it. So, we had to talk to our friends and figure out what to do. Then, we got an email saying we would get a refund, but also a voucher. They took out service fees from the refund, even though their website says they won't if the event is cancelled and tickets aren't delivered. It's pretty shady if you ask me. I'm trying to get in touch with them now, but it's not easy. I wouldn't recommend using ScoreBig if you can help it.

ScoreBig ScoreBig Review: Easy Ticket Purchase, Low Fees, but Beware of Counterfeit Tickets

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how easy it was to buy tickets on ScoreBig. The fees were lower than what I've seen on other sites, which was a nice surprise. But unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when we got to the event and were turned away because the tickets were counterfeit. It was a major bummer, especially since I had brought an out-of-town guest with me.

I spent the next few days calling and emailing ScoreBig to try and get a refund. Eventually, I was able to get my money back in full, but it was definitely a hassle. The thing is, ScoreBig doesn't have any way of verifying whether the tickets they're selling are legit or not. So if you buy from them, you're taking a bit of a risk.

To be fair, it wasn't entirely ScoreBig's fault. The actual ticket seller, MB Tickets, was the one who sold me the fake tickets. They later admitted that they had given me copies of tickets they had already sold to someone else. It was a giant mess, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

All in all, I'd say it's best to avoid ScoreBig if you can. There are plenty of other ticket sites out there that are more reliable and won't leave you in a bind like this. But if you do decide to use ScoreBig, just be aware that there's a chance you might end up with counterfeit tickets.

ScoreBig Mixed Experience with ScoreBig: Communication Issues but Legit Tickets

I bought my tickets from ScoreBig back in March, but I didn't get them until August, which was only two days before the concert. I was pretty worried about it because it seemed super sketchy to me. I mean, why couldn't I print them out earlier? It didn't make any sense to me. But then I called ScoreBig a week before the concert and the person I talked to was really nice. He told me that the tickets would be sent to me two days before the concert, which was new information to me. If I had known that earlier, I wouldn't have been so worried about getting my tickets on time.

Overall, I did end up getting my tickets and I had a great time at the concert. But I do wish that there was better communication about when and how I would be receiving my tickets. It would have saved me a lot of stress and worry. I mean, it's not like I'm a mind reader or anything. I just want to know what's going on with my tickets, you know?

Anyway, despite the communication issues, I would still recommend ScoreBig to others. The person I talked to on the phone was really helpful and the tickets were legit. So if you're looking for tickets to a concert or event, give ScoreBig a try. Just be prepared to wait a while for your tickets and don't be afraid to call and ask questions if you're not sure what's going on.

ScoreBig Disappointing Experience with ScoreBig: No Barcode on Tickets and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on ScoreBig for three tickets to see the Pacers on Saturday, January 6th, 2018. Unfortunately, I did not notice that there was no barcode on the tickets when I downloaded and printed them. My kids and 7-year-old grandson went to the game, but they were unable to get in for over an hour. My daughter called ScoreBig twice to have the email resent, but both times it still did not have a barcode.

I had to drive to work to access my email and call ScoreBig for assistance. I was put through to a ticket tracker who informed me that all sales are final. She also said that she could not see that we did not have a barcode on our paperwork, but she did know that my daughter had called twice. She mentioned that I had an email from MTT, but I never received it until 6:51 pm that night. By that time, it was already 7:30 pm, and my kids had left and were headed back to Muncie after waiting for over an hour.

I asked for a refund, but unfortunately, I was denied. I am extremely upset that I spent $151 on these tickets, which were supposed to be a Christmas present. It is clear that the tickets were never scanned, and I feel like I have been cheated out of my money.

Overall, my experience with ScoreBig has been disappointing. While I appreciate the convenience of being able to purchase tickets online, I feel like the lack of a barcode on my tickets was a major oversight. Additionally, the customer service I received when trying to resolve the issue was less than satisfactory. I would caution others to be careful when purchasing tickets from ScoreBig and to double-check that all necessary information is included before making a purchase.

ScoreBig Horrible

Think twice before using them, people! It's very important. They have lots of hidden additional fees you won't be aware of. There's nothing written in their policies (anyway, no one read them).
They charged me for the tickets themselves, for using their service, for risks insurance, for the delivery and so on. The tickets became very expensive for me, I can't afford to buy game tickets 60 dollars worth.
Please, stay away, don't give them your money!

ScoreBig I will never use this website again

Just like many other people I got suffered form their stupid actions.
I bought tickets for my family and was said they would email me the tickets. But I didn't receive them, so I contacted them and asked what I should do, and they emailed the tickets after our conversation.
Unfortunately, they were unavailable for an unknown reason. Very nice.
But they took my money and they didn't offer to exchange. I'm waiting for a refund and now I'm upset my family won't go to the event because of them. They ruined our weekends :(

ScoreBig Bad experience

According to all the reviews I saw and of course my personal experience, this company does not care about anything.
I had the same bad experience as many others. Bought a ticket via Scorebig and they did not contact me when the event got cancelled.
And after I found out about that they still said that was not their responsibility and refused to refund my money. I lost my time and money only because these people were unprofessional and did not care.
They just lost a customer and I will not deal with them in the future and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have bought two tickets for me and my son for the basketball game. I purchased them through www.scorebig.com. I got these tickets within 5 days and 3 days before the game, I found it that it was cancelled. I emailed the support team and asked why they haven’t informed us. Also I wanted to get refund, because it was usual procedure. But the company avoided my emails and didn’t reply when they would wire money.
